Montagehilfe EW 41 im Schraubstock einspan-
nen. VC-LNG auf Montagehilfe EW 41 stecken
und Gehäuse mit Drehmomentschlüssel
SW 41 mm (1-5/8") lösen.
Clamp assembly aid EW 41 in a vice. Plug
VC-LNG onto clamp assembly aid EW 41.
Then loosen the body with torque wrench
size 41 mm (1-5/8").
Ventileinsatz EG 540 herausschrauben und
O-Ring prüfen. Bei Beschädigung des
O-Rings EG 540 austauschen.
Unscrew valve seat EG 540 and check O-ring.
If O-ring is damaged, please replace EG 540.
Prüfung der Lippendichtung ED 541 TD.
Check lip seal ED 541 TD of VC-LNG.
Entsorgen der Lippendichtung ED 541 TD.
Dispose lip seal ED 541 TD of VC-LNG.
Lippendichtung ED 541 TD mit Demontage-
hilfe EW 43 herausziehen.
Pull out lip seal ED 541 TD with disassembly
tool EW 43.

EW-M 22 Drehmomentschlüssel,
Schlüsselweite 22mm (7/8") und 41 mm (1-5/8")

Assembling
Lippendichtung ED 541 TD per Hand lose ein-
setzen und Einbaurichtung beachten: Offene
Seite nach innen zum Ventil zeigend! Kein Fett
oder anderes Schmiermittel nutzen!
Insert lip seal ED 541 TD loosly by hand: Pay
attention to the correct installation direction:
Open side facing inwards/to the valve! Grease or
any other type of lubrication must not be used!
Kupplungsgriff mit Drehmomentschlüssel,
Schlüsselweite 22 mm (7/8") festziehen.
Anzugsmoment ca. 77-85 Nm (57-63 ft.lbs).
Tighten coupling sleeve with torque wrench,
wrench size 22mm (7/8") .Applying approx.
77-85 Nm (57-63 ft.lbs).
Montagehilfe EW 44 verwenden, um die Lippen-
dichtung per Hand in den Sitz zu pressen. Die
Lippendichtung schnappt wahrnehmbar ein.
Use assembly aid EW 44 to press the lip seal
into its seat by hand. The lip seal snaps into
place noticeably.
Abschließend seitliche Schraube mit Inbus-
schlüssel 2,5 mm festziehen.
Finally tighten side screw with 2.5 mm Allen key.
VC-LNG Gehäuse wie gezeigt einspannen.
Ventilkegel EV 070 einsetzen.
Clamp VC-LNG body. Insert poppet EV 070.
Feder herausnehmen.
Take out spring.
Ventilkegel EV 070 herausnehmen und O-Ring
prüfen. Bei Beschädigung Ventilkegel voll-
ständig ersetzen.
Take out poppet EV 070 and check O-ring. If
O-ring is damaged, please replace poppet
completely.
Gehäuse wie angezeigt einspannen. Schraube
des Gehäuses mit Inbusschlüssel 2,5 mm ent-
fernen. Dann Kupplungsgriff herausschrauben
(SW 22 mm/7/8").
Clamp coupling body into a vice as shown.
Unscrew side screw completly with a 2.5 mm
Allen key. Then loosen and unscrew coupling
handle (wrench size 22 mm/7/8").
Feder auf Ventilkegel setzen. Kupplungsgriff
leicht bis zum Gewindeansatz runterdrücken
und einschrauben.
Place spring on poppet. Use coupling handle
to gently press the spring down to the point of
the thread. Then screw it back in.
Montagehilfe EW 41 im Schraubstock ein-
spannen und Ventileinsatz EG 540 aufsetzen.
Clamp assembly aid EW 41 in a vice. Then
place valve seat EG 540 on it.
Gehäuse ausetzen und mit Drehmomentschlüssel,
Schlüsselweite 41 mm (1-5/8") festziehen.
Anzugsmoment ca. 100 Nm (74 ft.lbs).
Put on the body and tighten it with torque wrench,
wrench size 41mm (1-5/8"). Applying approx.
100 Nm (74 ft.lbs).
