55 cm (21 inch) Class Color Monitor
EIZO targets today's high-end graphics environ-
ment with the new T962. This 21 inch fully flat
CRT monitor is designed specifically for DTP and
CAD/CAM/CAE applications. Advanced perfor-
mance features allow the user to fine tune the most
detailed of image parameters. For flawless picture
quality from corner to corner, the T962 stands as
the perfect choice.

Fine Contrast Function
Fine contrast widens the dynamic range of the displayed
image by approximately 20% for a brightly contrasted
picture. With text, picture, and movie modes, this
function can be customized for use with almost any
application.
Digital Signal Processor (DSP)
DSP is an EIZO proprietary circuit with a 16-bit
microprocessor. DSP corrects screen distortion and
contains a moiré reduction system for the elimination of
dark, wavy lines.
Signal Filters
The signal filters compensate for problems such as
smearing and ghosting caused by poor video signals
from a graphics card. The filters raise the video signals
to the appropriate level for ideal text display and color
reproduction.
Automatic Color Correction
This function corrects discrepancies in video signal
output levels sent from the graphics card to assure
accurate color temperature and brightness.
Rapid Brightness Stabilization
With a new drift correction circuit, the T962 drastically
lowers the time needed to achieve brightness stabiliza-
tion compared to conventional CRT monitors. While
40 minutes is the norm with other monitors, the T962
requires only 10 minutes.
Dual Input Terminals
The T962 allows for connection of two computers
through its D-Sub and BNC ×input terminals. Both inputs
support Plug & Play (VESA DDC 2B) independently.
TÜV ECO Circle 2000 Compliance
The T962 meets the requirements for the new TÜV
ECO Circle 2000 mark. Other rigorous standards the
T962 complies with include TCO'99, the CE Mark, and
the EPA ENERGY STAR®Program.
