When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be
followed, including the following:
• Read all instructions before using.
• This device must be grounded while using.
• Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids to avoid the danger of
short-circuiting!
• Never operate damaged appliances (incl. mains cables).
• Do not place the device on a polished wood surface for it could damage
the wood.
• Never touch the live parts.
• Only operate the device through a professionally installed socket
supplying
the correct voltage.
• Do not use extension cables.
• Never let the main cable hang loose, or remove the plug with wet hands,
or lay or hang on hot surfaces, or let it contact with oils.
• Unplug the appliance after each use or when the appliance is not in use or
before changing accessories or cleaning the appliance.
• Do not touch the metal parts or its housing while using, otherwise, it may
cause burns or scalding.
• Do not operate the device with a damaged cord or plug. If the supply cord
is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer, or service agent or
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be closely supervised to ensure they do not play with the
milk frother.
