WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
Lesen Sie aufmerksam die Gebrauchsanleitung, bevor Sie Ihr Gerät
benutzen.
Wichtig: Dieses Produkt kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren sowie
von Personen mit reduzierten physischen, sensorischen oder
mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrungen und/oder

Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit der auf
dem Gerät vermerkten Spannung übereinstimmt
bevor Sie das Gerät benutzen.
Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig, ob die Anschlussleitung nicht
beschädigt ist. Bei Beschädigung der Anschlussleitung oder
des Gerätes letzteres nicht benutzen.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur zu Haushaltszwecken, wie in der
Bedienungsanleitung angegeben.
Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser oder andere
Flüssigkeiten, weder zum Reinigen, noch zu einem anderen
Zweck. Geben Sie das Gerät niemals in die Spülmaschine.

Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe einer
Wärmequelle.
Eine beschädigte Anschlussleitung sollte von einem
Fachmann (*) ausgewechselt werden.
Entfernen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose wenn Sie das
Gerät nicht benutzen oder bevor Sie es reinigen.
Für Reparaturen wenden Sie sich an einen Fachmann (*).
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht im Freien und bewahren Sie es
an einem trockenen Platz auf.
Benutzen Sie nur Zubehör, welches vom Lieferanten
empfohlen wurde. Anderes Zubehör stellt eine Gefahr für
den Benutzer dar und das Gerät könnte dadurch
beschädigt werden.
Ziehen Sie niemals an der Anschlussleitung um das Gerät zu
bewegen. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Anschlussleitung
nicht irgendwo hängen bleibt und dies zum Fall des Gerätes
führen könnte. Wickeln Sie die Anschlussleitung nicht um das
Gerät oder knicken Sie diese nicht.
Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine stabile, ebene Fläche.
Benutzen Sie zum Kochen nur kaltes oder lauwarmes (Trink-
)Wasser oder flüssige Lebensmittel (z. B. Glühwein) zum
Erwärmen. Benutzen Sie kein Wasser aus Badewannen,
Waschbecken oder anderen Behältern.
Achten Sie darauf, dass der Behälter nicht über die
Maximummarkierung gefüllt wird. Überprüfen Sie stets ob
der Flüssigkeitsstand ausreichend den Boden bedeckt, da
es andernfalls zu Beschädigungen des Heizelementes
kommen könnte. Als minimale Füllstandsmenge dient die
Höhe des Auslaufes.
Während des Erhitzungsvorganges der Flüssigkeit sollte der
Deckel sachgemäß geschlossen sein.
Berühren Sie nicht die heißen Teile, sondern benutzen Sie die
Griffe.
Achtung! Wenn Sie zuviel Flüssigkeit (über Max-Markierung)
einfüllen, kann der Inhalt überkochen und kochende
Flüssigkeiten können herausspritzen.



Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie sich nicht verbrennen, da beim
Kochvorgang heißer Dampf entweichen kann.
Lassen Sie das Gerät abkühlen, bevor Sie ihn erneut füllen
oder reinigen.
Ihr Gerät darf niemals über eine externe Zeitschaltuhr oder
irgendein anderes, separates
Fernbedienungssystem eingeschaltet werden.
(*) Fachmann: anerkannter Kundendienst des Lieferanten oder des Importeurs, der für derartige
Reparaturen zuständig ist. Für eventuelle Reparaturen wenden Sie sich bitte an diesen
Kundendienst.
Verbrennungsgefahr! Die heißen Oberflächen des
Produktes nicht berühren. Während des Betriebes
besteht aufsteigende Hitze über dem Produkt.

