General
safety recommendations
CAUTION! Make sure you have read
and understood all recommendations.
Failure to observe the following recom-
mendations may result in electric shock,
cause re and / or serious injuries. The term
"power tool", used in this manual refers to the
tools equipped with a power supply cord or a
battery.
Working space
•The workstation should be kept tidy and well-lit.
Disorder at the workstation and inadequate lighting
may result in accidents.
• Do not use power tools in environment exposed
to the risk of explosion, e.g. near ammable liquid
vapours, gases or ammable particles in the form of
dusts. During operation, sparks are generated, which
may ignite dust or vapours.
•Do not allow children and unauthorised persons
near places where operations with the use of an
electric tool are carried out. Third parties may distract
the operator's attention, and he may loose control over
the tool.

Electric safety recommendations
•The tool plug should always be inserted to an appro-
priate socket. This reduces the risk of electric shock.
Do not use plug adapters with grounding contacts.
• Avoid touching grounded items, such as metal pipes,
heaters, cookers and refrigerators. If the worker's body
comes into contact with a grounded item, the danger of
electric shock increases.
•Protect the power tool against rain and moisture.
Penetration of water into the tool increases the danger
of electric shock.
•Do not use the power supply cable for purposes
other than designed. Under no circumstances should
one use the cable to carry the tool or pull it; also, it is
forbidden to switch off the tool by pulling the power
supply cable. Protect the cable against heating,
contact with kerosene-based bodies, with sharp
edges or mobile parts of the tool. A power cable that
is damaged or spliced increases the danger of electric
shock.
• When working in open air, use extension cords
designed for this type of work, which will reduce the
danger of electric shock.
Personal protection recommendations
•Be cautious when working with power tools, and
carefully plan your actions. Do not use the tool when
fatigued, or under the inuence of drugs, alcohol or
medicines. Careless handling may result in serious
injuries.
•Use personal protection equipment. Always wear
protective goggles. When necessary, use respirators,
non-slipping boots, hard hats and earplugs. The use
of personal protection equipment is one of the factors
that reduce the risk of injuries.
• Avoid incidental activation of power tools. Before
inserting the plug, make sure that the power switch is in
OFF position. When carrying the tool, take your ngers
off the main switch, which will reduce the possibility of
incidental activation.
• Before switching on the tool, remove any wrenches
and other objects from its rotating parts. A wrench left
in the rotating unit may result in serious injuries.
• Do not apply excessive force, take a stable position
and always try to keep balance - this will facilitate
control over the tool.
• Do not wear loose clothes or freely-hanging jewel-
lery. Hair, parts of garment and gloves should be pro-
tected against contact with moving parts of the power
tool.
• If the tool is equipped with a dust collection device,
make sure that the device has been activated and
used properly. Use of such devices helps reduce the
concentration of dust at the workstation.
Use and handling of power tools
•The persons with lowered psychophysical or mental
aptitudes as well as children can not operate the power
tool, if they are not supervised or instructed about use
of the power tool by a person responsible for their
safety.
• Do not overload the tool. Power tools are to be used
only in operations, to which they have been designed,
which will ensure safety and help achieve better
results.
•Do not use power tools with a damaged power
switch. A tool that cannot be switched on and off in a
controlled manner is potentially dangerous and must
be repaired immediately.
• Before adjustment operations, replacement of
attachments, and during storage, remove the power
tool plug from the mains socket. This eliminates the
risk of the tool being unintentionally activated.
•The tool should be stored out of children's reach.
Do not allow the use of power tools by persons who
have not read this manual and are inexperienced. In
the hands of an inexpert person, the tool may be dan-
gerous both for the operator and his environment.
•Take proper care of the tool condition. Monitor the
axial run-out and stability of movable parts' joints, and
pay proper attention at any faults that may result in the
tool damage. Bad condition of power tools is a frequent
cause of accidents.
•Cutting tools should be kept clean and must be well-
sharpened. Cutting tools with sharp cutting edges,
which are properly xed reduce the risk of seizure and
facilitate the control over power tools.
•When using power tools and its accessories, follow
the instructions listed in this manual. During work with a
specic type of power tools, follow recommendations,
taking into account operational conditions and the type
of job performed.
Service of power tools
Your power tool should be serviced only by qualied
specialists, with the use of recommended spare parts.
This will guarantee labour safety, when your tool is
being applied.
Safety guidelines during
power tool operation
Before commencing operation
•It is obligatory to switch on a power tool to the socket
that is properly grounded by grounding contact.
•Use grinding discs safe rotation ratio of which is
bigger than rotation ratio of spindle of power tool.
Follow manufacturers' recommendations regarding
use of tools and accessories.
• Do not use grinding discs that have cracks, cleav-
ages, distortions, as well as grinding discs causing in-
creased vibration of power tool.
• Protect grinding discs from shock, prevent them
from greasing.
•Do not use grinding discs dimensions of which
(outer diameter and bore diameter) differ from the
recommended ones.
• Never work with protection devices dismounted.
Damaged protection devices must be replaced
immediately.
During operation
•Apply the workpiece to the grinding disc only when
the disc reaches its maximum rotation speed.
•Do not use the side surface of grinding disc for
grinding.
•Do not stop the motor of power tool when it is en-
ergized.
•Beware of recoil (sudden push back) of the workpiece
while operating the power tool. Recoil can be caused

