Congratulations and thank you for purchasing our
Ultra Min-e 2090™ No-Bark raining collar. It is the
smallest, most compact No-Bark trainer in the world.

Ultra Min-e 2090™ No-Bark Trainer Overview
The Ultra Min-e 2090™ No-Bark is the smallest and most
ersatile No-Bark training collar in the world. The adjustable
collar allows this unit to fit the smallest of breeds to the larg-
est (size can be adjusted from 7 to 27 inches).
The Ultra Min-e 2090™ No-Bark has been specially de-
signed for the pre ention of excessi e barking by automati-
cally sending out an electrical stimulation when barking prob-
lem occurs. This training system is ideal for all dog tempera-
ments from the most stubborn to the meekest.
The collar is ery compact, lightweight, and waterproof. The
eight adjustable stimulation le els can be easily changed
with the magnet embedded in the belt. This gi es handlers
the option of training their dogs by using the lowest electrical
stimulation le el possible.
Main Features
• Collar is compact, lightweight, and waterproof. It measures
approximately L 1 7/8” x W 1 1/4” x H 1 3/8” and weighs
just under 4 ounces.
• Patent pending magnetic on/off system with built in magnet
on collar clip. No more lost Magnets like other brands.
• Adjustable collar fits dog’s neck sizes from 7” to 27”.
• 8 intensity le els (digital memory remembers last le el
used).
• Microcomputer technology maximizes power and reliability.
• Vibration Sensor only picks up ocal cord ibrations
eliminating unnecessary “shock” from extraneous noises or
dog’s tags.
• Automatic three second safety delay.
• Replaceable 6- olt alkaline or lithium battery.
• Stimulation tester, longer contacts and sensor, and battery
are included.

Changing the Intensity Level
Turning the unit ON
To turn on the unit, you
can use either the key
ring magnet or the mag-
net in the collar clasp.
Hold one of the magnets
directly up against the
small letter “M” on the
front of the Collar. You
will hear a long two-
second beep immediately
followed by a series of
quick beeps. The LED light beside the letter “M” will flash
with the beeps. (The number of beeps and/or flashes indi-
cates which intensity le el the unit is set on). Do not mo e
the magnet until the long beep stops. The unit is now ON.
Turning the unit OFF
To turn the unit off, you simply re erse the procedure. Hold
one of the magnets directly up against the small letter “M”.
You will hear a long two-second beep immediately followed
by a shorter beep and the LED light will again flash with the
beeping. Do not mo e the magnet until the long beep stops.
The unit is now OFF.
Ultra Min-e 2090™ No-Bark Operating Instructions
Once the unit is ON, you can change the Intensity le el by
using one of the magnets. To quickly and easily change
the le el slowly and steadily pass the magnet o er the
small letter “M” on the collar. The unit will emit a series of
quick beeps and lights to indicate the current programmed
intensity le el. If the unit is on le el 8, you will hear 8
beeps and see 8 flashes. There are eight le els total. Re-
peat the process until you get to the le el you want (1-8).
After the le el Eight, the unit will cycle back to le el One.

E en at low le els, dogs may yelp when stimulation is intro-
duced due to surprise or startles they recei e, not because
it is hurting them. Do not rush up and pet or hug the dogs
because the dogs will think that you hurt them. When you
do this, the dog will learn that e ery time they feel the tingle
they just ha e to yelp and the tingle will stop, and you will
hug and pet them. At low le els the dog feels a tickle. This
tickle is the negati e response that the dog will associate
with the problem barking. Low le el stimulation is a more
effecti e way to train a dog. Low le el stimulation is less
painful than swatting with a newspaper, spanking with your
hand or yelling at your dog. When done properly, low le el
stimulation training is more humane, effecti e and a better
way to train your dog. For more information on how to train
with electronic No-Bark collars, consult a professional
trainer or buy a “how to train” ideo or book on this subject
from your local pet or sporting goods retailer.
Basic Information on Use
IMPORTANT - When screwing in the electrodes and sensors,
tighten by hand only. Hand tightening will allow the electrodes to
ibrate for maximum stimulation. Never use a wrench on elec-
trodes or ark sensor.
Choosing the Correct Electrodes
The proper set of electrodes you should use is determined
by which set is long enough to make good contact with the
dog’s skin. Good contact is essential for the proper opera-
tion of the unit. Longer haired dog’s will usually require the
longer 1/2” contacts (included in package), and shorter
haired dogs the 3/8” (on unit from factory).

Proper collar tightness is extremely
important. If the collar is too loose, it
will not function properly, and if the
collar is too tight, the dog will ha e
difficulty breathing.
Adjusting and Positioning
Your No-Bark Collar for Proper Fit
Proper collar tightness and position are Very important to insure
safety and correct functioning e ery time you use the collar.
• All electronic collars need to be ery snug to work properly. They
must be just tight enough to allow the “prongs” or electrodes to
make good skin contact down past your dogs neck hair. Usually
the two finger rule (two fingers fitting tightly under collar) helps.
• If your collar is too loose, the stimulation may not work properly
because good skin contact is not being achie ed. This can di-
rectly affect the stimulation performance and whether or not the
dog will recei e the stimulation. Always check for good “prong”
contact if it appears that your dog is not responding to the stimula-
tion.
• A loose collar can promote skin irritation when the collar mo es or
rubs too much on a dog’s neck. The proper snug fit will help pre-
ent this from occurring.
• Proper fit of the collar is important. It should
be just tight enough on the dog’s neck to
make good skin contact and allow the dog to
breath normally. The collar should ne er be
so tight on the dog’s neck that it restricts the
dog’s normal breathing pattern.
• For proper positioning of your collar box, it
should be placed on the center of the dog’s
neck facing forward. (see picture to right).>

