Read the RP-1200 Technical Manual before using the robot
Safety and Information
Symbols
The robot can be dangerous if misused.
Never place hands or feet under the robot when it is
powered ON.
Beware of projectiles.
Keep animals away from the robot.
Water cleaning with high pressure jet systems can cause
damage.
The robot is protected by an access code.
Read the technical manual before using the robot.
Press the STOP button and wait for the cutting disc to
stop rotating before handling the robot.
Always keep a safe distance from the robot when is it
powered ON and the cutting discs are rotating.
Do not ride on the robot.
Keep bystanders away from the robot.
Wear protective gloves when handling the robot.
The robot is equipped with an anti-theft system.

Power Switch
The power switch is under the cover on the back right-
hand side of the robot.
ON OFF
Move the power switch to the OFF position for extended
idle time or winter storage.
The Smartbox
Lift the STOP button up to access the Smartbox.
Use the Smartbox to configure the robot.
Starting
To start the robot, press and hold for five
seconds, then release it. The start-up procedure takes
approximately two minutes.
If the robot does not start, return it to the charging
station and completely charge the battery.
Stopping
Press the STOP button to stop the robot.

Set Operating Instructions
Press on the Smartbox to access the ACTIONS
menu.
Use the ACTIONS menu to manually set operating
instructions:
•Pick balls (instructs the robot to collect balls from
the working area)
•Go unload (instructs the robot to return to the
charging station with a drop pit and unload the
balls)
•Pick balls after charge (instructs the robot to col-
lect balls from the working area after it is fully
charged)
•Stay in station after charge (instructs the robot to
remain in the charging station after it is fully
charged)
Set Operating Parameters
Press on the Smartbox to access the
SETTINGS menu.
Use the SETTINGS menu to set operating parameters:
•Schedule (sets the daily ball collecting schedule)
•Roller position (sets the roller position to up or
down)
•Unloading conditions (sets the ball unloading condi-
tions)
•System Locking (locks access to the Smartbox)
Log on to Your Robotics Account
Record the robot’s serial number.
Serial Number:________________________________
Open the email received from your purchasing dealer.
Follow the link in the email to log on to your robotics
account.
Download and read the RP-1200 Technical Manual
before using the robot.

Search for ECHO Robotics.
Use the same login and password information as the
web portal to gain access to the mobile application.
Service Inspection
Inspect the robot at least once a week:
• move the power switch to the OFF position
• check the condition of the blades
• verify that the cutting heads rotate freely
• remove grass, dirt, or debris from the wheels
Have the robot inspected by an authorized ECHO
Robotics dealer once a year, or whenever you notice an
incident or a deterioration in performance.