by non-compliance with operation recommendations,
too abrupt apply of the workpiece to the grinding disc,
etc. In order to minimize the risk of recoil always follow
the recommendations during operation of the power
tool.
•During operation of the power tool stay straight and
hold the workpiece with both hands on the supporting
plate.
•Keep your hands safely distant from the rotating
grinding discs and never touch them, otherwise it may
result in severe injuries.
•When processing small blanks, use clamping
devices.
•During operation watch the position of a power cable
(it should always be positioned behind the power tool).
Do not allow it to whip around your legs or arms.
•Dust generated during operation may be a hazard
to your health, inammable or explosive; clean your
working place in time and use means of individual
protection.
• Operation may produce sparks and small metal
particles, which can cause injury to the operator or
to the bystanders. Always wear means of individual
protection (goggles and protective mask), as well as
arrange your working place in a proper way.
•Do not work materials containing asbestos.
Asbestos is considered carcinogenic.
•If the power supply suddenly cuts during operation,
immediately move on / off switch into off in order to
prevent accidental starting of the power tool.
• Avoid overheating your power tool, when using it for
a long time.
After nishing operation
•After turning of the power tool off, the grinding disc
continues to rotate for some time due to inertia. This is
why the power tool should be put aside only after its
rotating parts come to a full stop.
•It is strongly prohibited to slow down the rotation of
slowing grinding discs by applying force to the side
surface of discs.

Installation and regulation
of power tool elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Do not draw up the fastening elements
too tight to avoid damaging the thread.
Follow precisely the sequence of parts
installation shown on the pictures.
Assembly / disassembly / adjustment of supporting
plate (see g. 1)
•Mount the supporting plate 5using the fasteners 9
and wing nut 6 (see g. 1).
•During dismantling of supporting plate 5repeat the
operations described above in reverse order.
• Adjust timely the distance between supporting
plate 5and grinding disc 3, for this purpose loosen
wing nut 6 and move supporting plate 5in the direction
of grinding disc 3. The distance between supporting
plate 5and grinding disc 3 should not exceed 2 mm.
Assembly / disassembly / adjustment of protective
glass (see g. 2)
• Insert protective glass 1in holder 11 and x it with
the use of fasteners 10 (see g. 2).
•Place holder 11 with inserted protective glass 1
on protective housing 4 and x it with the use of
fasteners 12 (see g. 2).
•During dismantling of holder 11 or protective
glass 1 repeat the operations described above in
reverse order.
• Adjust timely the distance between holder 11 and
grinding disc 3, for this purpose loosen nut and move
holder 11 in the direction of grinding disc 3. The
distance between holder 11 and grinding disc 3should
not exceed 2 mm.
If the wear of grinding disc 3 is so
heavy that it does not allow adjusting
the distances between grinding disc 3
and supporting plate 5 or holder 11 it is
necessary to replace the grinding disc.
Installation / change of grinding disc (see g. 3-4)
After installation of the grinding disc and
before starting work make a trial start-up
switch on the power tool and let it idle
run for at least 5 minutes. It is prohibited
to use grinding discs that cause beats and
increased vibration of the power tool.
• Remove cover 2 and protective housing 4as shown
on g. 3.
•Holding grinding disc 3with one hand unscrew
nut 17 (see g. 4). Attention: nut 17 used to x the
left grinding disc has left-hand threading.
•Dismantle from spindle 14: ange 15, gasket 16,
grinding disc 3, gasket 16, ange 15.
•Clean all the parts by the soft brush and mount
on spindle 14: ange 15, gasket 16, grinding disc 3,
gasket 16, and ange 15. Attention: mount
anges 15 exactly as shown on g. 4, do not turn
them.
•Holding grinding disc 3with one hand, screw
nut 17.
• Install protective housing 4 and cover 2.
• Fix the position of cover 2with the help of
fasteners 13.
Initial operation
of the power tools
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power
supply voltage must match the information quoted on
the power tool identication plate.
Switching the power
tool on / off
Switching on:
Move switch 8 into the "On" position.
Switching off:
Move switch 8 into the "Off" position.

