Assembly and Setup Instructions

Please observe and follow these instructions closely as it will ensure safe and reliable operation.
1. Remove the EW-620 from it’s carton. Lift the bike out of the carton, assistance will be needed. If no
assistance available start by opening the top to allow access to the inside of the carton. Use a knife to cut
each corner from the inside out (Figure A). Once all four corners are cut it will allow a 360 degree access to
your new bike eliminating the heavy lifting.
2. Place the EW-620 on it’s kickstand as shown (Figure B).
Tools you will need to assemble the EW-620
1. Philips Screwdriver
2. 15mm wrench
3. Knife
4. 6mm Allen Wrench

3. After you have placed the bike on it’s kickstand make sure you have all the components in the bike as shown in
Figure C.
Handlebar Installation
1. Insert handlebar and set to proper height onto Fork/Steer tube and align correspondingly with the tire (Figure A).
2. Use the 6mm Allen Wrench to tighten the steering wheel until it is fully tightened (Figure B).
Components included on the EW-620
A. Pedals.
B. Derailleur protector.
C. Basket holder frame with bolts and nuts.
D. Charger.
E. 15mm Wrench.
F. 6mm Allen Wrench.
G. Basket.
Tools you will need to attach the Handlebar
- 6mm Allen Wrench

Basket Installation
1. Remove bolts and nuts on each side of the steering fork (Figure A).
2. Place the Frame and tighten up with the bolts and nuts previously removed (figure B).
3. Place basket in place and attach using the bolts, nuts and bottom bracket (Figure C).
4. Start with parts C and parts B as shown in Figure D.

-Philips screwdriver
-Basket
-Part C (bolts, nuts and frame)

5. Drop both D screws into place (Figure E).
6. Place Bracket A underneath and tighten it up (Figure E).
Pedals Installation
1. Make sure you insert each pedal with its correspondent side (Figure A).
2. Hand tighten each pedal and tighten with 15 mm wrench (Figure B).
