General Instructions Before Riding:
Your Vehicle has been thoroughly inspected by our engineers before delivery
but on the spot checks are equally important. It is always recommended to do
a quick check of the scooter before setting off.
When the key is inserted and turned into the “ON” position, the power indicator
will illuminate. Your scooter is now on and you are now ready to ride.
To avoid unplanned acceleration, always turn the key to the “OFF” position
before dismounting or leaving the scooter unattended.
WARNING
SAFETY NOTICE: Be sure that you are seated on the scooter and
the stands are clear of the floor before touching the throttle
handle. If you twist the throttle before you are ready to go or while
you are mounting/dismounting the scooter, it may run away from
you and could lead to an accident.
This scooter may be ridden in wet conditions, but be sure to avoid soaking it
during cleaning to avoid damaging any of the electric components.
This scooter should not be left in strong direct sunlight for long periods as
some of the electric components may overheat
Motorcyclists must abide by the same traffic rules and regulations as other
motorists. Before taking your scooter on a public road, be familiar with the
traffic rules and regulations and any special requirements for motorcycles.
Riding in “LOW SPEED” mode*
and at an economical speed will greatly increase
range and help with battery longevity.

*Only available on unrestricted model (125cc Moped)

Checks Before Every Use:
Item
Action
Mirrors
Adjust the mirrors to ensure you can see the traffic
behind you clearly. Clean the mirrors
Brakes
Squeeze the brakes and push the scooter to see
whether it rolls easily. Listen for any noticeable
grinding while the brake is applied. If so, contact
your dealer.
Brake Fluid
Check the fluid gauge to ensure that the brake fluid
is above the indicated level. If not, top it off with a
good brand of brake fluid.
Throttle
With the power off, turn the throttle counter
clockwise then release. The throttle should spring
back to the stop position. If not, contact your dealer.
Tires
Check the tire pressure is 36 PSI
Battery
Check the power level by looking at the gauge and
make sure there is enough charge for your journey.
Lights
Check to make sure all your lights and signals are
working
Nuts and Bolts
Check to make sure that all the nuts and bolts are
tightened and secure
WARNING
Regularly perform a routine maintenance check. Doing so will help
protect you and your scooter.
If any parts are damaged, whether normal or abnormal, please
check with your dealer before riding

Accelerating and Braking:
Throttle Tips
1. Turn the key to the “ON” Position and turn the throttle gradually to
accelerate.
2. To prevent losing control of the scooter, turn the throttle slowly until the
speed increases.
3. Do not turn the throttle until you are in the position to drive.
4. To stop, release the throttle and apply the front and rear brakes
simultaneously.
5. To move, release the brakes and turn the throttle gradually.
6. The brushless motor makes a small electromagnetic noise when turning
the throttle to start. This is normal.
7. Do not continually operate at full throttle. Frequently releasing the
throttle and running with inertia will help to increase your range. This
motor has good torque and the inertia momentum is enough to run some
distances without electric power.
CAUTION
Never use the economy switch while accelerating. Using this switch
while accelerating will damage the motor controller. Release the
throttle first.
Braking Tips
1. For safety, this scooter has a circuit brake system. When the front or rear
brake is applied, the motor controller will be disengaged. Release all the
brakes and ensure the taillight is OFF before accelerating again.
2. Less frequent sudden braking will increase the range.
WARNING
For your safety and security turn the key to the “OFF” Position
when you are not riding.

Battery Gauge and Charging Instructions:

Description

Yellow

Yellow (2nd)
The Battery has only 25% of its charge left.
Red
When the Battery is empty the motor will be cut off
NOTE
You will only get an accurate reading of the Batteries state of
charge (SOC) while you are riding. When you come to a stop, the
voltage will return and the lights may show the battery has more
charge left then there actually is.
Charging
Turn off the power to the scooter before charging.
Plug one end of the charger into the charging plug on the scooter (located
under the seat) and the other end into a regular (220V) household outlet.
CAUTION
Only the manufacturer’s supplied charger can be used.
14

Battery Longevity and Performance:
For optimum battery lifespan the scooter should be charged after every use.
A battery’s lifespan is measured in cycles. One cycle is a drain on the battery
and a recharge. The less you let the batteries drain the more cycles you will get
out of your batteries. The batteries we use do not retain memory, so you do
not need to discharge the batteries before you recharge them. For this reason
it is always recommended to recharge your scooter as often as possible.
If the scooter is not used for a long period of time it is recommended to charge
the batteries once a month.
NOTE
New battery packs will take a couple of cycles before the batteries
are balanced and the pack is at full capacity. During this period it is
highly recommended to ride your scooter at an economical speed,
avoid heavy acceleration and do not deep drain the batteries.
The heaviest drain on the batteries occurs during acceleration. For
optimum battery lifespan try to avoid heavy acceleration.
Batteries are affected by the temperature, so cold weather will affect
performance.
15

Maintenance:
This electric scooter represents a new generation of environmentally friendly
two-wheeled transportation. They are powered by a brushless electric motor
and sealed batteries so there are no messy oil changes or tune-ups required.
None the less, good maintenance and regular checks will play a major role in
keeping your vehicle in good working condition and prolong the life of your
batteries.
To prevent rust always keep your scooter dry and clean
Regularly check the front and rear tires, suspension and body frame and
all fasteners.
When riding in rain do not go through deep puddles or muddy areas;
excessive water will cause the motor and other electrical components to
suffer undue harm.
To prevent rust from forming on the scooter, avoid parking your scooter
in high humidity and corrosive areas. In winter, wash off the road salt.
To avoid damage to the electrical parts of this scooter, especially the
controller, do not park the scooter in direct sunlight or in heavy rain.
Due to the complexity of the electronic manufacture of this scooter,
customers should never attempt to take out any of the parts or attempt
major maintenance without consulting the dealer (this will invalidate the
warranty)
Never overload and ride the scooter for an extended period of time.
Prolonged use with excessive weight could cause serious damage to the
electronic and mechanical parts.
Always check your scooter and perform necessary routine maintenance -
tires, brakes, nuts and bolts.
