Window Rinse Controller Quick Start Guide
General Operation
This controller works in cycles. The system will either be on (sending RO water to window rinse
manifolds) for a certain amount of time, and then will be off (in standby) for a certain amount of
time. The amount of time for each cycle can be programed by using the four screws shown
above
Setting Each Cycle Time
The “Rough time setting-PUMP ON” screw and “Fine time setting-PUMP ON” screw shown
above are used to program the amount of time that the windows will be rinsed. The “Rough time
setting-PUMP OFF” screw and “Fine time setting-PUMP OFF” screw represent the amount of
time between window rinses.

Set the Rough Time:
The rough time represents a range of time that the
system will be on for. Ranges are shown to the right:
Set the Fine Time:
The fine time represents a fraction of the rough time. For example, if the rough time was set to
s10 and the fine time was set to 0.5, then the system would run for 5 seconds (10 seconds x
0.5).

Window Rinse Controller Examples:
Example 1:
Rinse Window 30 seconds
Once every hour.
Example 4:
Rinse Window 10 minutes
once every day.
Example 2:
Rinse Window 45 seconds
Once every 2 hours.
Example 5:
Rinse Window 3 minutes
once every 8 hours.
Example 3:
Rinse Window 1 minute
once every 30 minutes
Example 6:
Rinse window 30 minutes
once every 12 days
