Säkerhetsföreskrifter
Läs hela detta instruktionshäfte innan maskinen/installationen idriftsätts.
Utrustningen får monteras och skötas endast av behöriga personer som tagit del av denna skrift. Dust-
control ansvarar ej för skador på utrustningen som uppkommit pga felaktig installation eller felaktigt
handhavande av utrustningen.
Varning! Vid användandet av DC Boxen ska grundläggande säkerhetsföreskrifter följas för att minska
risken för personskada.
Arbetsmiljön
Utsätt inte maskinen för väta. Använd den ej i fuk-
tiga och våta utrymmen eller i närheten av lättan-
tändliga vätskor eller gaser.
1. Föreskrifter
Använd maskinen för avsett ändamål. Följ
föreskrifterna för det material som sugs,
t ex asbest.
2. Dammspridning
Arbeta aldrig med DC Boxen utan att suget är
tillslaget. Gavelluckorna ska alltid vara stängda
vid rengöringsarbete i DC Boxen. Ha alltid
allmänventilationen i DC Boxen på i minst
3 minuter efter avslutad rengöring innan gavel-
lucka öppnas.

3. Personlig skyddsutrustning
Använd alltid skyddshandskar och se till att
overall hålls ren.
4. Omsorg
Håll utrustningen ren och se till att alla pack-
ningar är täta. Följ instruktionerna.
5. Kontroll
Kontrollera alltid att utrustningen är oskadad
innan användandet av utrustningen. Finns det
skador måste maskinen repareras av en
auktoriserad serviceverkstad som är godkänd
av Dustcontrol .
6. Varning
Använd endast tillbehör och utbytesdelar från
Dustcontrol.
OBS! Vid användandet av felaktiga eller pirat-
delar kan maskinen läcka hälsofarligt damm
med personskada som följd.

Funktionsbeskrivning
DC Boxen är uppbyggd som ett dragskåp med en
lucka på varje sida för in- och utförsel av maskiner.
I DC Boxen finns punktutsug, allmänt utsug, belys-
ning och tryckluft. Soppåse för det grova skräpet
och kasserade filter finns ansluten i botten.
Vid in- och utförsel av större/tyngre maskiner an-
vänds ett rullbord och en åkvagn. Maskinen läggs
på åkvagnen som står på rullbordet. Rullbordet
rullas fram till DC Boxen och åkvagnen inklusive
maskinen skjuts in i DC Boxen.
Det finns tre öppningar på framsidan där operatö-
ren för in armarna vid rengöringsarbetet. Tre öpp-
ningar medför god åtkomlighet, samt frigör alltid en
öppning som luftintag.
Rengöringsarbetet utförs med hjälp av olika sug-
munstycken på punktutsuget, tryckluft eller borstar.
Drift
Rengöring av stoftavskiljare
· Mottagning i speciellt avdelat utrymme
(i anslutning till DC-boxen).
· Avlägsna eventuella slangar och/eller andra
tillbehör utomhus. Slangarna tejpas i ändarna
och rengörs sedan utvändigt i DC-boxen.
· Kör fram stoftavskiljaren till DC-boxen.
· Dela, om möjligt, stoftavskiljare och kärra vid
DC-boxen.
· Lägg stoftavskiljaren på åkvagnen och lossa
lätt på stoftavskiljarens skruvar om dessa sit-
ter hårt.
· Kontrollera att DC-boxens huvudströmbrytare
är påslagen.
· Tänd belysningen i DC-boxen.
· Starta DC-boxens allmänventilation!
· Öppna därefter DC-boxens sidodörr och rulla
in åkvagnen med stoftavskiljaren.
· Stäng sidodörren.
· Lossa stoftavskiljarens plastpåse och släpp
denna i DC-boxens soppåse.
· Demontera stoftavskiljarens filter.
(Använd batteridriven skruvdragare.)
· Rengör filtret med DC-boxens punktutsug.
(Allmänventilationen är då frånslagen för att
uppnå maximal sugeffekt.)
· Starta DC-boxens allmänventilation.
· Rengör stoftavskiljarens övriga delar med
hjälp av DC-boxens tryckluftsmunstycke.
· Rengör DC-boxen inklusive åkvagnen med
punktutsuget. (Allmänventilationen är då från-
slagen.)
· Starta allmänventilationen.
· Öppna sidodörren efter 3 minuter.
· Ta ut stoftavskiljaren.
· Rengör därefter stoftavskiljarens kärra, vid
behov, enligt samma procedur.
· Efter avslutad rengöring stängs DC-boxens
sidodörr, ventilationen stängs av och
DC-boxens belysning släcks.
· Övriga maskiner och verktyg rengörs enligt
samma procedur.
Tömning av plastsäck
· När DC Boxens plastsäck är fylld försluts den
(knyts ihop och tejpas) för att hindra att damm
läcker ut. Starta allmänventilationen innan
påsen tas bort. Sätt på en ny påse.
· Plastsäcken kastas på därför avsedd plats.

