DESCRIPTION OF THE SYSTEM
MEMBRANES
Describes useful information and usage notes for the efficient and smooth operation of the
water treatment system. EASYRO®model, the system includes one or several high efficiency type
TW30-3012 membranes.
EASYRO®60 - 1 membrane
EASYRO®120 - 2 membranes
EASYRO®240 - 5 membranes
EASYRO®480 - 10 membranes
NOTE
Treating highly turbid or polluted water can result in a lter blockage and/or
decreases the membrane ow rate.
WARNING
Destruction of the membranes.
It is prohibited to prepare return flow water or brine or to prepare physically,
chemically or bacteriologically treated water. Do not use water at temperatures
over 45°C. This procedure destroys the membranes.
CAUTION
Solid particles in the water line may damage the membranes and the interior
valves.
Only operate with original and properly installed pre-lters (ow rate at least
500 l/h). Operating the system with clogged lters may diminish the efciency
or effectiveness of the system and may void your warranty.

Relocating the pads to the side for vertical installation.
SELECTING AN INSTALLATION SITE
NOTE
The water treatment system should be installed in a cool, dry, ventilated, and
easily accessible location.
Please consider the distance of the water inlet for the water supply of the
EASYRO®and the distance of the sewer outlet to the sewer drain.
Make sure a sufficient number of grounded safety outlets (Schuko type F, 230 V)
are available depending on the selected system components (e.g. household
water system, UV radiation system, etc.).
The required installation space varies depending on the delivery scope and model of the
EASYRO®.
If you wish to use a 500-l tank, please determine the carrying capacity of the installation surface.
PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION
NOTE
If you have an EASYRO®whole house installation, an Oventrop valve with
emergency bypass function and a mixture adjustment screw must be installed
by a qualified, authorised technician according to the illustration.
Install a return valve upstream to the Oventrop valve.
Please inform your plumber that a ¾”´ connection is needed for the water
supply of the water treatment system.
If you wish to install the EASYRO®on a wall panel or some sort of shelf, please determine the
carrying capacity of the wall or masonry and use the correct tools and materials for the moun-
ting process (drill, dowels, screws).
USE AS A DRINKING WATER SYSTEM
If you wish to install an EASYRO®as a drinking water system in your kitchen, please provide
sufficient space in the cabinet under your sink.
The cabinet under your sink is the most suitable place because this means the distances to an
existing water supply and to the sewer drain are rather short.
EASYRO®units are designed for vertical or horizontal installation. This
requires unscrewing the pads on the bottom of the unit and reattaching them to
the side (for vertical installation).

MOUNTING BRACKET DRILLING TEMPLATE FOR PRE-FILTER
SYSTEM
Please measure and mark the available space on the wall before mounting the wall panel
for the double pre-filter housing. Select the mounting space in such a way that the pre-filter
system remains easily accessible for future maintenance work and filter replacements.
Use the drilling template to determine the distances of the required drill holes.
The holes must have a diameter of 10 mm. Use the enclosed fastening elements (dowels and
screws).
IMPORTANT
Please determine the carrying capacity of the wall or masonry and make sure
the mounting bracket is installed carefully and correctly.

DRILLING TEMPLATE FOR THE WALL PANEL (optional)
Please measure and mark the available space on the wall before mounting the wall panel.
If your delivery scope includes a wall panel, the pre-filter system is already mounted to the wall
panel. In this case, you do not have to install the pre-filters on the wall.
Use the drilling template to determine the distances of the required drill holes.
The holes must have a diameter of 10 mm. Use the enclosed fastening elements (dowels and
screws).
IMPORTANT
Please determine the carrying capacity of the wall or masonry and make sure
the wall panel is installed carefully and correctly.
IMPORTANT
The distance between the EASYRO®unit and the wall may not be diminished
by various lines. The clearance is usually 10 cm.
The clearance is necessary for subsequent installation steps. Here, the connecting
lines of the system must be installed.

IMPORTANT NOTES
IMPORTANT
EASYRO® systems must be installed by a qualied technician trained by
easymetal. Any other installation will render the warranty null and void.
WARNING
Do not expose the EASYRO®system to extreme temperature changes in
order to avoid the formation of condensation. The condensate may damage the
electronics of the system.
CAUTION
Make sure the ventilation slots on the unit are not covered and do not installed
the system too close to the wall, because inadequate ventilation causes overheating
of the internal pump!
CAUTION
The electrical connection of the EASYRO®unit must comply with the standards
of the ÖVE (Austrian Electrotechnical Association). The system must feature the
corresponding protection devices (residual-current-operated circuit breakers and
line protection switches/fuses).
IMPORTANT
Please note that that the line pressure and other line requirements must comply
with the Technical Data.
If values drop below the pressure limit, the system may no longer function reliably.
Values exceeding the maximum may damage the membranes.
IMPORTANT
Do not disconnect the EASYRO®system from the water or power supply
during operation. The system is programmed in such a way that the integrated
automatic ushing cycles rinse the membranes even when the system has not
been productive for an extended period of time. This automatic process is
important to avoid contaminants or particles accumulating on the membranes.
If the system will not be used for more than 10 days, there is a danger of bacterial
contamination.
The production of healthy and potable drinking water cannot be ensured any
more. In this case, all water lines and membranes must be renewed.
