When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be

1. Read all instructions before using.
2. Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, check whether the
voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds with the voltage in your
home. If not, contact your dealer and do not use the device.
3. The attached base can not be used for other than intended use.
4. Do not operate the appliance without anything in it to avoid damaging
the heat elements.
5. Unplug the device when not in use or before cleaning. Leave it cool
before putting on or taking off parts, or before cleaning the appliance.
6. Do not let the cord touch a hot surface or hang it over the edge of a table
or counter.
7. Do not put the device on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a
heated oven.
8. Ensure that the appliance is used on a firm and flat surface without
children’s reach, which will prevent the appliance from overturning and
prevent damage or injury.
9. Keep your hands and utensils out of the container while blending to
reduce the risk of severe injury or damage to the blender.
10. To protect against fire, electric shock or personal injury, do not immerse
the cord, electric plugs, jar or base in water or other liquids.
11. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near
children.
12. Do not touch the surface of the device while using it. Use the handle or
the button.
13. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing
hot water.
14. Avoid contacting moving parts.
15. The use of attachments that are not recommended or sold by
manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
16. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or when it
malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to
the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or
mechanical adjustment.

17. The appliance is only used for frothing and heating milk. Do not use the
appliance for other than intended use.
18. This appliance is not intended for used by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety.
29. Always operate the appliance with its cover in place. Scalding may occur
if the lid is removed during the brewing cycles.

Note for Plug:
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To
reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the
plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to
modify the plug in any way.
Note for Power supply cord:
a) A short power-supply cord (or detachable power-supply cord) is provided
to reduce the risks of entangled cord or being tripped over by a longer cord.
b) Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available
and may be used if care is exercised in their use.
c) If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used:
1) The marked electrical rating of the detachable power-supply cord or
extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the
device;
2) If the device is of the grounded type, the extension cord should be a
3-wire grounding cord;
3) The longer cord should be used carefully to make sure that it will not
hang down from the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled by
children or trip them over.

KNOW YOUR MILK FROTHER
The appliance can be used for finishing the following tasks: I. frothing and
heating milk; II. only frothing without heating; III. only heating without
frothing.
1. Before using your milk frother, clean all the parts according to the section
“CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE”.
2. Important: do not wash any parts in the dishwasher, and do not immerse
the jar in water. This may permanently damage the product and invalidate
the warranty.
3. The appliance is equipped with a mixing paddle and a frothing paddle.
The mixing paddle is used for mixing milk during heating to prevent the
milk from sticking. The frothing paddle is used for frothing milk during
heating or is only used for frothing with no heating. Select the desired
accessory according to your task.

Note: The max liquid capacity is 100ml to avoid milk overflowing after
frothing.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the appliance on a flat surface.
2. Select the frothing paddle, then open the lid and insert the frothing
paddle into the shaft on the bottom of jar.
3. Fill the jar with the desired amount of milk , and cover the lid.
I. Frothing and heating
1. Please operate according to the 1-4 steps in the section of “Frothing and
heating”.
2. Press the switch button for three times continuously within 2s, and the
indicator will light in blue, and the frothing paddle will rotate for frothing
milk only. And the device will automatically stop rotating after the frothing
is done and the indicator will go out.
II. Only frothing without heating
4. Place the jar on the power base and plug in the device.
5. Press the switch button once, and the indicator will flash in red and then
the device will start to work. When the temperature of milk has reached
about 65±10℃, the heating element will stop heating, the frothing paddle
will stop rotating automatically and the indicator will go out.
Note: The max liquid capacity is 100ml to avoid milk overflowing after
frothing.
6. When the device has stopped operating, open the lid, pour out the
warmed and frothed milk and enjoy.
Note: During operation, you can stop operating by pressing the switch
button once.

III. Only heating without frothing.
4. Place the jar on the power base and plug in the device.
5. Press the switch button twice continuously within 2s, and the indicator
will light red, and then the appliance will start to work. When the
temperature of milk has reached about 65±10℃, the heating element will
stop heating, the mixing paddle will stop rotating automatically, and the
indicator will light in red until the device has been unplugged.
3. When the device has stopped operating, open the lid, pour out the
frothed milk and enjoy.
Note: The max liquid capacity is 200ml to avoid milk overflowing after
mixing.
Note: The rotation of mixing paddle is only used to prevent the milk
from sticking. It will not froth the milk.
6. When the device has stopped operating, open the lid, pour out the warm
milk and enjoy.
Caution:
• Make sure the device stops running for 3 min between each use.
Otherwise, the appliance will enter self-protection state automatically,
the indicator will flash in blue and the switch button cannot be
controlled; then after about 5 minutes, the device will enter standby
state and you can continue operating the appliance.
• Always turn off the milk frother and unplug the device when not in use.

HINTS AND TIPS
Here are some handy hints to help you get the best out of your frother.
• Always use your frother first to froth or heat your milk. While it is operating,
you can prepare your coffee or hot chocolate and then enjoy your drink
immediately.
• For the best results, use whole milk (fat content >3.0%).
• Cold milk can be frothed with this frother. But it doesn’t mean you can cool
down the milk with it for the frother works at normal temperature.
• Milk can be heated to approximately 65±10℃. This is the ideal
temperature to ensure the flavor of your coffee is not destroyed for you
don’t have to wait too long until you can start sipping on your drink.
• Keep the paddles in a safe place. They are small and can easily be lost.
• After frothing or heating rest the device for 3 minutes between each use.
To shorten the rest period, you can rinse the device with cold water and
wipe it dry after each use.
• The frother is designed to heat and froth milk. If you add flavorings, coffee
granules, or hot chocolate powder into the frother, make sure to clean the
device thoroughly and immediately after use.
• Rinse the device with cold water and wipe it dry after each use.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always unplug the device and leave it cool before cleaning.
Caution: Never immerse the jar, power base in water, or let moisture
contact with these parts.
1. Wash the lid with water and mild detergent. The lid is not dishwasher
safe. Rinse it thoroughly and air dry it.