ANWENDUNGSBEREICH/TÄTIGKEITSBEREICH
Verwenden Sie dieses Gerät nur wie in der Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben. Jeglicher
andere Gebrauch kann zu Schäden am Gerät oder Verletzungen führen.
Dieses Gerät ist nicht für kommerziellen Gebrauch geeignet. Es ist nur für die Nutzung im
Haushalt und ähnlichen Anwendungen konzipiert, wie beispielsweise:
–in Küchen für Mitarbeiter in Läden, Büros und anderen gewerblichen Bereichen;
–von Kunden in Hotels, Motels und anderen Wohneinrichtungen;
–in Frühstückspensionen;
–in landwirtschaftlichen Anwesen.
ERSTE INBETRIEBNAHME
Vor der ersten Benutzung, oder nach dem Entkalken des Gerätes, kochen Sie bitte frisches
Wasser auf und gießen das aufgekochte Wasser weg. Wenn das Gerät abgekühlt ist,
wiederholen Sie das Ganze 3 mal. Anschließend spülen Sie bitte das Gerät kalt aus.
INBETRIEBNAHME
Öffnen Sie den Deckel, indem Sie ihn entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn drehen und nach oben
abheben. Befüllen Sie den Behälter mit kaltem Wasser oder anderen, zu erwärmenden
Flüssigkeiten. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Behälter ausreichend (mindestens bis Höhe
Auslauf), jedoch nicht über die Maximummarkierung, die in dem Behälter zu sehen ist,
gefüllt wird.
An der Skala(3) kann man die Füllmenge ablesen.
Schließen Sie den Deckel indem Sie ihn oben auf den Behälter aufsetzen und im
Uhrzeigersinn drehen, bis die Kunststoffführungen des Deckels in den Griffteilen einrasten.
Stecken den Netzstecker in die Steckdose.



Maximales Fassungsvermögen des Behälters: 6,8 Liter
Kochfunktion
ACHTUNG: Sie sollten nur Wasser zum Kochen bringen, andere Flüssigkeiten nur erwärmen !
Füllen Sie die entsprechende Menge Wasser in den Behälter.
Schalten Sie das Gerät am Ein-/Aus-Schalter (9) ein (Position „I“). Die gelbe Bereitschafts-
Kontrolllampe(10) leuchtet. Drehen Sie den Temperaturschalter(1) auf die Stellung 100°.
Die rote Kontrolllampe(8) leuchtet und zeigt an, dass das Gerät aufheizt.
Das Wasser wird nun zum Kochen gebracht. Sie können die Kochfunktion jederzeit
abbrechen, indem Sie den Temperaturschalter in die Stellung „°C“ drehen und den Ein-
/Aus-Schalter betätigen (Position „0“).
Erwärmungsfunktion
Füllen Sie die entsprechende Menge Wasser/Glühwein in den Behälter.
Schalten Sie das Gerät am Ein-/Aus-Schalter (9) ein (Position „I“). Die gelbe Bereitschafts-
Kontrolllampe(10) leuchtet. Drehen Sie den Temperaturschalter(1) auf die gewünschte
Temperatureinstellung. Die rote Kontrolllampe(8) leuchtet und zeigt an, dass das Gerät
aufheizt.
Die Temperatur wird durch ein Thermostat geregelt, ist die eingestellte Temperatur
erreicht, erlischt die rote Kontrollleuchte und die gelbe Bereitschaftslampe leuchtet auf. Ist
die Temperatur der Flüssigkeit um einige Grad abgekühlt, schaltet sich die Heizung
automatisch wieder ein.
Sie können die Erwärmungsfunktion jederzeit abbrechen, indem Sie den Temperatur-
schalter in die Stellung „°C“ drehen und den Ein-/Aus-Schalter betätigen (Position „0“).
Zapfhahn
Es gibt 2 Stellungen für den Zapfhahn. In Ruhestellung (Hebel senkrecht) ist er geschlossen.
Drückt man den Hebel nach unten(Stellung waagerecht), rastet er und der Durchlass
bleibt dauerhaft offen.
ÜBERHITZUNGSSCHUTZ
Der Glühweinautomat ist mit einem Überhitzungsschutz ausgestattet, der das Gerät
abschaltet, wenn es versehentlich ohne Flüssigkeit eingeschaltet wurde.
Falls dies vorkommt, bringen Sie den Temperaturschalter in die Stellung „°C“ und stellen
Sie den Ein-/Aus-Schalter in die Position „0“.
Lassen Sie das Gerät abkühlen.
Am Boden des Gerätes befindet sich ein Taster(11), bei dessen Betätigung man die
Überhitzungsschutzfunktion zurücksetzen kann, so dass das Gerät wieder normal
funktioniert. Sollte anschließend ein Wiedereinschalten nicht funktionieren, wenden Sie sich
bitte an den nächsten Kundendienst.
REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE
Vor der Reinigung immer den Netzstecker ziehen und das Gerät abkühlen lassen.
Verwenden Sie ein feuchtes Tuch zum Reinigen. Ablagerungen an den Innenwänden
können mit einer weichen Bürste entfernt werden.



