WELCOME
Congratulations on taking the rst step towards
a skin-renewing experience. Before you embark
on your journey, please take a moment to read
through the instructions in this User Guide.
OVERVIEW
DR’s Secret LIF is a revolutionary device that
when used as part of your daily beauty regime,
helps to cleanse your skin and prep it for your
skin care ritual.

CAUTION
• The device is only for its intended use as
described in this User Guide.
• Use only with dry hands. DO NOT use while
bathing or in the shower. DO NOT rinse device
with water or submerge in water.
• Remove all jewelry such as rings, necklaces
and bracelets before use.
• DO NOT use if you have skin infection or
malignancy or sunburn.
• DO NOT use if you are on steroid treatment or
feeling feverish.
• If you are pregnant or suspect that you are
pregnant, please consult your physician
before use.
• If you have a cardiac/heart problem or are
tted with any form of medical device, please
consult your physician before use.
• Keep out of reach of children. DO NOT use on
children below 12 years of age.
• Avoid leaving your device in direct sunlight
and DO NOT expose to extreme heat or in
humid areas.
• Keep the device away from magnetic objects
such as hard disks, video tapes, computer
monitors and televisions.
• Never use the Power Adaptor or USB Cable
if damaged. Make sure the charging
accessories and device is dry when charging.
DO NOT charge device near water.
• Handle the product with care. DO NOT drop
the device.

APPLICATION MODES
• During use, please always make sure there is
suicient skin care product applied evenly on the
skin to allow smooth gliding of DR’s Secret LIF
over the face.
• For modes with Heat, DO NOT pause and hold at
one spot for too long. Pause and hold for only 1-2
seconds. You may also use gliding motion.
• It is normal for skin to feel warm or look slightly
reddened aer using modes with Heat.
You can apply Blue Light or any soothing
skin care product of your choice if needed.
USING DR’S SECRET LIF
The 6 self-timed modes:
CCleansing Mode
VVitamin C Mode
BBrightening Mode
LLiing Mode
Heat Mode
Light Mode
Renew
Light
Nourish
Heat
It is recommended to use C with Bor LModes daily.
Use the full regime C-V-B-L 2 to 3 times weekly or
whenever you use Vitamin C serum. Use your Vitamin
C serum with VMode, apply your other skin care
products and end with Bor LModes.

C Cleansing Mode
3 minutes, composed of:
• 1.5 minutes :
• 1.5 minutes :
Cleansing Mode helps to pull out impurities,
dirt and remove residual makeup le on skin.
Complementary products: DR’s Secret
Cleanser, Aestier Cleansing Cream.
V Vitamin C Mode
3 minutes:
Vitamin C Mode helps your skin to absorb the
antioxidant more eiciently. Vitamin C can
also promote skin renewal.
Complementary products: DR’s Secret C15
Essence.
B Brightening Mode
7 minutes, composed of:
• 3 minutes :
• 2 minutes :
• 2 minutes :
Brightening Mode helps to promote skin
radiance and improve skin texture. It also
prepares your skin for absorption of your skin
care product. You may also use Brightening
Mode for eye treatment.
Complementary products: DR’s Secret
Skinlight T3, DR’s Secret Skinrecon T4 or DR’s
Secret C15 Essence. For eye treatment, use
Aestier Eye Cream.
L Liing Mode
5 minutes, composed of:
• 3 minutes :
• 2 minutes :
Liing mode helps to sculpt your facial
contours for a dened appearance. You may
also use Liing Mode for eye treatment.
Complementary products: DR’s Secret C15
Essence. For eye treatment, use Aestier Eye
Cream.

1. For C Mode, moisten your face and
hands and apply cleanser.
For V Mode, apply Vitamin C serum evenly
on moist face.
For B, L, Heat or Light Modes, apply
facial product evenly over face.
For eye treatment, apply eye cream evenly
over eye area.
2. With dry hands, switch on DR’s Secret LIF and
choose the appropriate mode.
For Light Mode, press once for Red
Light, twice for Yellow Light and thrice for
Blue Light.
3. Choose your intensity level. For eye
treatment, please use only level 1 or 2.
4. Glide DR’s Secret LIF over your face
as shown.
Heat Mode
15 minutes:
Heat Mode helps to target sagging lines and
ne lines. It can be used to target specic skin
problems.
Complementary products: DR’s Secret C15
Essence.
Light Mode
15 minutes:
Light Mode allows users to enjoy convenient
light therapy. It can be used to target specic
skin problems.
Complementary products: DR’s Secret
Skinlight T3, DR’s Secret Skinrecon T4, DR’s
Secret Spot Serum or DR’s Secret Rening
Serum.

For eye treatment, you may glide DR’s Secret
LIF over eye area or use a Pause-and-Hold
method as shown. Please note to only pause
and hold DR’s Secret LIF on each spot for
only 1-2 seconds.
For Light Mode, you may glide DR’s
Secret LIF over your problem areas or use a
Pause-and-Hold method as shown.
* Use only Pause-and-Hold method for DR’s
Secret Spot Serum and Rening Serum. *

5. Press the appropriate mode again to pause
the program. Press again to resume.
For Light Mode, there is no
pause function.
6. Apply more facial product or cleanser
if needed.
7. DR’s Secret LIF will beep to indicate
completion of mode. Light on
device head will be switched o.
8. Rinse your face to wash o cleanser (for C
Mode only).
9. Use wet or dry tissue to gently clean the
head of the device. DO NOT rinse the
device under water.
* For cystic acne use Blue Light until acne clears
up. *
NOTES
• For rst-time users, please start from level 1
and increase slowly. It is normal to experience
mild warming sensations during B, Land
Heat Modes.
• If you feel any discomfort, please lower the
intensity level, or apply more serum on skin.
If discomfort persists, please consult
your dermatologist.
