IMPORTANTI INFORMAZIONI DI SICUREZZA:
• Quando si utilizzano apparecchi elettrici, è necessario attenersi
alle precauzioni di sicurezza di base.
• Vericare che la tensione indicata sulla targhetta di
identicazione corrisponda a quella della rete locale prima di
collegare l'apparecchio alla rete elettrica.
• Questo apparecchio non è destinato all'uso da parte di persone
(compresi i bambini) con ridotte capacità siche, sensoriali o
mentali, o mancanza di esperienza e conoscenza, a meno che
non siano stati supervisionati o istruiti sull'uso dell'apparecchio
da una persona responsabile della loro sicurezza.
• I bambini non devono giocare con l'apparecchio. La pulizia e
la manutenzione dell'utente non devono essere eseguite da
bambini se non hanno più di 8 anni e sono supervisionati.
• Non lasciare la stazione incustodita mentre è accesa.
• Non utilizzare in atmosfera esplosiva o in prossimità di materiali
inammabili.
• Non esporre a pioggia o umidità.
• Non mettere mai il prodotto o parte di esso in acqua, né operare
con le mani bagnate.
• Non toccare mai l’ugello del riscaldatore o lasciare che l'aria
calda vada contro la vostra pelle.
• Non smontare il prodotto.
• Assicurarsi che l'interruttore di alimentazione sia nella posizione
"off" e scollegare la spina quando l'unità non è in uso.
• Quando si monta l'ugello, non premere l'ugello o tirare il bordo
dell'ugello usando una pinza e assicurarsi di non serrare
eccessivamente la vite.
• L'alimentazione si spegne automaticamente quando l'unità
supera una determinata temperatura.
• Una volta che la temperatura è scesa a un livello sicuro, la
corrente si riaccenderà automaticamente.

3. Istruzioni operative:
• Collegare la spina di alimentazione a una presa.
• Montare l’ugello in posizione. Nota: provare a utilizzare gli ugelli
con un diametro maggiore.
• Accendere l'interruttore di alimentazione, impostare la portata e
la temperatura dell'aria e mettere l'unità sulla base.
• Mettere l'ugello sui contatti del circuito integrato, in modo
che l'aria calda possa fondere lo stagno sui pin del CI, quindi
utilizzare le pinzette per rimuovere il CI.
• Dopo l'uso, spegnere l'interruttore di alimentazione, rimuovere
la spina dall'alimentazione e lasciare raffreddare prima di riporlo
in un luogo sicuro fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
4. Le impostazioni del display e della temperatura:
1. Premere il pulsante "+(SU)" o "-(GIÙ)" per regolare la
temperatura. In breve, il settaggio cambierà ±1°C. Con una
pressione prolungata, il settaggio cambierà rapidamente e
raggiungerà la temperatura voluta.
2. "°C/°F" è il pulsante di trasferimento tra °C/°F. L'unità predenita
è °C, premere il tasto "°C/°F" per modicare tra °C e °F.
3. La portata dell'aria può essere regolata dalla manopola sotto il
simbolo della ventola. Quando si ruota la manopola verso il lato
DOWN, il usso d'aria rallenta; Quando si ruota la manopola sul
lato UP +, il usso d'aria aumenta;
4. Questo articolo ha funzione sleep ovvero autospegnimento.
Quando metti la lancia dell'aria sul supporto, l'oggetto smetterà
di riscaldarsi, e il display mostra "SLP" (signica SLEEP),
quando si prende la lancia dell'aria, l'oggetto tornerà alla
temperatura impostata.

5.Saldatura QFP:
• (Gli ugelli per la saldatura sono opzionali e devono essere
acquistati separatamente)
• Applicare la pasta saldante; Applicare la giusta quantità di pasta
saldante e installare SMD sul PWB.
• Preriscaldare SMD; Fare riferimento alla foto per preriscaldare
SMD. (Fig. I)
• Saldatura, Riscaldare il telaio guida in modo uniforme. (Fig. II)
• Lavaggio:
Quando la saldatura è completata, si prega di lavare via il ussante.
Nota: mentre si esegue la saldatura mediante aria calda,
potrebbero vericarsi difetti come sfere di saldatura, ponti di
saldatura. Vi consigliamo di esaminare attentamente le condizioni
delle saldature.
6. Precauzioni:
• Questo apparecchio deve essere posizionato sul suo supporto
quando non è in uso.
• Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini di età
pari o superiore a 8 anni e persone con ridotte capacità siche,
sensoriali o mentali o mancanza di esperienza e conoscenza se
hanno ricevuto supervisione o istruzioni sull'uso dell'apparecchio
in modo sicuro e comprendono rischi coinvolti. I bambini non
devono giocare con l'apparecchio. La pulizia e la manutenzione
dell'utente non devono essere eseguite da bambini senza
supervisione di un adulto.
• Attaccare l'ugello
• Non premere l'ugello o tirare il bordo dell'ugello con delle pinze.
Inoltre, non stringere troppo la vite.
• Protettore termico
• L'alimentazione si spegnerà automaticamente quando
l'unità supera una determinata temperatura. Una volta che la
temperatura è scesa a un livello di sicurezza, la corrente si
accenderà automaticamente.
• Attenzione: funzionamento ad alta temperatura
• Non utilizzare l'unità SMD vicino a gas inammabili, carta o altri
materiali inammabili.
• L'aria dell'ugello è estremamente calda e può causare ustioni
dolorose. Non toccare mai il tubo o l’ugello del riscaldatore o
lasciare che l'aria calda vada contro la vostra pelle.
• Non smontare il prodotto.
• Scollegare la spina quando non si utilizza l'unità per un lungo
periodo.
• Quando il cavo di alimentazione è collegato all'alimentazione,
l'unità ha un piccolo usso di elettricità, anche l'interruttore di
accensione è in posizione OFF. Quindi, non utilizzare l'unità per
un lungo periodo di tempo, scollegare la spina.