Verwenden Sie niemals scharfe oder scheuernde Reinigungsmittel.
Den Glühweinautomaten niemals in Flüssigkeiten tauchen oder unter fließendem Wasser
reinigen.
ENTKALKEN
Das Gerät sollte dann entkalkt werden, wenn Kalkansatz im Wasserbehälter sichtbar wird.
Verwenden Sie zum Entkalken ein handelsübliches Entkalkungsmittel oder besser, aus Gründen
des Umweltschutzes, Essig- oder Zitronensäure.
Bitte beachten Sie beim Entkalken:
Füllen Sie zuerst Wasser in das Gerät, dann das Entkalkungsmittel.
Entkalkungsmittel nicht zu stark dosieren! Bitte Gebrauchsanweisung der Entkalkungsmittel
beachten.
Vorsicht, beim Aufkochen kann die Mischung schäumen!
Nach Entkalkung den Behälter mit klarem Wasser ausspülen.

bestimmten Regeln zu entsorgen. Dies fordert den Einsatz sowohl des Herstellers bzw.
Lieferanten als auch des Verbrauchers.
Aus diesem Grund darf dieses Gerät, wie das Symbol auf dem Typenschild bzw. auf der
Verpackung zeigt, nicht in den unsortierten Restmüll gegeben werden. Der Verbraucher hat
das Recht, dieses Gerät kostenfrei über kommunale Sammelstellen zu entsorgen; von dort aus
wird die spezifische Behandlung, Verwertung bzw. das Recycling gem. den Erfordernissen der

der Wasserkocher direkt nach Beendigung des Kochvorganges komplett abschaltet und somit
keine Energie verbraucht!



IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Please read these instructions carefully before using the
appliance.
Important: This appliance can be used by children over 8 years
old and people with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capacities or with a lack of experience or knowledge if they
have been given supervision or instructions concerning the safe
use of the appliance and the risks involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children
unless they are older than 8 years and supervised.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less
than 8 years.
Only use the appliance in the way indicated in this
instruction manual.
Should you hand over the appliance to another
user, make sure to hand over the instruction
manual together with the appliance.
Check that your mains voltage corresponds to

All repairs should be made by a competent qualified
electrician (*).
Never use the appliance outside and always place it in a
dry environment.
Never use accessories which are not recommended by the
producer. They could constitute a danger to the user and risk
to damage the appliance.
Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure
the cord cannot get caught in any way. Do not wind the
cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
Make shure, that the unit has a solid and even stand.
For cooking or warming up please only use cold or
lukewarm drinking water or liquid potations (e.g. mulled
wine). Never use water taken out from bath tubs, wash
basins or any other containers in order to protect your own
health.
Please make shure that the tank will not be filled over the
maximum mark. Please always check, that the liquid inside
the unit is suffusing the bottom of tank, otherwise the unit
(heating element) could be damaged. As minimum mark
for filling in some liquids take the hight of the outlet. Never fill
in less than this mark.
During heating up the liquids inside, the lid of the unit should
always be locked propper.
Never touch the hot parts. Use the handles for moving the
unit.
Attention! If you fill in to much liquid inside the tank (more
than maximum mark), the content could boil over and the
cooking liquid could leak or could gush out.
During the boiling process some hot steam could come out
of the tank. Please do not burn your face or fingers or any
other part of your body.
Please allow the unit to cool down after using before next
using or before cleaning.



