Music Sharing Kits Manual WMSK-1
Edge's music sharing kits is a 2.4GHz audio module that allows wireless audio broadcasting from
one audio system to any other audio system with an AUX input. Each unit can be programmed to
either send or receive audio as needed. One sender can be connected with four receivers within
70m range.

Battery Indicator: Solid Red when
charging,when the LED is out the

Volume Control: In SEND mode, this
affects all bonded receivers' volumes.
In RECV mode,this affects only this
single receiver's volume.
Bond: Only active when in RECV mode.
Use this button to select which Send
Unit you'relistening to. You can also
select and listen to any SKAA® transmit-
ter.

1. Insert the USB charging cable into any standard USB powered port.
2. The red LED stays solid when charging, it is off when the unit is fully charged.
1. Hold the POWER button on until either the Send or Recv LED lights.
2. Press the Mode button to select Send and confirm that the Send LED is on.
3. Plug the 3.5mm cable into the Auxiliary Input jack. The other end of the 3. 5mm cable should
be plugged into the audio output of a full range audio source.

2. Press the Mode button to select Recv and confirm that the Recv LED is on.
3. Plug one end of the 3. 5mm cable into the Auxiliary Output jack. The other end of the 3. 5mm
cable should be plugged into the audio input of an audio source or amplifier.
4. In Recv Mode, it might be necessary to press the Bond Control to cycle through available Send
units until a Bond is established.

Bond Button Command Indicator Meaning
(dim) = Hunting
(bright ) = Bonded
(dim) = Hunting
(flash) = Next one
(bright ) = Bonded
to = Added
(flash) = Deleted
Edge's music sharing kits are developed with SKAA® chips. Each SKAA® receiver has a Green List
which remembers your favourite sender. A Green Indicator on your receiver means you are listening
to a favourite, or hunting for one. Your receiver can also explore to find new senders—an Amber
Indicator means you are exploring for senders which are not on your Green List. A Cluster is a prod-
uct with two or more pieces which behave as one, such as a left and right speaker pair. The Bond
Button lets you select which sender you’re listening to. The Bond Button has the logo.

Green Mode Rotate through your list of

and audio plays from that sender

sender (ones which are not already on your
Green List)