To adjust the tightness & position of the collar

Ne er attach a leash or tie-out to the electronic No-Bark
training collar. This can cause excessi e rubbing of the elec-
trodes on the dog’s neck which could create chafing, rash,
hair loss or e en sores on the dog’s neck. Always remo e
the collar after each training session. The collar should NOT
be worn for more than twel e continuous hours without re-
mo ing or repositioning on the dog’s neck. Always remo e
your collar and let the dog’s neck rest. Some dogs ha e sen-
siti e skin. Should signs of irritation, redness, sores or chaf-
ing appear on the skin, remo e collar and do not use until the
skin has completely cleared up.
CAUTION
How to Change the Battery
Step 1 : Unscrew A and B
Step 2 : Replace 6 Volt alkaline or lithium battery as
shown below.
NOTE
Watch “+” “-” while installing. If battery is installed
backward it may pre ent the unit from working.

The Ultra Min-e 2090™ No-Bark collar is the smallest,
most inno ati e and ersatile dog training collar in the
world. In order to make this collar as small as possible, we
designed it to be used with replaceable/disposable 6V bat-
teries instead of the larger bulkier rechargeable type.
As a courtesy to our customers we have provided the
first 6V attery for you. Replacements can e pur-
chased at most retail outlets where atteries are sold or
directly from us.
A standard alkaline battery will gi e approximately two
weeks of regular use. Using a 6 olt lithium battery instead
of the 6V alkaline (standard) type can increase usage times
by up to 300% ( to approximately one month) under normal
usage conditions.
Battery Information and Energy Saving Tips
Some Helpful Hints and Tips to Maximize Battery Life:
• Always turn the unit OFF after each training session.
Lea ing the collar turned on slowly drains the battery and
lessens it’s life.
• Check your collar before storing to ensure that the unit is
OFF.
• Whene er the collar is off of the dog’s neck make sure
that the collar is clipped together. This will help pre ent
the collar magnet from accidentally touching the mag-
netic switch on the recei er and turning the unit ON.
• Hang the collar on a door, wall hook or a key ring rack
whene er it is not in use. This will not only pre ent acci-
dental acti ation but will also gi e you easy access to the
collar when you need it.

• If you store your collar in a drawer, on a shelf or other flat
surface, keep your key ring magnet separated and away
from the collar recei er to help pre ent accidental acti a-
tion. Occasionally check your collar, when not in use or
stored, to ensure that it has not been acti ated.
• As with any electronic de ice which uses replace-
able/disposable type batteries, it is always recommended
that you keep an extra set of batteries on hand. This will
pre ent any training delays when the batteries need to
be replaced.
How to Test Your Collar
1. Place the contact terminals
of the test lamp firmly onto
the electrodes of the re-
cei er.
2. Set the stimulation to le el 5
or 6.
3. Use the serrated edge of the
test light and gently rub it
across the sensor (black
plastic center post).
4. A red light on the test light
should light up.
NOTE - When rubbing the serrated edge of the test
light across the sensor, do not press down hard. In-
stead, run the tester all the way from one end to the
other with a quick motion using a ery light amount of
downward pressure. Do not be discouraged if it
takes a few tries to get the hang of it.

Important Notice - Read Before Using Collar
• To pre ent accidental stimulation, ne er touch the metal
electrode when handling the collar.
• To minimize accidental stimulation to the dog, ne er lea e
your dog unattended while wearing an electronic de ice.
• Ne er allow anyone to handle or use the collar on a dog
unless they ha e fully read and understand this manual.
Proper use of the collar is extremely important.
• Always check with your eterinarian to assure that your dog
has no physical health problems or genetic defects which
would make the use of an electronic training de ice unsafe.
• If you ha e ne er used an electronic training collar before,
consult a professional trainer, read books or watch ideos
on training with electronic de ices to assure that you fully
understand the proper use of and correct training methods
to use with your new electronic collar.
• For best results, always train at the lowest possible stimula-
tion le el that will make the correction in your dog’s beha -
ior. This le el may change in different training situations,
and from dog to dog.
• This is an authorized training de ice to help correct and
change unwanted beha ior in dogs and other domestic ani-
mals. Any other unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
• Our electronic training de ices, when used correctly, are
ery humane and effecti e. They can help train obedience
and build a positi e bond between a dog owner and their
dog.

Warranty and Repair
All Ultra Min-e 2090™ No-Bark training collars ha e
a one year Parts and Labor Warranty, effecti e from
the original date of purchase. (A copy of the original
sales receipt is required to alidate the date of pur-
chase).
NOTE
Ultra Min-e 2090™ No-Bark 6V batteries are re-
placeable/disposable and are not co ered under the
warranty.
The warranty does not co er the damages resulted
from accident, misuse, abuse or lack of reasonable
care of the product. All repairs, whether warranted or
not, should be sent to the address on the last page of
this manual.