Recommendations
on the power tool operation
Select the type and grain structure of
grinding disc 3 depending on the
machined material and the roughness of
the surface that you are expecting to
achieve.
• Put the power tool on the work table, it is desirable
to x it with the use of bolts or clamps.
• Lower protective glass 1as down as possible to
grinding disc 3.
• Start the power tool, wait until grinding disc 3has
reached its maximum rotation speed and smoothly
move the workpiece placed on supporting plate 5to
grinding disc 3.
• Do not apply excessive pressure to the workpiece,
as it will not bring better results but it will overload the
engine and wear, the workpiece will be heated and
grinding disc 3will be worn out more quickly.
• Move the workpiece to the left / the right a little bit. It
will ensure even wear of grinding disc 3.
• It is recommended to place the workpiece in the
water from time to time in order to avoid its overheating
during treatment.
Power tool maintenance /
preventive measures
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Cleaning of the power tool
An indispensable condition for a safe long-term exploi-
tation of the power tool is to keep it clean.

de sécurité

et / ou de graves blessures. Le terme "outil
électrique" utilisé dans ce manuel fait allusion
aux outils équipés d'un cordon d'alimentation
électrique ou d'une batterie.
Espace de travail
• L'espace de travail devrait toujours être bien rangé
et bien éclairé. Du désordre dans l'espace de travail
et un éclairage insufsant peuvent conduire à des
accidents.
•Ne pas utiliser d'outils électriques dans un
environnement sujet au risque d'explosion, par ex. à
proximité de vapeurs liquides inammables, de gaz ou
de particules inammables sous forme de poussières.

Recommandations concernantla sécurité
électrique
• La prise de courant de l'outil doit toujours être insérée
dans une prise appropriée. Cela réduit le risque de
décharge électrique. Ne pas utiliser d'adaptateurs de
prise de courant avec des prises de mise à la terre.
• Éviter de toucher des articles reliés à la terre, comme
des tuyaux métalliques, des radiateurs, des cuisinières
et des réfrigérateurs. Si le corps de l'ouvrier entre du
contact avec un article relié à la terre, le danger de
décharge électrique augmente.
•Protégez l'outil électrique contre la pluie et l'humidité.
Si de l'eau pénètre dans l'outil, cela augmente le
danger de décharge électrique.
•Ne pas utiliser le câble d'alimentation électrique pour
un but autre que celui pour lequel il est conçu. Sous
aucune circonstance le câble ne doit être utilisé pour
porter ou tirer l'instrument; ne jamais non plus éteindre
l'outil en tirant sur le câble d'alimentation électrique.
Protéger le câble contre la chaleur, le contact avec des
corps à base de pétrole, avec des bords pointus ou
les parties mobiles de l'outil. Un câble d'alimentation
endommagé ou entortillé augmente le danger de
décharge électrique.
• Lors du travail en plein air, utiliser des rallonges
conçues pour ce type de travail, ce qui réduira le
danger de décharge électrique.
Recommandations de protection personnelle
• Soyez prudent lorsque vous travaillez avec des
outils électriques et planiez soigneusement vos
actions. Ne vous servez pas de l'outil lorsque vous
êtes fatigué ou sous l'inuence de drogues, d'alcool
ou de médicaments. Une manipulation négligente peut
conduire à de graves blessures.
•Utilisez un équipement de protection personnelle.
Portez toujours des lunettes de protection. Si
nécessaire, utilisez un respirateur, des bottes
antidérapantes, un casque et des protèges-tympan.
L'utilisation d'un équipement de protection personnelle
est un des facteurs qui réduit le risque de blessures.
• Évitez de mettre accidentellement en marche
l'outil électrique. Avant d'insérer la prise de courant,
assurez-vous que l'outil est en position OFF. Lorsque
vous portez l'outil, retirez vos doigts de l'interrupteur
de mise en marche, cela réduira la possibilité de mise
en marche accidentelle.
• Avant d'allumer l'outil, enlevez toute clé et autres
objets laissé dans ses parties rotatives. Une clé
oubliée dans l'unité rotative peut conduire à de graves
blessures.
•Ne forcez pas trop, prenez une position ferme et
essayez toujours de garder l'équilibre; cela facilitera
votre contrôle sur l'outil.
• Ne portez pas de vêtements lâches ou de bijoux qui
pendent. Les cheveux, les parties de vêtement et les
gants devraient être protégés contre le contact avec
les parties mobiles de l'outil électrique.
•Si l'outil est équipé d'un accessoire ramasse-
poussière, assurez-vous que l'accessoire est activé et

