Preface
Thank you for using ED3000 series inverter manufactured by company.
ED3000 series inverter is another series driver inverter with high-torque,
high-precision and wide-timing. It is developed by company with the new theory.
On the premise of improving stability, it provides a advanced series of running and
controlling function of simple PLC,PI adjust, flexible I/O port, parameter revisable
on-line, pulse frequency given, parameter saved while power-off or closing down,
fixed length control, swing frequency control,RS485 control and multi-pump
constant voltage water supply control. A set of integrative solving scheme is
provided for terminal customers. That is valuable and helpful for reducing the cost
and improving the reliability of system.
Before using ED3000 series inverter, the user should read the use manual
carefully to make sure that ED3000 series inverter can be installed and operated
correctly.
If this manual is changed, please refer to the new edition.

Chapter 1 Summary
1.1 Incoming inverter inspect
Check if there is damage during transportation and inverter itself has damage or
fall-off parts. Check if parts presented in packing list are all ready. Please confirm
rated data of the inverter is in line with your order requirement.
Please contact our company or local agent rapidly if some careless omission or
mistake arise, we'll deal with it as soon as possible.

components.

1．Please hold the bottom of the inverter.
May make the feet injured if only hold the panel.
2．The inverter is forbidden to install on the flammables,
otherwise have danger of fire.
3．If two or more than two inverter are fixed in one control
tank, please fix the cooling fan, make sure that the
temperature of the entry is below 40℃.
May cause fire or other accident.

1．Make sure the power is cut off before wiring.

2．Invite the electrician to connect wire.

3．The ground terminal of the inverter must be grounded
well.
（380V：especially the third grounding）

4．After the urgency shut-down terminal is connected, make
sure it is in effect.
Have danger of body injured.
5．Don’t touch the output terminal directly, and don’t make
the output terminal and the shell short-circuited. Make
sure the output terminals isn’t short-circuited.

Pay attention
1．Make sure the rating voltage of AC main loop power and
the inverter is the same.
Have danger of body injured and fire.
2．Do not test the endurance voltage of the inverter.
May make the inverter damaged, such as semiconductor
parts.
3．Please connect the braking resistance or braking cell with
the help of wiring diagram.
Have danger of fire.
4．Please use screwdriver to fix terminals with moment
appointed.
Have danger of fire.
5．Don’t connect the power supply to the output terminal U,
V, W directly.
May make the inverter damaged.
6．Don’t connect the phase-shifting capacitor and the
LC/RC noise filter to the output circuit.
May make the inverter damaged.
7．Don’t connect the electromagnetic switch and the
electromagnetic contactor to the output loop.
Inverter running load may over-current for the surge current
by the electromagnetic switch and the electromagnetic
contactor.
8．Do not take down the panel cover, and only have to take
down the terminal cover when wiring.

Maintenance and inspection
Danger
1．Do not touch the wiring terminal of the inverter, which is
high voltage.
Have danger of electric shock.
2．Before power on, must install the terminal cover
completely, and cut off the power when have to take down
the cover.
Have danger of electric shock.。
3．Only the qualified personnel may do the maintennce and
inspection job.

1．Please pay attention to the CMOS IC in the keyboard,
control circuit board and the drive circuit board.
If touch the PCB with the finger directly, the electrostatic
induction may damage the IC circuit board.
2．Do not change wiring and take down the terminal wiring
when power on.
If check the signal when running, may damage the
equipment.
1.3 Use notice points
Using ED3000 series inverter，please notice that：
1、Run with constant torque of low-speed
If need to run for a long time with constant torque of low-speed, must select
motor of frequency conversion for use. Use general asynchronous AC motor when
running at a low speed, should control temperature of the motor or carry on heat
dissipation measure forcedly, so as not to burn the generator.
2、Insulation check to the motor
Should make insulation check to the motor before using it for the first time or
after a long time placement, otherwise inverter may be damaged. Moreover, please
make insulation check to the motor regularly when the environment is tough for the
safety of the system.
3、Negative torque load
For hoist and great inertia load, etc., the inverter would shut off frequently due
to over-current or over-voltage failure, in order to guarantee normal work, should
consider choosing proper brake package.
4、Mechanical resonance of the load
The inverter may meet with mechanical resonance of the load within certain