Your appliance must never be switched on through an
external timer or any kind of separate remote control
system.
(*) Competent qualified electrician: after sales department of the producer or importer or any
person who is qualified, approved and competent to perform this kind of repairs in order to
avoid all danger. In any case you should return the appliance to this electrician.
Danger of burning! Make sure not to touch the hot
surfaces of the appliance. During use there is rising
heat above the appliance.
Caution! Hot surface!
FIELD OF APPLICATION/OF OPERATION
Use the appliance for domestic purposes only and in the way indicated in these
instructions.
This appliance is intended to be used for domestic applications and similar applications
such as:
Kitchen corners reserved for personnel in shops, offices and other professional
environments.
Farms.
The use by clients of hotels, motels and other environments with a residential
character.
Environments of the “bed and breakfast” type.
INITIAL OPERATION
Before the first using of unit or after decalcifying the unit, please cook by using of fresh water.
The boiled up water please do not drink. Please empty out the water into the wash basin. After
the unit cooled down please repeat the procedure 3 times more. After that please clean the
inner tank by using of cold and clear water.
OPERATION
Open the lid by turning it anti-clockwise and take it off. Fill in cold drinking water or other
to be warmed up potations. Please always check, that the liquid inside the unit is covering
the bottom of tank, otherwise the unit (heating element) could be damaged. As minimum
mark for filling in some liquids take the hight of the outlet. Never fill in less than this mark.
Close the lid by turning it clockwise untill it locked in place.
Stick the power plug into the power socket.
Maximum capacity of the tank: 6,8 litre
BOIL FUNCTION
Attention: Please only boil water. Other liquids (potations) please only warm up!



Switch on the unit, by turning the function setting switch in position „KOCHEN“. The active
light shows that the unit is ative.
The content will be warmed up and the unit deactivates automatically as soon as the
water boils. You can discontinue the boil function in every time by turning the function
setting switch in position „AUS“.
Please note, that after every discontinued boiling process an integrated security switch will
deactive the unit completely. Before next using please push button „NEUSTART“ in order
to reactive the unit.
Warm up function (keep warm function)
Switch on the unit, by turning the function setting switch in position „WARMHALTEN“. The
active light shows that the unit is ative. After warming up to 70°C till 85°C (depending on
the filling level inside the tank) the temperature will be kept relative constantly. The
temperature will be controlled by an integrated thermostate. During keeping warm
process the active light is only on, when the heating element is on for short time in order to
reheat the liquid. After the thermostate switched off (after rewarming up to 70°C till 80°C
again) the active light is off too, untill the thermostate will switch on the unit again. So the
active light is only on during the termostate activates the heating element.
You can discontinue the boil function in every time by turning the function setting switch in
position „AUS“.
Spigot
There are 3 positions for the spigot. In normal position the spigot is closed. If you push the
lever down, the outlet is open and as soon as you unhand the lever, it will go back into
normal position self-acting.
If you edge up the lever, it will lock in. Now you have your hands free and the outlet is
open permanent untill you push the lever down into normal postion. Than it is closed
again.
OVERHEAT PROTECTION
The potation warmer has an integrated overheating protection, that turns off the
complete unit, if you are using the unit by mistake without any liquid inside the tank. In this
case please turn the function setting switch in position „AUS“ and allow the unit to cool
down.
On bottom of the unit you will find the switch „Überhitzungsschutz“. Please push this button

CLEANING AND CARE
Before attempting any cleaning operation, make sure the appliance is unplugged from
the supply socket and fully cooled down.
To clean the exterior surfaces, simply wipe over with a soft damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
Never use abrasive products
On no account must the jug kettle or its power base be immersed in water.
When the lid is open, you can remove the particle filter (PULL) by pulling at it and clean it
under running water.



