WARNINGS
• Do not aim or look directly into the lights. Doing so may cause
temporary vision discomfort. Placement of the device should ensure that
no part of the device is covering the eyes.
• This device is designed for use on adults over 18 years of age and not
recommended for use on infants or children.
• Please consult your doctor prior to use if you are, or suspect you are,
pregnant.
• Please consult your doctor prior to use if you have, or suspect you
have cancer.
• Do not use device if it is wet or if it could fall into water while it is
plugged in. If device has fallen into water, do not touch until you rst
unplug it.
• Do not treat if your skin is red or swollen from a previous treatment. Wait
until the redness and swelling have disappeared before treating again. If
you have skin redness or swelling that lasts for more than 2 hours
you may have light-sensitive skin, stop using the device and contact a
healthcare professional.
• Do not use device to treat skin that is painful to touch, raised (higher
than surrounding skin), crusting or bleeding. This may be a sign of a
more serious condition and should be checked by your doctor.
• No modication of this equipment is allowed.
• This device contains a Lithium Ion Battery. Before disposal of this device,
please review your local laws and requirements surrounding Lithium Ion
Battery disposal. The preferred method of disposal is through recycling.

CAUTIONS
• Discontinue use if device overheats or becomes uncomfortably hot.
• Always unplug device from outlet after charging is complete.
• Do not store device in direct sunlight or location with temperatures over
100° Fahrenheit (38° C) as this may cause damage to the plastic coating.
• Use only the supplied Universal USB Power Cord. Use of incorrect power
cord could damage device.
• Do not attempt to open or repair device or power supply.
• Do not drop device on hard surfaces, as this could damage it. Using
a damaged device could result in skin or eye injury.
• Do not use device on any area of the body other than around the eyes.
Using the device on other areas of the body has not been tested and the
risks are unknown.
• If the area of skin for which you are using the device to treat wrinkles
appears to be worsening, you should cease use and check with your
doctor to make sure you do not have a more serious condition.
• Contact your doctor if you have any medical questions regarding use
of this device.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Ask your doctor prior to using if you:
• Are taking prescription or over-the-counter drugs known to cause
light sensitivity.
• Have any suspicious or cancerous lesions.
Test yourself for light sensitivity prior to using on your face:
1. Power on your device.
2. Place the device on your arm and conduct a full 3-minute treatment.
3. After treatment is complete, visually check the area. If the area has
turned red and lasts for more than 2 hours, your skin has a sensitivity
to light. Discontinue use and contact Client Care at 888-830-SKIN.

DEVICE OVERVIEW
SpectraLite™ EyeCare Pro is a Light Emitting Diode (LED) device that
harnesses energy to treat signs of aging around the eye area. The device
incorporates natural light energy in the Amber (605nm), Red (630nm),
Deep Red (660nm), and Infrared (880nm) spectrums that are proven to
reduce ne lines and wrinkles.
How it Works
Youthful skin is rich in collagen, which gives the skin lift and support.
Collagen works deep within the skin like columns of tissue that support
the skin’s surface. Over time, skin produces less collagen, and with
exposure to sunlight, healthy collagen becomes damaged. This can result
in wrinkles, especially around the eyes (crow’s feet and elevens). The lights
from this device penetrate deep within the layers of your skin to stimulate
collagen production, diminishing ne lines and wrinkles.
Easy to use, SpectraLite™ is programmed with a 3-minute automatic
shutoff function for professional anti-aging results with short, simple, daily
treatments in the comfort of your own home.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Set up:
1. Unpack your SpectraLite.™
2. Plug USB power/charging cord into port connector on device.
3. Plug USB power/charging cord into Universal USB Power Adapter
(not included) and into outlet for charging (use only UL or other locally
certied and compliant USB power adapter).
4. Charge your SpectraLite™ for 2-4 hours. Device is fully charged when
Power indicator light is solid (not ashing).
5. Place device in protective storage bag when not in use. Do not
store device in direct sunlight or location with temperatures over
100° Fahrenheit (38° C) as this may cause damage to plastic coating.
6. A fully charged device yields 30 minutes of use, approximately
10 treatments.
Instructions for Use:
1. Wash and fully dry face prior to use.
2. Assemble strap by placing snap insert into side cavity and slide
horizontally until it clicks into place.
3. Place device onto face over eyes and adjust strap to t snugly
around head.
4. Power device on. SpectraLite™ features an automatic shutoff function
after completion of a 3-minute treatment.
5. Remove device from face and wipe device clean
(see cleaning instructions).
6. Place device into protective storage bag.
7. After treatment, apply creams or topical treatments as desired.
Helpful Tips for Best Results:
• Use daily.
• Use device on clean skin only.
• Do not use device after the application of creams that contain SPF
as this could block light penetration.
• Wipe device clean after each use (see cleaning instructions).

