
LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION
Congratulations on your purchase. We value you as a client and strive for
the highest quality products to earn your satisfaction. Please use this as your
reference for any customer service or warranty needs you may have when
purchased within the United States. You must register your product within 30
days of purchase at www.drdennisgross.com/registration for the warranty to
be effective. When purchased outside the United States, please contact your
place of purchase for local warranty information. Our warranty is limited to
the terms set out below:
What is covered by the limited warranty?
This 1-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your
SpectraLite™ when purchased through an authorized partner or directly from
Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare.™ Your 1-year limited warranty is valid for you alone,
the original purchaser, and cannot be transferred. If the product was a gift, obtain
a copy of the original receipt and send to registration@drdennisgross.com,
or have the original purchaser process the warranty claim on your behalf.
What is not covered by this limited warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover: damage, defects, failure caused by
abuse or misuse, improper care, impact or insertion of foreign objects, use
with a voltage connector, or loss of device.
How long does this limited warranty last?
The limited warranty begins after the device has been registered and expires
after one year. The warranty period is not extended if your device is replaced
by Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare™ during the warranty period.
What will Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare™ do if your device is defective?
If you discover a defect in your SpectraLite™ covered by the warranty, before
the 1-year warranty period expires, contact Client Care at 888-830-SKIN for
assistance. If we conrm a defect covered by this limited warranty, Dr. Dennis
Gross Skincare™ will decide whether to replace your SpectraLite™ with
either a new or refurbished device. If we nd that your SpectraLite™ is not
defective, we will notify you and return the device to you. All Limited Warranty
services must be authorized and performed by Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare™
or a service provider authorized by Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare.™
