2.2 LED Behavior
The LEDs indicate the WiFi router’s power and connection.

Press WPS button, LED start to blink magenta, until WPS pairing success or fail
or 2 minute timeout.

WPS paring success, change to solid blue.

WPS pairing failure or timeout, LED become solid Magenta for 5 seconds, then
change to solid blue.
Power on/

Power on (Booting) will show solid magenta first, then LED will continue to blink
blue, and become solid blue when boot process is done successfully.

Hardware installation
1. Insert the power adapter into the WiFi Router’s power connector and plug it into the
power outlet.
2. Use the provided Ethernet cable to connect your computer to the WiFi Router’s LAN
port. Or, connect your mobile device to the Router via WiFi.
3. Use the Ethernet cable to connect your modem to the WiFi Router's Internet (WAN) port.
4. You can configure the router’s settings using a smartphone or a computer.
Go to chapter 4. CONFIGURE ROUTER SETTINGS VIA MOBILE APP.
Go to chapter 5. SPECIFY ROUTER SETTINGS VIA WEB BROWSER.

Configure router settings via mobile APP
4.1 Create the Dynalink administrator account
If you already have a Dynalink account, please go directly to chapter 4.2. Initialize your router and access the
1. Download Dynalink app from Google Play
or App Store . Launch the Dynalink app
and tap Create Dynalink account.
3. A verification email will be sent to your mail box. If you
do not receive the email, tap Resend verification
email or check the spam folder in your mail box.
2. Fill in your email and password. Then
tap the Sign Up button.

4. Click the verification link to complete
the Dynalink account setup. The link will
be valid for 24 hours only.
Note: If you do not verify within 24 hours
of receiving the email, you’ll need to
repeat the Sign Up process.
5. Then, you will see the message.
"Congratulations! Your account has been
activated. Welcome to join Dynalink Life."
Note: Ensure your account is verified
successfully through the link.
6. Back to the Dynalink App, the message
Account activated will be indicated. You
have successfully created a Dynalink account.

4.2 Initialize your router and access the configuration utility
2. Select the model DL-WRX36 and
tap Confirm.
3. Tap Get started and start to follow the
step-by-step instructions to set up your
Dynalink router
1. Launch Dynalink APP. Fill in your email
and password and tap the Log in button.

4. Power off your Internet modem and disconnect
all the devices connected to it. Then tap Next.
Or, tap I don’t have a modem and see step 6.
5. Connect your modem’s LAN port to your
Dynalink router’s WAN/LAN port. Power
on your modem and then go to step 7.
6. Connect your Dynalink router’s WAN/LAN
port to an Ethernet outlet.

8. Refer to the label and connect your device to router
via WiFi, there are 2 ways.
Manually enter the WiFi SSID and password.
Use APP to scan the QR_CODE.
Note: The label is located at the bottom of the router.
9. Wait for the Dynalink router finish
detecting the WiFi connection.
7. Power on the Dynalink router. Wait until the
LED light of the front panel turns solid blue.

12. Specify your 5G WiFi network
name and password.
11. Specify your 2.4G WiFi network
name and password.
10. Follow the APP to setup internet
connection.

13. After that, you will see the message
"Awesome! Dynalink is now up and
running! ". Then tap Enjoy network.

the router settings.

4.3 Upgrade your DL-WRX36 to the latest firmware
We highly recommend you to upgrade to the latest firmware when you set up the first time. So as to achieve maximum performance and
enable more features. Please use the settings page on the APP to upgrade the firmware.
1. Tap the burger menu icon
on the upper left corner.
2. Tap Settings to continue.
3. Select Firmware update, then it will start
to detect the latest firmware version.

4. You will see the message “Checking for
update...”while your router is checking
for the latest firmware version.
5. Click Download and install when you see
Update available.
6. After the upgrading progress, you can
see the message "Update complete"
and the firmware version.

Specify Router Settings via Web browser
5.1 Logging into the configuration utility
1. On your computer, scan available WiFi networks.
2. Select the WiFi Network Name (SSID) found on the white sticker on
the bottom of your router.
3. Enter the unique password found on the white sticker on the bottom
of your router.
4. If preferred, you can use an Ethernet cable to connect your computer
to the router’s LAN port for configuration instead of following step1
to step3.
5. Launch your web browser and enter the router’s domain name
http://login.dynalink or IP address: http://192.168.216.1 in the
address bar.
6. Enter the default username (admin) and password (check admin
password on the label) to log in to your router’s management page.

Your router comes with an intuitive Web User Interface (Web UI) that allows you to easily setup its feature.
Menu Save
Displays all the router functions.
Remember to save your settings with the save button after
making changes.

5.2 Dashboard
The Dashboard shows a snapshot of your network status with quick links to key features of your router.
