FALLA
Si al operar la bomba:
ANÁLISIS DE FALLAS / TROUBLE SHOOTING
SOLUCIONES
Pueden existir burbujas de aire en el depósito, ver punto
No. 6 de instrucciones de operación
Al accionar la palanca no se inyecta grasa y se siente
muy suave
El estopero de la bomba está demasiado apretado, aojar
ligeramente , de modo que el mecanismo se suavice
Se forza el mecanismo palanca-tirantes
Existe fuga por la tapa trasera Puede estar dañado el empaque
Revise la grasera ya que puede estar tapada, y de ser así
sustitúyala.
Analice la densidad de la grasa, ya que ésta puede ser para
aplicación manual o ser muy ligera
No penetra la grasa y la palanca se traba o se pone dura
Analice la densidad de la grasa, ya que ésta puede ser para
aplicación manual o ser muy ligera
Revise que no existan fugas por ningún punto del inyector
o de la válvula
Al operar la palanca no entrega la presión requerida

While pumping you loose preasure and grease isn´t

Unscrew the front cover just enough to loosen the
mechanism
The pumping mechanism is stuck?
A leak in the back cover? The rubber seal might be broken
Check the grease tting because it might be covered with
old grease. If so, replace with a new tting.
Analyze the density of the grease, as it maybe for supercial
application or be very light
Can´t break the old grease while injecting into a
nipple, and the lever hardens or locks?

2.- Si vericado su instructivo aún requiere sevicio. Acuda al Centro de Servicio Autorizado
más cercano o a travez de su distribuidor.
3.- Para conservar la calidad de su producto exija que en su reparación se utilicen partes
originales y mano de obra especializada.
Lea cuidadosamente este manual y guárdelo junto con sus documentos de compra, ya que
sin la presentación de esta póliza no se hará efectiva la garantía.
Verique que los datos que a continuación aparecen correspondan al modelo y números
de serie de su producto, y que esté debidamente autorizado por su distribuidor, donde lo
adquirió.

1. Gire el subensamble de la tapa para separarlo del
depósito.
2. Sumerja el extremo abierto del depósito aproximada-
mente 2”(5 cm) dentro del bote de grasa.
3. Para que se introduzca la grasa dentro del depósito, jale
el vástago lentamente hasta que se trabe con la muesca de
la tapa posterior.
4. Coloque nuevamente el subensamble de la tapa al
cuerpo.
5. Suelte o destrabe el vástago de la tapa de gota.
6. Para eliminar bolsas o burbujas de aire, abra la palanca
al máximo y empuje con la mano el mango del vástago.
7. A partir del punto No.6, su inyector está listo para aplicar
la grasa en el punto deseado.
Nota: se recomienda angular la boquilla aproximada-
mente 10° con respecto al alineamiento para facilitar el
ensamble y desensamble la boquilla.
1. Turn the cap subassembly to separate from tank.
2. Dip the open end of the tank about 2” (5 cm) into
the grease.
3. To load the tank, pull the rod slowly, until it locks into the
back cover notch.
4. Screw the cap back onto the tank.
5. Release the notch on the back cover.
6. To eliminate air bubbles, pull the lever to its out most
possible, and push the rod into the tank.
7. Your grease gun is loaded and primed for use.
Note: We recommend removing the grease tip from any
grease nipple, by angling the grease gun 10°.

1. Evite lavar el inyector con agua o tener en lugares
húmedos.
2. Para grasas mucho más viscosas, el inyector no es prác-
tico, y para grasas mucho más ligeras se disminuye la
presión máxima a la que puede trabajar el inyector.
