Troubleshooting Guide for
A024 Trampolines

Trampoline Rebounder
First: Set the jumping mat in the
middle of the A024 trampoline
frame. The EFITMENT logo on
the jumping mat should face
upright as seen in Figure 1.
Second: Using the jumping mat,
connect four of the security rope
ties to form a cross shape around
the trampoline’s steel rim as
pictured in Figure 2. Each rope
should have one end connected
to a plastic hook.Individually tug
the four security ropes rmly.
Once stretched, wrap the rope
around the steel frame and attach
it to the plastic hook.

the EFitment A024 Trampoline Rebounder.
You will not need any tools to install the jumping mat on the trampoline. For additional assistance, email

Third: After the cross shape has been
formed with the jumping mat, secure
the remaining 29 security ropes to the
steel from of the trampoline. Tug each
security toper rmly before attaching it
to the plastic hook. Leave at least two
inch of space between each segment
of wrapped security rope as seen in
Figure 3 and Figure 4.
Fourth: After you have
installed the 32 security
ropes to the steel frame,
pull the elastic straps at
the bottom of the jumping
mat, and attach them to the
plastic hooks that are located
underneath the mat. After
you attach the elastic straps,
the jumping mat is installed.
