❑1Gasket, Turbocharger to Exhaust Manifold
❑1Gasket, Turbocharger to Outlet Elbow
•Description: This gasket kit contains the stainless
steel gaskets that are used to seal the turbocharger
turbine inlet and outlet. They can also be used with any
Garrett T25 or T28 Turbocharger.

1. When attaching the turbocharger to exhaust manifold, tighten the nuts in a criss-cross pattern. This will evenly compress
the gasket. Tighten the nuts in a few increments until the gasket is fully compressed.
2. Repeat on the exhaust outlet elbow.
3. Torque the 8mm x 1.25 nuts to 190 inch/lbs. (approximately 16 ft/lbs).
