1 Introduction

Thisfreezerisdesignedtoproduce

milkshakeswithatemperaturerangeof24°to

30°F(-4°to-1°C).Ifsuchproductsare

preparedfrompowderedconcentrate,they

shouldbeprecooledto38°F(3°C)priorto

introductiontothefreezer.Useofother

productsinthismachineisconsidered

misuse(seeWarranty).

Thismanualhasbeenpreparedtoassistyou

intheproperoperationandgeneralmainte-

nanceoftheElectroFreezeModelCS700

Freezer.

Yourfreezerwillnotcompensatefororcorrect

anyassemblyorprimingerrorsmadeduring

theinitialstart-up. Therefore,itisimportantto

followtheassemblyandprimingprocedures

detailedinthismanual.

Makesureallpersonnelresponsiblefor

equipmentoperationcompletelyreadand

understandthismanualbeforeoperatingthe

freezer.Whenproperlyoperatedandmain-

tained,thefreezerwillproduceaconsistent

qualityproduct.

Thisfreezer must beinstalled andserviced by anElectro Freeze Distributororautho-

bottomofthefreezer(figure2-1)andinstall

thelegs.

Facingthefrontofthefreezerthedeflector

platewillbemountedonthescrewsonthe

leftsidepanel.Thedeflectorisrequiredto

preventairfromrecirculatingbacktothe

freezer. Failureto install the deflector

will void warranty.

counterortablehas sufficientstrengthto

holdthisweightandpreventexcessive

vibration.

1 HEAD -ASSY. DISPENSE

Enclosesthe freezing cylinder and

providesan opening for producttobe

dispensed.

2 BUSHING- HEAD

Holds the beater in place at the front of

the cylinder. Must be inserted into the

headandlubricated before assembly.

3 O-RING- HEAD

Seals the head to the freezing cylinder.

Must be lubricated.

4 O-RINGS - PLUNGER - LOWER

Seals the plunger in the head. Must be

lubricated to seal and slide properly.