Keep Skin Hydrated
Immediately following treatment, apply a serum or moisturizer of your
choice.
Maintenance:
1. This is a medical device. It is important to keep it clean
(see cleaning instructions).
2. This device has no serviceable parts. Battery is not accessible and not
serviceable. User should not attempt to access or service the battery
as this will damage the device and void the warranty.
3. Device includes only an ON/OFF button. All settings are set to the
factory setting.
4. Charge device only with the supplied USB power/charging cord and
a universal USB power adapter (not included).
5. Power indicator light will begin to ash when battery levels are low.
This indicates it is appropriate to begin recharging the device.
6. Compatible Power Supply: 120 V/240 V
Cleaning:
1. Turn device off and unplug from any power source.
2. Wipe the tops of the LEDs with alcohol wipes or damp cloth to remove
any residue from skin oils after each use. This is especially important if
the device is being used by more than one individual.
3. Clean device body by using damp or microber cloth. The microber
storage bag can be used for cleaning and polishing the body of device.
Do not use chemical or alcohol based cleansers on exterior as harsh
chemicals may discolor the metallic panels.
4. Allow device to dry completely prior to use.
Troubleshooting:
1. System is not turning on:
a. Is the device fully charged? (Power indicator light is on and solid)
b. Is the Power indicator light illuminated?
c. If device still does not turn on, call Client Care at 888-830-SKIN.
2. System is not Charging:
a. Is USB power cord rmly inserted into device?
(does Power indicator light turn on?)
b. Try a different USB Power Adapter to ensure it is working properly.

c. Try a different wall outlet to determine if there is power to the outlet.
d. If device still does not charge, call Client Care at 888-830-SKIN.
3. System shuts off abruptly, prior to completion of 3-minute treatment:
a. System is designed to shut off automatically after 3 minutes.
b. System may shut off after multiple repeated uses if the device exceeds
desired temperature. Allow device to cool for several minutes and
try again.
c. If device continues to shut off prior to 3 minutes, please contact
Client Care at 888-830-SKIN.
4. Some lights appear turned off:
a. The infrared (IR) light spectrum is not visible to the human eye. These
lights will look as if they are not on, but they are operating properly. If
the red, visible lights are on, then the device is operating as designed.

Congratulations on your purchase. We value you as a client and strive for
the highest quality products to earn your satisfaction. Please use this as your
reference for any customer service or warranty needs you may have when
purchased within the United States. You must register your product within 30
days of purchase at www.drdennisgross.com/registration for the warranty to
be effective. When purchased outside the United States, please contact your
place of purchase for local warranty information. Our warranty is limited to
the terms set out below:
What is covered by the limited warranty?
This 1-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your
SpectraLite™ when purchased through an authorized partner or directly from
Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare.™ Your 1-year limited warranty is valid for you alone,
the original purchaser, and cannot be transferred. If the product was a gift, obtain
a copy of the original receipt and send to [e-mail],
or have the original purchaser process the warranty claim on your behalf.
What is not covered by this limited warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover: damage, defects, failure caused by
abuse or misuse, improper care, impact or insertion of foreign objects, use
with a voltage connector, or loss of device.
How long does this limited warranty last?
The limited warranty begins after the device has been registered and expires
after one year. The warranty period is not extended if your device is replaced
by Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare™ during the warranty period.
What will Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare™ do if your device is defective?
If you discover a defect in your SpectraLite™ covered by the warranty, before
the 1-year warranty period expires, contact Client Care at 888-830-SKIN for
assistance. If we conrm a defect covered by this limited warranty, Dr. Dennis
Gross Skincare™ will decide whether to replace your SpectraLite™ with
either a new or refurbished device. If we nd that your SpectraLite™ is not
defective, we will notify you and return the device to you. All Limited Warranty
services must be authorized and performed by Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare™
or a service provider authorized by Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare.™