Utilisation et emploi des outils électriques

•Ne surchargez pas l'outil. Les outils électriques ne

• N'utilisez pas d'outils électriques avec un
interrupteur de mise en marche endommagé. Un

Directives de sécurité pendant l'utilisation de
l'outil électrique
Avant de commencer
• Il interdit d’allumer un outil électrique qui ne soit pas
branché sur une prise correctement raccordée à la terre.
• La vitesse de rotation du disque du touret à meuler
doit être supérieure à celle de la fusée de l’outil
électrique. Suivre les conseils du fabricant concernant
l’utilisation des outils et accessoires.
• Ne pas utiliser de disques de touret à meuler
craquelés, tordus, ssurés ni de disques faisant vibrer
outre mesure l’outil électrique.
• Protéger les disques du touret à meuler contre les
chocs et la graisse.
• Ne pas utiliser de disques de touret à meuler dont
les dimensions (diamètre de l’alésage ou extérieur)
diffèrent de celles conseillées.

• Ne jamais travailler alors que les appareils de pro-
tection sont démontés. Il faut remplacer immédiate-
ment les appareils de protection endommagés.
Pendant l’opération
• Ne poser la pièce contre le disque que lorsque celui-
ci atteint sa vitesse maximale de rotation.
• Ne pas utiliser la surface latérale du disque pour
meuler.
• Ne pas arrêter le moteur de l’outil électrique lorsqu’il
est allumé.
• Faire attention au recul de la pièce en utilisant l’outil
électrique. Le recul peut être causé par un manque
de conformité aux conseils d’utilisation, par une
application trop forte de la pièce sur le disque etc. An
de minimiser les risques de recul, toujours suivre les
conseils lors de l’utilisation de l’outil électrique.
• Lors de l’utilisation de l’outil électrique, se tenir
bien droit et tenir la pièce à deux mains sur la plaque
d’appui.
• Conserver les mains à une distance sûre des
disques en rotation et ne jamais les toucher car vous
pourriez vous blesser grièvement.
• Lorsque vous coupez de petites pièces, utilisez les
outils de serrage.
• Pendant l’opération, surveiller la position du câble
d’alimentation (qui doit toujours être placé derrière
l’outil). Ne pas le laisser s’enrouler autour de vos bras
ou de vos jambes.
• La poussière générée pendant le fonctionnement
peut être nuisible à votre santé, inammable ou
explosive; nettoyez votre endroit de travail de temps
en temps et utilisez des protections individuelles.
• Le fonctionnement peut produire des étincelles
et de petites particules en métal pouvant blesser
l’opérateur ou les personnes alentour. Portez toujours
des protections individuelles (lunettes de protection et
masque protecteur), et arrangez correctement votre
endroit de travail.
• Ne pas travailler les matériaux contenant de
l’asbeste. L’asbeste possède les propriétés cancéri-
gènes.
• Si l’outil s’arrête brusquement de fonctionner pendant
l’opération, amener immédiatement le sélecteur
on / off sur off an d’empêcher tout démarrage
accidentel de l’outil.
• Éviter de surchauffer votre outil électrique lorsque
vous l’utilisez longtemps.
Après l’opération
• Dès que l’outil électrique est éteint, les disques
continuent de tourner pendant un moment en raison de
l’inertie. C’est la raison pour laquelle l’outil électrique
ne devrait être rangé qu’une fois les pièces en rotation
arrêtées.
• Il est fortement interdit de freiner les disques en
rotation pour les arrêter en appliquant une force sur le
côté des disques.

