•INSTALLATION:
1. Hand tighten the 1.75” long studs into the turbine outlet,
with the longer threads towards the turbine outlet
(See Fig. 1).
2. When attaching the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold,
and the turbo outlet elbow to the turbocharger, use an 8mm
washer under each nut, and hand tighten the 8mm x 1.25
nuts onto the studs.
3. Torquethe8mmx1.25nutsto190inch/lbs.(approximately
16 ft/lbs).
