Proper protection, such as gloves, eye wear, and aprons, are recommended when disassembling a Dosatron.
Step 3: Set the blue body aside and inspect the
wishbone (Part #: MP014) on the top. If anything is
broken or missing, replace.
Step 2: Grab the metal wishbone and pull the piston
straight out.
NOTE: Before you start, make sure the unit is clicking.
Step 1: Unscrew and remove the lid. It’s helpful to have
a Strap Wrench (Part #: TOOL01).

Step 5: Unscrew and remove the stem.
Step 6: Remove the top seal that is located between the
blue body and the black stem. Please note the top seal
sometimes remains in the body. Just remove it.

Step 4: Inspect the actuator springs (Part #: M009) on
the bottom. If anything is broken or missing, replace.

Step 9: Replace a new bottom seal (Part #: J003)
into the cap, making sure the raised center portion is
facing upward.
Step 8: Remove the bottom seal located in between the
black stem and the cap.
Step 7: Unscrew the gray hose nut if it isn’t
already removed.

Step 12: Thread the stem on hand tight.
Step 11: To replace the top seal, just place it into the
body with the raised center portion facing up.
Step 10: Now thread the cap onto the bottom of the
black stem and reinstall the gray hose nut, hand tight.

Step 14: To nish up, thread the lid on and hand tighten.
Step 13: Carefully insert the piston assembly into the
body, pressing it in as far as it will go.