Installation et réglage
des éléments de l'outil électrique
Avant de commencer à travailler avec l’outil
électrique, s’assurer qu’il est débranché.
Ne pas trop serrer les xations an
d’éviter tout endommagement du
letage. Suivre précisément la séquence
d’installation des pièces indiquée sur les
images.
Montage, démontage et réglage de la plaque
d’appui (voir la g. 1)
• Installer la plaque d’appui 5 à l’aide des xations 9et
de l’écrou à oreilles 6(voir la g. 1).
• Au cours du démontage de la plaque d’appui 5,
recommencer les étapes décrites ci-dessus mais en
sens inverse.
• Régler, au moment opportun, la distance entre la
plaque d’appui 5et le disque 3. À cet effet, desserrer
l’écrou à oreilles 6 et déplacer la plaque d’appui 5
dans le sens du disque de meulage 3. La distance
entre la plaque d’appui 5et le disque 3 ne devrait pas
dépasser 2 mm.
Montage, démontage et réglage du verre de
protection (voir la g. 2)
• Enfoncer le verre de protection 1dans la patte
d’appui 11 et l’attacher à l’aide des xations 10 (voir
la g. 2).
• Mettre la patte d’appui 11 et le verre de protection 1
sur le carter de protection 4 et l’attacher à l’aide des
xations 12 (voir la g. 2).
• Au cours du démontage de la plaque d’appui 11
ou du verre de protection 1, recommencer les étapes
décrites ci-dessus mais en sens inverse.
• Régler au moment opportun la distance entre la
patte d’appui 11 et le disque 3. À cet effet, desserrer
l’écrou à oreilles et déplacer la plaque d’appui 11 dans le
sens du disque de meulage 3. La distance entre la patte
d’appui 11 et le disque 3 ne devrait pas dépasser 2 mm.
Si le disque de meulage 3 est trop usé et
qu’il ne permet pas de régler les distances
entre le disque 3 et la plaque d’appui 5 ou
la patte 11, il faut le remplacer.
Installation / remplacement du disque de meulage
(voir les g. 3-4)
Une fois le disque installé et avant de
commencer à travailler, essayer de
mettre l’outil en marche - Allumer l’outil
électrique et le laisser tourner au ralenti
pendant au moins 5 minutes. Il est interdit d’utiliser
des disques de meulage causant des saccades et
une plus forte vibration de l’outil électrique.
• Déposer le couvercle 2et le carter de protection 4
comme indiqué sur l’image 3.
• Tenir le disque 3 d’une main et dévisser l’écrou 17
(Cf image 4). Attention : l’écrou 17, utilisé pour atta-
cher le disque gauche, est leté vers la gauche.
• Déposer la fusée 14 : bride 15, joint 16, disque 3,
joint 16, bride 15.
• Nettoyer toutes les pièces à l’aide d’une brosse
souple et installer la fusée 14 ; bride 15, joint 16,
disque 3, joint 16, bride 15. Attention : installer
les brides 15 exactement comme indiqué sur
l’image 4 ; ne pas les retourner.
• Tenir le disque 3 d’une main et de l’autre visser
l’écrou 17.

Première utilisation
de l’outil électrique
Toujours utiliser la bonne tension d’alimentation:
la tension d’alimentation doit correspondre à celle
indiquée sur la plaque d’identication de l’outil
électrique.
Mettre en marche / arrêter

Tourner le commutateur 8 vers la position
"On".

Recommandations pour utilisation de l'outil
électrique
Choisir le type et le grain du disque de
meulage 3 en fonction du matériau usiné
et de l’état de surface que vous
escomptez obtenir.
• Mettre l’outil électrique sur la table de travail ; il est
conseillé de le xer à l’aide d’écrous ou de serre-joints.
• Abaisser le verre de protection 1aussi près possible
du disque 3.
• Démarrer l’outil électrique, attendre que le disque 3
ait atteint sa vitesse maximale de rotation et déplacer
délicatement la pièce mise sur la plaque d’appui 5en
direction du disque 3.
• Ne pas appuyer trop fort sur la pièce, les résultats
n’en seront pas meilleurs et vous surchaufferez le
moteur et l’userez ; la pièce chauffera et le disque 3
s’usera plus rapidement.
• Déplacer la pièce à gauche ou à droite petit peu par
petit peu. Vous garantirez ainsi une usure régulière du
disque 3.
• Il est conseillé de tremper la pièce dans l’eau de
temps en temps an d’éviter qu’elle ne chauffe trop en
cours d’usinage.

