UNCRATING AND ASSEMBLY
• Remove all screws holding the exterior wooden panels to the steel
crate frame. Remove the wooden panels (FIG 1).
• Unscrew all four Table Legs from the frame and set aside for
assembly. Remove the four Height Adjustment Feet from water
table and install into the legs.

• Cut the steel crate frame off at the base. Carefully lift it off and set
it aside (FIG 2).
• Lifting of the table is ideally done with long straps and a crane, or
forklift with fork extensions.
PINCH AND CRUSH HAZARD!
DO NOT utilize a forklift with short forks to lift the
table. The minimum recommended fork length is 6ft
[1.85m]. If the table tips off the forks it could result in
serious bodily injury and property damage.

Doing so will result in damage to the table gantry.
• Lift one side of the plasma table at a time and set it on cribbing so
the bottom side can be accessed (FIG 3).
• Now that it is elevated off the crate, pass straps underneath or
carefully slide the extended length forks underneath. Be conscious
of the drain valve stud and plasma rack mounting provisions, as
they could be damaged by forks (FIG 4).
