HOW TO USE
1.
If the environmental or ambient temperature temperature is higher than
109.2˚F (42.9˚C), LCD will display Hi˚F (Hi˚C). If lower than 89.6˚F(32.0°C), it
will display Lo˚F (Lo˚C).After turning on the thermometer, it will display below

symbols in sequence: 188.8°F/°C, the last measurement (if the last temperature
is lower than 89.6°F /32.0°C, it will be a Lo°F/Lo°C), the default setting
temperature 98.6°F or 37 °C, then the current temperature of the flexible tip
with a flickering °F/°C (if the ambient temperature is lower than 89.6°F /32.0°C,
it will be a Lo with a flickering °F/°C) to indicate you are ready to test.
NOTE:The Lo with a flickering °F/°C is not an indication of low battery.
A true low battery symbol is an empty flickering battery. When the
environment or ambient temperature is higher than 109.2°F(42.9°C), LCD
will display Hi °F(Hi °C), in this case, you may need to wait till the temperature
is lower than 109.2°F(42.9°C) to take.

seconds to complete the measurement. Normal temperature range for an
adult is 97.7 ºF ~99.8 ºF (36.5°C ~37.7°C), as it applies to rectal read.