This warranty gives you specic legal rights, and is in addition to your
statutory rights. Your remedies for the breach of this limited warranty are
limited solely to the repair and replacement of your device as set forth in
this warranty statement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Dennis Gross
Skincare™ disclaims all implied warranties. If applicable law does not
permit the disclaimer of implied warranties, then the duration of implied
warranties are hereby expressly limited to the duration of the express
limited warranty set forth above.
In no event shall Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare™ be liable for any special,
incidental, consequential, punitive or indirect damages based upon
breach of warranty, breach of contract, tort (including negligence or
strict product liability) or otherwise, even if Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare™
is advised or aware that such damages may arise. Such damages include,
but are not limited to: loss of SpectraLite,™ cost of any substitute
equipment, the claims of third parties or damage to property.
If the applicable law does not allow limits on warranties, or on remedies
for breach in certain transactions, the limits in this paragraph and the
disclaimer or exceptions from warranty may not apply. This limitation does
not apply to claims for death or personal injury caused by a defect in the
device or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
These warranty terms, conditions, and limitations allocate the risks
of product failure between Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare™ and you, the
purchaser of SpectraLite.™ This allocation is recognized by both parties
and is reected in the price of SpectraLite.™ By using SpectraLite™ you
acknowledge that you have read these terms, conditions, and limitations,
understand them and are bound by them.

CONTRE-INDICATIONS
Demandez l’avis de votre médecin avant d’utiliser cet appareil si:
• Vous prenez des médicaments (en vente libre ou sur ordonnance)
susceptibles de causer une hypersensibilité à la lumière.
• Vous avez des lésions suspectes ou précancéreuses.
Faites un test d’hypersensibilité à la lumière avant d’utiliser l’appareil sur votre
visage:
1. Allumez l’appareil.
2. Placez-le sur votre bras et faites un traitement de 3 minutes.
3. Une fois le traitement terminé, inspectez la zone traitée. Si la zone a rougi et
que cette rougeur persiste au-delà de 2 heures, votre peau est hypersensible
à la lumière. Suspendez l’utilisation et contactez le service Client au 888-830-
SKIN.

Comment ça marche
Une peau jeune est riche en collagène, ce qui lui confère tonicité et
souplesse. Le collagène agit en profondeur, à la manière de colonnes de
tissu qui soutiennent la surface de la peau. Au l du temps, la peau produit
moins de collagène et, avec l’exposition à la lumière du soleil, le collagène
naturel se détériore et les rides apparaissent, en particulier autour des yeux
(pattes d’oie et rides du lion). La lumière générée par cet appareil pénètre
en profondeur dans les couches de la peau pour stimuler la production de
collagène, réduisant ainsi les ridules et les rides.
Simple d’utilisation, SpectraLite™ est programmé pour un arrêt automatique
au bout de 3 minutes, pour des résultats anti-âge de qualité professionnelle

Résultats
En général, les utilisateurs constatent les premiers effets du traitement

CONSIGNES D’UTILISATION
Préparation:
1. Retirez SpectraLite™ de son emballage.
2. Raccordez le cable d’alimentation USB au port

de l’appareil.
3. Raccordez le cable d’alimentation USB à l’adaptateur secteur USB
universel (non fourni) et sur une prise secteur (n’utilisez que des
adaptateurs secteur USB de type UL ou autres adaptateurs compatibles
certiés).
4. Chargez votre SpectraLite™ pendant 2 à 4 heures. L’appareil est
complètement chargé lorsque le voyant d’alimentation

5. Remettez l’appareil dans sa pochette de rangement lorsqu’il n’est pas
utilisé. N’entreposez pas l’appareil dans un endroit exposé à la lumière
directe du soleil ou dans un endroit où la température dépasse 100°
Fahrenheit (38° C), sous risque d’endommager le revêtement
en plastique.
6. Un appareil complètement chargé permet 30 minutes d’utilisation, soit
environ 10 traitements.
Conseils d’utilisation :
1. Nettoyez le visage et séchez-le soigneusement.
2. Raccordez la sangle en l’insérant dans la cavité latérale

glisser horizontalement jusqu’à ce qu’elle s’enclenche.
3. Placez l’appareil sur les yeux et réglez la sangle en fonction de la taille
de votre tête.
4. Allumez votre SpectraLite.™ L’appareil dispose d’une fonction d’arrêt
automatique au bout de 3 minutes.
5. Retirez l’appareil et nettoyez-le (se référer aux instructions d’entretien).
6. Placez l’appareil dans sa pochette de rangement.
7. Après traitement, appliquez les soins/crèmes de votre choix.
