Fits D14 (14 GPM Model) or DI16 (11 GPM Model)
(Dosatron Unit, Quick Hook-Up Kit and Cart Sold Separately)
To attach the crash bar:
A. Put crash bar into place and
attach with remaining two screws.
B. Install
pickup hose
into DosaCart lid (bottom-up).
C. Insert
filter end
of pickup
hose
down into
DosaCart
tank.
Attach lid.
D. Place hose nut onto hose,
insert pickup hose onto bottom
end of unit barb.
E. Tighten hose nut onto bot-
tom of the unit.






Remove black plate from DosaCart:
A. Unscrew the two (2) screws
from the corners of the black plate on the
back of the DosaCart.
B. Remove
plate and attach
the Dosatron
unit bracket for
your unit (see
note below) on
the same side
as the eyebolts,
with the two (2) screws and (2) nylon
locking nuts.
NOTE: Use the D14 or DI16 unit bracket, two (2) screws and (2)
nylon locking nuts provided in the hardware bag.
C. Attach the plate back onto the DosaCart by installing eight
(8) screws around the plate except for the top two (2) screws
(these will be used for the crash bar, see step 3).



Attach Dosatron unit:
A. Assemble Quick Hook-Up Kit with unit (see Quick
Hook-Up Kit instructions that came with kit).
NOTE: Be cautious not to use
excessive force when attaching
fittings onto blue housing of unit.
B. Attach Dosatron unit and
Quick Hook-Up Kit onto unit
bracket.
C. Zip tie hoses to eye hooks.



