E61 Flow Profile Valve P1061: Assembly instructions
Important note: Unplug your machine from the power supply and let it cool down before assembling the ECM E61

1. Unscrew the mushroom with an open-
end wrench sized 36 mm across flats.
Caution:
Be careful to avoid scratches!
2.
Screw the new profiling valve P1025
in, at the position of the Mushroom.
3.
Unscrew the screw with a 5 mm hex
key.
4.
Mount the pressure gauge P1027
where the hex key screw was inserted.
The Teflon seal of the screw has to be
reused. It is recommended to use
FDA-approved thread sealing too.
Caution:
Do not fasten the gauge to tight, to
avoid damaging to the thread.
5.
Close the valve by rotating the bolt
clockwise completely.
6.
Place the bushing to point in the
desired direction for the closed
position onto the spindle.
7. Screw the ball grip in and tighten it.
8.
Unscrew the prebrew-cylinder at the
lower brew group with an open-end
wrench sized 36 mm
9.
Exchange the spring to the supplied
P1029-spring
10. Insert the valve spindle in the prebrew-
cylinder and reassemble it to the
lower brew group.

1. Schrauben Sie die Edelstahlglocke
mit einem Gabelschlüssel 36 mm ab.
Vorsicht: Achten Sie darauf, Kratzer
zu vermeiden.
2.
Schrauben Sie das neue Durchfluss
Profil Ventil P1025 an die Position der
Edelstahlglocke.
3.
Entfernen Sie die Schraube mit einem
Innensechskantschlüssel 5 mm.
4.
Montieren Sie das Manometer P1027
dort, wo die Sechskantschraube ein-
gesetzt wurde. Hierfür muss die
Teflon-Dichtung der Schraube ver-
wendet werden. Es wird empfohlen,
auch eine FDA zugelassene Gewinde-
dichtung zu verwenden.
Vorsicht: Befestigen Sie das Mano-
meter nicht zu fest, um eine Beschä-
digung des Gewindes zu vermeiden.
5.
Schließen Sie das Ventil, indem Sie
die Schraube vollständig im Uhrzei-
gersinn drehen.
6. Drechen Sie die Buchse, die in die ge-
wünschte Richtung für die geschlos-
sene Position zeigt, auf die Spindel.
7.
Schrauben Sie den Kugelgriff ein und
ziehen Sie ihn von Hand fest.
8.
Schrauben Sie den Vorbrühzylinder an
der unteren Brühgruppe mit einem
Gabelschlüssel 36 mm ab.
9.
Tauschen Sie die Feder gegen die
gelieferte Feder P1029 aus
10.
Setzen Sie die Ventilspindel in den
Vorbrühzylinder ein und montieren Sie
sie wieder an die untere Brühgruppe.
