When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be

• Read all instructions before using.
• This device must be grounded while using.
• Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids to avoid the danger of
short-circuiting!
• Never operate damaged appliances (incl. mains cables).
• Do not place the device on a polished wood surface for it could damage
the wood.
• Never touch the live parts.
• Only operate the device through a professionally installed socket
supplying
the correct voltage.
• Do not use extension cables.
• Never let the main cable hang loose, or remove the plug with wet hands,
or lay or hang on hot surfaces, or let it contact with oils.
• Unplug the appliance after each use or when the appliance is not in use or
before changing accessories or cleaning the appliance.
• Do not touch the metal parts or its housing while using, otherwise, it may
cause burns or scalding.
• Do not operate the device with a damaged cord or plug. If the supply cord
is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer, or service agent or
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be closely supervised to ensure they do not play with the
milk frother.

• Before disposal, disable appliances, cut off mains cable and take them to
an official refuse site.
• This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar
applications such as:
– staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments.
– farmhouses.
– in hotels, motels and other residential type environments.
– bed and breakfast type environments.
• Avoid spillage on the connector.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
• Unpack the box with caution. Please keep all the packaging materials until
you are satisfied with everything and make sure the device is in working
order.
• Remove all the packaging and foils and store them for later use. Check if
the device has been delivered completely and that it is in perfect order.
• Before using the appliance for the first time please clean the jug and the
accessories, as described under the chapter“Cleaning and Care”to remove
dust or production residues.

Note:
Working Time Description: the heating time of the split foam machine is
related to the initial temperature of the environment / milk / machine.
Under different conditions, the working time is also different. The
working time of the table above is based on the initial temperature of
the milk is 5-10 ℃at 25 ℃room temperature.

HOW TO USE
Put the whisk into the jug, pour milk (less than the MAX marker (150ml)),
and put on the transparent cover. Touch and hold the button for 1 second,
then the button with red backlight will be always on, the whisk starts to
work, and heating begins. The hot-mixed with airy foam is done until the
button with red backlight flashes. Now, you can enjoy the hot milk foam.
Hot Frothing (Airy foam)
Put the whisk into the jug, pour milk (less than the MAX marker (150ml))
and put on the transparent cover. Touch and hold the button for 1 second,
and then touch again. The button with green backlight will be always on,
the whisk starts to work. The hot-mixed with dense foam is done until the
button with green backlight flashes. Now, you can enjoy the hot milk foam.
Hot Frothing (Dense foam)
Put the whisk into the jug, pour milk (less than the MAX marker (300ml)),
and put on the transparent cover. Touch and hold the button for 1 second,
and then touch it twice continuously, then the button with purple backlight
will be always on, the whisk starts to work, and heating begins. The
hot-mixed is done until the button with purple backlight flashes. Now, you
can enjoy the hot milk.
Hot Milk
Put the whisk into the jug, pour milk (less than the MAX marker (150ml)),
and put on the transparent cover. Touch and hold the button for 1 second,
and then touch it three times continuously, then the button with blue
backlight will be always on, the whisk starts to work, but heating does not
work. The cold-mixed with foam is done until the button with blue
backlight flashes. Now, you can enjoy the cold milk foam.
Cold Milk Frothing

Put the whisk into the jug, and pour in 300ml milk. Touch and hold the
button for 1 second, and then touch it twice continuously, then button with
purple backlight will be always on, the whisk starts to work, and heating
begins. While mixing, pour in 50g chocolate powder or chocolate chips. The
hot-mixed chocolate milk is done until the button with purple backlight
flashes. Now, you can enjoy the hot chocolate milk.

HINTS AND TIPS
Here are some handy hints to help you get the best out of your frother.
• Always use your frother first to froth or heat your milk. While it is operating,
you can prepare your coffee or hot chocolate and then enjoy your drink
immediately.
• For the best results, please use whole milk (fat content >3.0%).
• Cold milk can be frothed with this frother. But it doesn’t mean you can cool
down the milk with it for the frother works at normal temperature.
• Milk can be heated to approximately 65±5℃. This is the ideal temperature
to ensure the flavor of your coffee is not destroyed for you don’t have to
wait too long until you can start sipping on your drink.
• Keep the whisks in a safe place. They are small and can easily be lost.
• After frothing or heating rest the device for 3 minutes between each use.
To shorten the rest period, you can rinse the device with cold water and
wipe it dry after each use.
• The frother is designed to heat and froth milk. If you add flavorings, coffee
granules or hot chocolate powder into the frother, make sure to clean the
device thoroughly and immediately after use.
• Rinse the device with cold water and wipe it dry after each use.

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to
the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful
interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Remove the jug from the power base before cleaning. Separate the lid and
the silicone ring from the jug. Never immerse the jug or the base into water
or other liquid.
1. THE JUG: Clean immediately after each use. Rinse and clean the walls
using warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. Then dry it with a soft
cloth.
2. THE LID: Separate the lid and the silicone ring from the jug when
cleaning. Washing the lid with water directly.
3. THE BODY: Clean with a soft cloth. Never use corrosive cleaning agents,
hard nylon brush or metal brush to clean the device to avoid scratches on
the stainless steel surface! Never clean with metal objects or abrasive
objects.
4. THE WHISKS: Remove the whisk from the jug. Wash it with warm water.
Dry and store it in a safe place. Do not wash it in the dishwasher.

This warranty does not apply to the following situations:
The Elechomes products are premium in material, craftsmanship and
service. They are effective from the date of purchase.
Elechomes will replace defective products based on eligibility. Refunds are
available to the original purchasers of our products within the first 30 days
of purchase. This warranty extends only to personal use instead of
commercial, rental, or any other uses in which the product is not intended
for. Each product has no other warranties other than the already provided
warranties.
This warranty is non-transferable. Elechomes is not responsible for any
damages, losses or inconveniences caused by equipment’s failure, user’s
negligence, user’s abuse, or improper operation that does not follow the
included user manual.