DESCALING
When scale becomes visible in the jug, you have to descale it. To remove scale from the jug
kettle, use products made especially available for this purpose, liquid descaling products or for
the sake of environmental protection you can use vinegar.
When descaling, please pay attention to the following points:
First pour some water in the appliance, and add the descaling product afterwards.
Make sure to dilute the product sufficiently. Please follow the instruction manual of the
descaling product.
When using vinegar, do not use more than 2-3 ml.
Caution, the mixture might froth during heating.
After descaling, rinse the appliance twice with fresh water.

Lors du remplissage, veillez à vous situer entre les repères de
graduation Min. et Max.. Ne dépassez pas le niveau
maximum et vérifiez toujours que le niveau de l´eau ne se
trouve pas en dessous du niveau minimum afin d’éviter une
détérioration des éléments chauffants.
Veillez à ce que pendant le fonctionnement, le couvercle
soit correctement fermé. Ne soulevez le couvercle que
lorsque la bouilloire s’est arrêtée et qu’il n’y a plus de risque
de projection de liquide due au bouillonnement.
Veillez à ne pas toucher les surfaces chaudes de l’appareil,

AVANT LA PREMIERE UTILISATION
Il est nécessaire de rincer votre bouilloire avant sa première utilisation ou bien après un
détartrage. Pour cela, remplissez-la au préalable avec de l’eau froide et mettez-la en
fonctionnement. Une fois l’eau arrivée à ébullition, videz la bouilloire, laissez-la refroidir, rincez-
la et ensuite répétez l’opération 2 à 3 fois. Une fois cette manipulation effectuée, rincez votre
bouilloire une dernière fois à l´eau froide.



MISE EN SERVICE
Ouvrez le couvercle en le tournant dans le sens anti-horaire et soulever ensuite celui-ci.
Remplissez le réservoir ou d’eau froide ou bien tout autre type de boisson à réchauffer.
Prenez garde de toujours vous situer entre les deux repères de niveau "MIN" et "MAX"
inscrits sur l'indicateur du niveau d'eau.
Refermez le couvercle en pressant et tournant cette fois-ci dans le sens horaire jusqu'à ce
que vous entendiez un clic et assurez-vous qu’il est correctement fixé.
Brancher l´appareil.
Contenance maximale du réservoir: 6,8 Litres
En mode cuisson, ébulition:
ATTENTION: Veillez à ne bouillir que de l´eau et uniquement réchauffer les autres types de
boisson!
Allumez votre appareil en sélectionnant le mode cuisson/ébulition. Le voyant s´allume et
indique le fonctionnement de votre appareil.
La bouilloire s’arrête automatiquement dès que l’eau bout grâce à un mécanisme
intégré. Néanmoins vous pouvez l’arrêter à tout moment en sélectionnant „ARRET“.
ATTENTION! Si vous voulez faire réchauffer l’eau une seconde fois, pour un nouvel usage et
que votre appareil s’est arrêté automatiquement lors de la première utilisation il suffit de
placer de nouveau l’interrupteur sur sa position "marche".
En mode réchauffage:
Allumez votre appareil en sélectionnant le mode réchauffage. Le voyant s´allume et
indique le fonctionnement de votre appareil. La température est maintenue constante
après avoir atteint un niveau entre 70°C et 85 °C (suivant la quantité présente dans le
réservoir). La température est réglée à l´aide d´un thermostat dont le voyant lumineux
indique le fonctionnement. Celui-ci est le reste du temps éteint. Il vous est possible de
stopper à tout moment le réchauffage en sélectionnant „ARRET“.
Robinet
Il existe 3 positions différentes pour le robinet. Il est fermé en position repos. Appuyez sur le
levier du robinet et la circulation est ouverte. Relâcher le levier et il revient
automatiquement en position de repos. Basculer le levier vers le haut et celui-ci débite
constamment jusquà l´épuisement du réservoir.
DISPOSITIF DE SURETE EN CAS DE SURCHAUFFE
Cette bouilloire est équipée d’un système de protection contre la surchauffe qui arrête
l’appareil automatiquement si celui-ci est mis en fonctionnement à vide,
accidentellement.
Si cela arrive, débranchez l’appareil et remettez l’interrupteur sur sa position "arrêt". Laissez
ensuite l´appareil refroidir.
Puis activer l ´interrupteur se trouvant sur le culot, afin de réinitier le fonctionnement
normal de votre appareil. Cela désactive le dispositif de protection. Si le problème
persiste, veuillez contacter le service après-vente le plus proche.



NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Toujours débrancher l’appareil et le laisser refroidir avant de le nettoyer.
Nettoyer les parties plastiques de l’appareil à l’aide d’un chiffon humide. Utiliser une
brosse douce pour enlever les dépôts de calcaire sur les parois intérieures.
Ne jamais utiliser de produits abrasifs.
Ne jamais plonger la bouilloire ou son socle dans l’eau ou dans tout autre liquide. Ne
jamais laver votre bouilloire sous l´eau courante.
DETARTRAGE
Dès que vous constatez un dépôt de calcaire dans la bouilloire, il est nécessaire de la
détartrer. Pour le détartrage de votre bouilloire, utilisez des produits spécifiques que vous
trouverez dans le commerce, des détartrants liquides ou, par souci de respect de
l'environnement, du vinaigre.
Lors du détartrage, veuillez faire attention aux points suivants:
Versez d'abord de l'eau dans la bouilloire avant d'ajouter le produit détartrant.
Assurez-vous que le produit soit suffisamment dilué. Lisez le mode d'emploi du produit.
Si vous utilisez du vinaigre, n'utilisez pas plus de 2 à 3 ml.
Attention, lorsque la bouilloire chauffe, le mélange pourrait mousser
Après le détartrage, rincez l'appareil à l'eau claire.

Herstellingen dienen te gebeuren door een bekwame
gekwalificeerde dienst(*).
Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact vooraleer u het toestel
reinigt.
Een beschadigd snoer dient te worden vervangen door
een bekwame gekwalificeerde dienst(*).
Gebruik het toestel niet buiten en berg het op op een
droge plaats.
Gebruik geen accessoires die niet door de fabrikant
aanbevolen werden. Dit kan gevaarlijk zijn voor de
gebruiker en het toestel beschadigen.
Trek nooit aan het snoer om het toestel te verplaatsen. Zorg
dat het elektriciteitssnoer nergens kan achterhaken en
daardoor de val van het toestel veroorzaken. Draai het
snoer niet rond het toestel en plooi het niet.
Zet het toestel op een stabiel oppervlak.
Gebruik enkel koud of lauw (drinkbaar) water of andere
vloeistof (zoals warme wijn). Geen water gebruiken uit
baden, wastafels of andere recipiënten.
Zorg ervoor dat de waterkoker gevuld wordt tussen het
minimum- en maximumpeil. Controleer steeds dat de
vloeistof de bodem van het toestel bedekt, vermits een te
laag peil het verwarmingselement zou kunnen
beschadigen. Als minimumpeil geldt de hoogte van de
uitlaatopening.
Tijdens de werking van het toestel dient het deksel correct
gesloten te zijn.
Raak de warme onderdelen van het toestel niet aan maar
gebruik de handvaten.
Opgelet: wanneer u te veel vloeistof in het toestel giet, zou
het kunnen overlopen en kan vloeistof eruit spatten.
Let erop dat u zich niet verbrandt aan de stoom die tijdens
het koken ontsnapt en vooral wanneer u het deksel opent.
Laat het toestel afkoelen vooraleer het opnieuw te vullen of
te reinigen.