влекать работающего, и он может утратить
контроль над электроинструментом.
Рекомендации по электробезопасности
• Штепсельная вилка электроинструмента
всегда должна подключаться к соответствую-
щей розетке, это снижает риск поражения элек-
трическим током. Не используйте адаптеры для
штепсельных вилок, которые имеют заземляю-
щий контакт.
• Избегайте контакта тела с заземленными
предметами, такими как металлические трубы,
радиаторы отопления, кухонные плиты и холо-
дильники. Опасность поражения электрическим
током возрастает, если тело работающего
имеет контакт с заземленными предметами.
• Защищайте электроинструмент от влаги и
дождя. Вода, попавшая внутрь электроинстру-
мента, повышает риск поражения электриче-
ским током.
• Не используйте токоведущий кабель в целях,
для которых он не предназначен. Никогда не ис-
пользуйте кабель для переноски электроинстру-
мента, подтягивания электроинструмента к

рывком за токоведущий кабель. Оберегайте то-
коведущий кабель от нагревания, нефтепродук-

троинструмента. Поврежденный или спутанный
токоведущий кабель увеличивает опасность по-
ражения электрическим током.
• При работах на открытом воздухе, используй-
те удлинительные кабели, предназначенные для
наружных работ, это снизит опасность пораже-
ния электрическим током.
Рекомендации по личной безопасности
• При работе с электроинструментом будьте
внимательны и хорошо обдумывайте свои дей-
ствия. Не пользуйтесь электроинструментами в
случае если вы устали, или находитесь под воз-
действием наркотиков, алкоголя или медикамен-
тов. Потеря внимания во время работы может
быть причиной серьезных травм.
• Используйте индивидуальные средства защи-
ты. Всегда носите защитные очки. В случаях,
когда это необходимо, используйте респиратор,
нескользящие защитные ботинки, защитный
шлем, наушники. Использование средств индиви-
дуальной защиты также снижает возможность
получения травм.
• Избегайте случайного включения электро-
инструмента. Перед включением штепсельной
вилки в розетку убедитесь, включатель / выклю-
чатель находится в положении "выключено". При
переноске электроинструмента следует уби-
рать пальцы с включателя / выключателя, это
снизит вероятность случайного включения.
• Перед включением, необходимо убрать из вра-
щающихся частей электроинструмента все до-
полнительные ключи и приспособления. Ключ,
оставленный во вращающейся части электро-
инструмента, может быть причиной серьезных
травм.
• Не прилагайте избыточных усилий, занимайте

новесие, это поможет сохранять контроль над
электроинструментом.
• Не носите просторную одежду или свисающие
украшения. Оберегайте волосы, части одежды и
перчатки от движущихся частей электроинстру-
мента.
• Если электроинструмент оборудован устрой-
ством для сбора пыли, убедитесь в том, что это
устройство подключено и правильно использу-
ется. Использование таких устройств снижает
концентрацию пыли на рабочем месте.
Использование и обслуживание электроин-
струмента
• Запрещается использовать электроинстру-
мент лицам (включая детей) с пониженным физи-
ческими, чувственными или умственными способ-
ностями, если они не находятся под контролем
или не проинструктированы об использовании
электроинструмента лицом, ответственным за
их безопасность.
• Не перегружайте электроинструмент. Ис-
пользуйте электроинструмент только для ра-
бот, для которых он предназначен, это будет
безопаснее и даст лучшие результаты.
•Не работайте электроинструментом с неис-
правным включателем / выключателем. Электроин-
струмент, включение / выключение которого, не мо-
жет контролироваться представляет опасность и
должен быть немедленно отремонтирован.
• Извлекайте штепсельную вилку из розетки
перед проведением регулировочных работ, заме-
ны принадлежностей, а также при хранении элек-
троинструмента. Это снижает риск случайного
включения электроинструмента.
•Храните электроинструмент вдали от детей

инструкцией или не имеющим опыта работы, ис-
пользовать электроинструмент, в руках неопыт-
ного пользователя он может представлять опас-
ность как для него самого, так и для окружающих.
• Следите за состоянием электроинструмента.
Проверяйте осевое биение и надежность соеди-
нения подвижных деталей, а также любые неис-
правности, которые могут вывести электроин-
струмент из строя. Многие несчастные случаи
возникают из-за плохого состояния электроин-
струмента.
• Режущие инструменты должны содержаться