Informazione agli utenti ex art. 26 D.Lgs. 49/2014
Il simbolo riportato sull’apparecchiatura (Allegato IX D.Lgs. 49/2014)
indica che il riuto deve essere oggetto di “raccolta separata” e che è stato
immesso sul mercato, in Italia, dopo il 31/12/2010. Pertanto, l’utente
dovrà conferire (o far conferire) il riuto ai centri di raccolta dierenziata
predisposti dalle amministrazioni locali, oppure consegnarlo al rivenditore
contro acquisto di una nuova apparecchiatura di tipo equivalente.
L’utente ha dunque un ruolo attivo: la raccolta dierenziata del riuto e le
successive operazioni di trattamento, recupero e smaltimento favoriscono
la produzione di apparecchiature con materiali riciclati e limitano gli
eetti negativi sull’ambiente e sulla salute eventualmente causati da
una gestione impropria del riuto. Nel caso di RAEE di piccolissime
dimensioni (<25 cm), l’utente ha diritto al conferimento gratuito, senza
obbligo di contestuale acquisto, ai distributori al dettaglio la cui supercie

MPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION:
• When using electrical appliances basic safety precautions
should always be followed.
• Check that the voltage indicated on the rating plate corresponds
with that of the local network before connecting the appliance to
the mains power supply.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older
than 8 and supervised.
• Do not leave the station unattended while it is switched on.
• Do not use in an explosive atmosphere or around ammable
materials.
• Do not expose to rain or moisture.
• Never place the product or part of it in water, or operate if your
hands are wet.
• Never touch the heater pipe or allow for the heated air to blow
against your skin.
• Do not disassemble the product.
• Make sure the power switch is in the “off” position and disconnect
the plug when the unit is not in use.
• When attaching the nozzle, do not press the nozzle or pull on the
edge of the nozzle using pliers and be sure not to over tighten
the screw.
• The power will automatically turn off when the unit exceeds a
certain temperature.
• Once the temperature has dropped off to a safe level, the power
will automatically turn back on.

3. Operating Instructions:
• Connect the mains plug to a socket.
• Assemble the nozzles into position. Note: Try to use nozzles
with a larger diameter.
• Turn on the power switch, set the air ow rate and temperature
and put the unit on the racket.
• Put the nozzle on the pins of the IC, so that the hot air can melt
the solder tin on the IC pin, then use the tweezers to remove
the IC.
• After use, turn off the power switch, remove the plug from the
power supply and allow to cool before storing in a safe place out
of the reach of children.
4. The display and temperature setting:
1. Press the button “+(UP)” or “-(DOWN)”to adjust the temperature.
In short press, the set-point will change ±1°C. In long press, the
set-point will change quickly and reach your target temperature.
2. "°C/°F" is the transfer button between °C/°F. The default unit is
°C, press the "°C/°F" button to make change between °C and °F.
3. The air ow rate can be adjusted by the knob under the the fan
symbol. When you rotate the knob to the DOWN- side, the air
ow slows down. When you rotate the knob to the UP + side,
the air ow goes up.
4. This item has sleep function. When you put the air pump on the
racket, the item will stop heating, And the display shows “SLP”
(means SLEEP), when you pick up the air pump, the item will
get back to the set temperature.

5. QFP Soldering:
• (The nozzles for soldering are optional, and need to be
purchased separately)
• Apply the solder paste; Apply the proper quantity of solder paste
and install the SMD on the PWB.
• Preheat SMD; Refer to the photo to preheat SMD. (Fig. I)
• Soldering; Heat the lead frame evenly. (Fig. II)
• Washing
When soldering is completed, please wash away the ux.
Note: While you do soldering by Hot air, the defects such as solder
balls, solder bridges might occur. We recommend you to examine
the conditions of soldering sufciently.
6. Precautions:
• This tool must be placed on its stand when not in use.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision
by adult.
• Attaching the Nozzle
• Do not press the Nozzle or pull on the edge of the Nozzle by
pliers. Also, do not retighten the screw too tightly
• Thermal Protector
• Power will automatically be off when the unit exceeds a certain
temperature. Once the temperature has dropped to a safety
level, power will automatically turn on.
• Caution-High Temperature Operation
• Do not use the SMD unit near ignitable gases, paper, or other
inammable materials.
• The nozzle air is extremely hot and can cause painful burns.
Never touch the heater pipe or allow the heated air to blow
against your skin.
• Do not disassemble the Product.
• Disconnect the plug when you don’t use the unit for a long time.
• When the power cord is connected into the power supply, the
unit has a little ow of electricity, even the Power Switch is
in off position. So then you don’t use the unit for a long time,
disconnect the plug.

The symbol labelled on the appliance (Annex IX D. 49/2014) indicates that
the rubbish is subject to “separate collection” and it has been placed on the
Italian market after the December 31, 2010.
The user must therefore assign or (have collected) the rubbish to a
treatment facility according to indications by the local administration, or
hand it over to the reseller in exchange for an equivalent new product. The
separate collection of the rubbish and the subsequent treatment, recycling
and disposal operations encourage the production of appliances made
with recycled materials and reduce negative eects on health and the
environment caused by improper treatment of rubbish.
In the case of very small WEEE (no external dimension more than 25 cm),
the user is eligible to get free of charge assignation to retail shops with
sales areas relating to EEE of at least 400 m².
