HOW TO USE BATTERIES
OPERATION
A. Connect the heated gloves with batteries via the DC port.
B. Charge batteries via the Micro-USB ports.
C. Press the button on the battery to check the remaining battery power.
Pull out the battery cord from the pocket and insert it to the DC port of the
battery. Then put the battery back to the zipped pocket.

Press and hold the power button to activate and the gloves will preheat
with the button flashing red (for 5 minutes).

Put on the gloves and use the adjustable cuff or the cord stopper to keep
the wind out.

In the pre-heat mode, the red light flashes
for about 5 minutes and then changes to the
MEDIUM level.
Press and hold the power button, the gloves start
preheating with the button flashing red light.

Before washing the gloves, disconnect, and remove the battery from the
zipped pocket. Put the connector back and zip up.
DO NOT use this apparel with an infant, child, a helpless person, or
anyone insensitive to heat, such as a person with poor blood circulation.
Dr.Prepare products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the
original purchase date. If any problems occur, please contact our support
team.
We only provide after-sales services for products that are sold by
Dr.Prepare or retailers and distributors authorized by Dr.Prepare. If you
have purchased your unit from other channels, please contact your seller
for more information about return and warranty.
NEVER wear if the lining is wet.
Heating elements are not recommended to touch bare skin.
If you feel uncomfortable, turn off the power supply instantly.
DO NOT allow the cords to be pinched.
If any improper operation of this apparel is observed, discontinue its use
immediately and contact customer service ([email protected]) for
help.
NEVER disassemble battery packs and chargers.
DO NOT store the battery pack with metal objects (risk of short circuits).
DO NOT use pins on apparel. This may damage the electrical wiring.
1. How long does it take to fully charge my battery?
A: It takes about 4 hours to fully charge (via a 5V/2A USB port) a
completely empty battery.
2. How long will the battery last while in use?
A: The battery will last approximately 8 hours on the LOW heat setting, 4
hours on MEDIUM, or 2 hours on HIGH.
3. How can I tell if the battery is fully charged?
A: By checking the lights on the battery. When the LED lights on the
battery stop flashing, the battery is fully charged.
4. Why the heated gloves do not turn on or stop working with fully
charged batteries?
A: Clean the ports on the battery. Reconnect the battery and restart the
heated power button. If the heated gloves still do not work properly, please
contact our customer service ([email protected]).
Please use the mesh laundry bag if you choose machine wash.
DO NOT bleach, iron, or dry clean.
DO NOT wring or twist. Please hang dry the gloves.
When the gloves are preheating, you can short
press the power button to choose a desired heat
level.
Double click the power button to turn off the light.
Short press the button and the light comes on
again.
Press and hold the power button to shut off the
gloves.