Перед началом работы
• Обязательно подключайте электроинстру-

• Используйте шлифовальные диски допустимое
число оборотов которых превышает число обо-
ротов шпинделя электроинструмента. Соблю-
дайте рекомендации производителей по исполь-
зованию принадлежностей.
• Не используйте шлифовальные диски имеющие
трещины, сколы, деформации, а также шлифо-
вальные диски вызывающие повышенную вибра-
цию электроинструмента.
• Оберегайте шлифовальные диски от ударов,
не допускайте их замасливания.
• Не используйте шлифовальные диски, размеры
которых (внешний и посадочный диаметры), от-
личаются от рекомендованных.
• Категорически запрещается работать элек-
троинструментом с демонтированными защит-
ными устройствами. Поврежденные защитные
устройства должны быть заменены.
При работе
• Подводите заготовку к шлифовальному диску
только тогда, когда диск разовьет максималь-
ные обороты.
• Не используйте боковую поверхность шлифо-
вального диска для работы.
• Избегайте остановки двигателя электроин-
струмента под нагрузкой.
• Опасайтесь отдачи (внезапный толчок назад)
заготовки. Отдача может возникнуть при не-
соблюдении рекомендаций при работе, слишком
резком подводе заготовки к шлифовальному диску
и др. Чтобы снизить вероятность возникновения
отдачи соблюдайте рекомендации при работе.
• Во время работы сохраняйте устойчивую позу,
держите заготовку двумя руками, и опирайте ее
на опорную пластину.
• Держите руки на безопасном расстоянии от
вращающихся шлифовальных дисков, никогда не
касайтесь их - вы можете получить серьезные
травмы.
• При обработке мелких заготовок для их надеж-
ного удержания используйте зажимные приспосо-
бления.
• При работе, следите за положением токоведу-
щего кабеля (он всегда должен находиться позади
электроинструмента). Не допускайте обматы-
вания им ног или рук.
• Пыль, образующаяся во время работы, может
быть вредной для здоровья, легковоспламеня-
ющейся или взрывоопасной, необходимо своев-
ременно производить уборку рабочего места, и
использовать средства индивидуальной защиты.
• При работе возможен выброс искр и мелких ме-
таллических частиц, которые могут нанести
травму работающему или окружающим людям. Не-
обходимо использовать средства индивидуальной

• Запрещается обрабатывать заготовки содер-
жащие асбест.
• Если при работе, электроснабжение внезапно
прервалось, немедленно переместите включа-
тель / выключатель в положение "Выключено",
чтобы предотвратить случайное включение
электроинструмента.
• Не допускайте перегрева электроинструмен-
та при длительном использовании.
После окончания работы
• После выключения, шлифовальные диски неко-
торое время продолжают вращаться по инерции,
соблюдайте осторожность чтобы не коснуться
вращающихся частей.
• Категорически запрещается замедлять вра-
щение шлифовальных дисков по инерции, прила-
гая усилие к боковой поверхности дисков.

плект поставки.
Монтаж и регулировка элементов
электроинструмента
Перед проведением всех процедур электроин-
струмент обязательно отключить от сети.
Не затягивайте слишком сильно
крепежные элементы, чтобы не по-
вредить их резьбу. Строго соблю-
дайте, указанную на рисунках, после-
довательность установки деталей.
Монтаж / демонтаж / регулировка опорной
пластины (см. рис. 1)
• Произведите монтаж опорной пластины 5 при
помощи крепежных элементов 9 и барашковой
гайки 6 (см. рис. 1).
• При демонтаже опорной пластины 5 повтори-
те вышеописанные операции в обратной после-
довательности.
• Своевременно производите регулировку рассто-
яния между опорной пластиной 5 и шлифовальным
диском 3, для этого ослабьте барашковую гайку 6
и переместите опорную пластину 5 в направлении
шлифовального диска 3. Расстояние между опорной
пластиной 5 и шлифовальным диском 3 должно
быть не более 2 мм.
Монтаж / демонтаж / регулировка защитного
стекла (см. рис. 2)
• Вставьте защитное стекло 1 в дер-
жатель 11 и зафиксируйте при помощи крепеж-
ных элементов 10 (см. рис. 2).
• Держатель 11 с установленным защитным
стеклом 1 установите на защитный кожух 4 и за-
фиксируйте при помощи крепежных элементов 12
(см. рис. 2).
• При демонтаже держателя 11 или защитного
стекла 1 повторите вышеописанные операции в
обратной последовательности.
• Своевременно производите регулировку рас-
стояния между держателем 11 и шлифовальным
диском 3, для этого ослабьте гайку и перемести-
те держатель 11 в направлении шлифовального
диска 3. Расстояние между держателем 11 и шли-
фовальным диском 3 должно быть не более 2 мм.
Если износ шлифовального
диска 3 настолько велик, что невоз-
можно произвести регулировку рас-
стояний между шлифовальным дис-