Service
Kontrollera regelbundet luckornas att luckornas
packningar är rena och oskadade. Skadade pack-
ningar ska bytas.

tid vid fler-skift. Garantin avser fabrikationsfel.
Duscontrol tar inte ansvar för maskiner utrustade
med annat än originaldelar.

Reparationer ska utföras av reparatör som är god-
känd av Dustcontrol. I annat fall förverkas garantin.

Safety Considerations
Read all instructions before the machine/installa-
tion is commissioning.
The equipment must be installed and maintained
properly by qualified personnel who have study
this user instruction. Dustcontrol does not take
responsibility for defective installation or
maintenance.
Warning! When using the DC Box, basic safety
precautions should always be followed to reduce
the risk of fire, electric shock and personal injury,
including the following:
1. Work Area Environment
Only use the machine for the puropose it is
intended for. Always follow the guidelines for
the particular material being colleted; e. g.
Asbestos.
2. Spreading of Dust
Never use the DC Box without having the
suction working. When cleaning equipment in
the DC Box the door must always be closed.
Always keep the ventilation on for at least
3 minutes after the cleaning is finished before
opening the door.
3. Personal Protection
Always use protection gloves and an overall.
Be sure to keep them clean.
4. Maintain the machine with care
Keep the DC Box clean and be sure the
gaskets are tight. Follow the instructions.
5. Checking for damage
Check the machine regularly for damage. If
there are any damaged parts these should be
repaired by a Dustcontrol authorised service
centre.
8. Warning
Use only accessories and replaceable parts
which are available from the Dustcontrol
catalogue. When using non-genuine parts,
especially filters and plastic sacks, dust leaks
could occur which may be hazardous to
health.

System Description
The DC Box is constructed as a fume-cupboard
with a door for the input and output of equipment.
The DC Box is equiped with ventilation, source
extraction, lighting and compressed air. A disposal
sack for the heavy dust and old filters is mounted
on the bottom of the DC Box.
When pulling heavy machines in and out of the
DC Box a trolley can be used.
Operating
Cleaning of equipment:
- Put the equipment in a room intended for
contaminated machines (near the DC Box).
- On a dust extraction; first remove the hose
and other accessories. Put some tape on the
openings of the hose. After that clean them in
the DC Box.
- Put the dust extraction on the trolley.
- Check that the DC Box power control is on.
- Start the DC Box ventilation.
- Open the door of the DC Box and put the
trolley inside.
- Close the door.
- Remove the plastic bag on the dust extraction
and put it into the disposal sack of the
DC Box.
- Remove the filter of the dust extraction.
- Turn off the ventilation, and use the dust
extraction to clean the filter.
- Turn on the ventilation.
The three openings on the front side are intended
for the operator to use when cleaning equipment.
Two of them are for the operator’s hands and one
of them is to be used as an air inlet.
The cleaning of equipment is done with different
suction tools, compressed air and brushes.
- Clean the rest of the dust extraction with the
DC Box air pressure tool.
- Turn off the ventilation and use the dust
extraction to clean the the DC Box (including
the trolley).
- Turn on the ventilation.
- After 3 minutes; open the door.
- Remove the dust extraction.
- If nessecary, clean the dust extraction trolley
separately as above.
- After cleaning, close the door of the DC Box,
turn of the ventilation and the lighting.
Emptying the disposal sack:
- When the disposal bag is full, tighten and seal
it. Turn on the ventilation in the DC Box before
removing the sack. Put a new sack into the
DC Box.

Regulary check the door and the gaskets of
the door. If they are damaged they should be
changed immediately.

Service
The warranty period is for one full year of single
shift operation or equivalent in multishift operation.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. This
warranty is null and void for machines equipped
with other than original spare parts.
Warranty
Warranty repairs must be performed by Dustcon-
trol or their authorized representatives. Unauthori-
zed repairs render this warranty null and void.