ком 3 и опорной пластиной 5 или держате-
лем 11, то необходимо заменить шлифоваль-
ный диск.
Установка / замена шлифовального диска (см.
рис. 3-4)
После установки шлифовального
диска, перед началом работы, произ-
ведите пробный запуск - включите
электроинструмент и дайте пора-
ботать на холостом ходу не менее 5 минут.
Шлифовальные диски, имеющие биение или
вызывающие повышенную вибрацию элек-
троинструмента использовать запрещено.
• Снимите крышку 2 и защитный кожух 4 как по-
казано на рисунке 3.
• Удерживая рукой шлифовальный диск 3, откру-
тите гайку 17 (см. рис. 4). Внимание: гайка 17,
которая крепит левый шлифовальный диск
имеет левую резьбу.
• Снимите со шпинделя 14: фланец 15, проклад-
ку 16, шлифовальный диск 3, прокладку 16, фланец 15.
• Очистите мягкой кисточкой все детали, и
установите на шпиндель 14: фланец 15, проклад-
ку 16, шлифовальный диск 3, прокладку 16, фла-
нец 15. Внимание: устанавливайте фланцы 15
только так, как показано на рисунке 4, не пере-
ворачивайте их.
• Удерживая рукой шлифовальный диск 3, закру-
тите гайку 17.
• Установите защитный кожух 4 и крышку 2.
• Зафиксируйте крышку 2 и при помощи крепеж-
ных элементов 13.
Ввод в эксплуатацию
электроинструмента
Убедитесь в том, что имеющееся напряжение в
сети соответствует данным, указанным на при-
борном щитке электроинструмента.
Включение / выключение
электроинструмента
Включение:
Установите включатель / выключа-
тель 8 в положение "On".
Выключение:
Установите включатель / выключа-
тель 8 в положение "Off".
Рекомендации при работе
электроинструментом
Выбирайте тип и зернистость шли-
фовального диска 3 в зависимости
от обрабатываемого материала и
шероховатости поверхности, кото-
рую Вы планируете получить.
• Установите электроинструмент на рабочий
стол, желательно зафиксировать его при помо-
щи болтов или струбцин.
• Опустите защитное стекло 1 как можно ниже
к шлифовальному диску 3.
• Включите электроинструмент, дождитесь
пока шлифовальный диск 3 наберет максималь-
ные обороты и плавно подведите заготовку к
шлифовальному диску 3, опирая ее на опорную
пластину 5.
• Не оказывайте избыточного давления на за-
готовку, это не даст лучших результатов, но
перегрузит двигатель, перегреет заготовку, и
шлифовальный диск 3 износится быстрее.
• Слегка перемещайте заготовку вправо-
влево - это обеспечит равномерный износ шли-
фовального диска 3.
• Рекомендуется время от времени погружать
заготовку в воду, чтобы избежать ее перегрева
при обработке.
Обслуживание / профилактика

Перед проведением всех процедур электро-
инструмент обязательно отключить от
сети.
Чистка электроинструмента
Обязательным условием для долгосрочной и без-
опасной эксплуатации электроинструмента яв-
ляется содержание его в чистоте.

бые механические воздействия на нее при транс-
портировке.
• При погрузке / разгрузке не используйте погру-
зочную технику, работающую по принципу зажи-
ма упаковки.

Вторичное использование сырья
вместо устранения мусора!
Электроинструмент, дополнительные принад-
лежности и упаковку следует экологически чисто
утилизировать.
В интересах чистосортной рециркуляции отхо-
дов детали из синтетических материалов соот-
ветственно обозначены.
