Read the following instruction carefully before using the appliance for the first time.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• The appliance may only be connected to a power supply whose voltage and frequency comply
with the specifications on the rating plate!
• Never use or pick up the appliance if
– the supply cord is damaged,
– the housing is damaged.
• If necessary an extension cable suitable for 10 A can be used.
• If the appliance or the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualified person, in order to avoid hazard.
• Always place the appliance on a flat, level surface.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling,
disassembling or cleaning.
• Never touch the blades or inserts with your hand or any tools while the appliance is plugged in.
• The blades and inserts are very sharp! Danger of injury! Caution when assembling,
disassembling after use or when cleaning! Ensure that the appliance is disconnected from the
mains supply.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
• Do not exceed the maximum filling volume as indicated on the grinding bowl.
• Never operate appliance without cover.
• This appliance is intended for domestic use only. The manufacturer cannot accept any liability
for possible damage caused by improper or incorrect use.

Getting Started
Before rst use, carefully unpack your coee grinder and remove all packing materials.
All detachable parts must be thoroughly cleaned as described in cleaning and care section.
Caution: Do not immerse motor base in water. Handle the grinding bowl blades with care as
they are very sharp.
1. Place the coee grinder on a at surface.
2. Assemble the grinding bowl into the motor base, then turn the bowl clockwise until a click
sound is heard. When disassembling, turn the bowl anti-clockwise to detach it.
3. Pour coee beans into the grinding bowl. The quantity of coee beans shall not exceed the
max level indicated in the grinding bowl.
4. Recover the transparent cover and plug into the power outlet.
5. Press and hold the power switch, the appliance will start operating, once release the power
switch, the appliance will stop operating.
NOTE: Do not operate this appliance continuously for more than 30 seconds. Allow
appliance to cool down for 3 minute between two continuous cycles.
6. View the consistency of coee grounds from the transparent cover.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure the blades has stop completely before removing the
transparent cover.
7. Once the desired grind has obtained, release power switch and unplug the power cord
from the outlet.
8. Remove the transparent cover, disassemble the grinding bowl and pour out the coee
ground directly.
1. The COARSE grind is generally used for percolators and coee urns. MEDIUM grind is used
for drip coee makers and steam-type espresso machines. A FINE grind is used for espresso
machines with an electric pump.
2. Vary the grinding times to suit your taste and type of beans you grind.
3. For the freshest, most avorful coee, grind only enough for the pot you are making. Coee
beans keep up to 2 months in the freezer in an airtight container and can be ground while
still frozen. Coee grounds left in your grinder can become stale and aect the avor of
freshly ground coee. Be sure to clean grinding chamber, blades and cover after each use.
4. This grinder can only grind dry, brittle foods. It will not grind anything moist, extremely hard,
or gummy such as whole ginger, chocolate, sesame seeds or oily spices such as cinnamon,
cloves or nutmeg. Do not grind peanuts or grains such as wheat, rice, barley, or dried corn.
Attempting to grind any of these foods may damage the unit. Never use it to chop ice cubes.
5. Freshly ground peppercorns have a strong aroma and taste that may aect the avor of
coee beans ground afterward. You may want to purchase a separate grinder if you plan to
grind peppercorns.

Cleaning and care
Packaging materials
The packaging materials are environmentally friendly and can be recycled. The plastic components
are identied by markings, e.g. >PE<, >PS<, etc. Please dispose the packaging materials in the
appropriate container at the community waste disposal facilities.
Old appliance
The symbol on the product or on its packaging indicates that this product may not be
treated as household waste. Instead it shall be handed over to the applicable collection point for
the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. By ensuring that this product is disposed of
correctly, you will help prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human
health, which could be otherwise be caused by inappropriate handling of this product. For more
detailed information about recycling this product, please contact your household waste disposal
service of the shop where you purchased the product.
1. CAUTION: Please unplug the appliance before cleaning. Do not immerse plug, cord and
motor base into water or liquid.
2. Wash all parts (except for the motor base) under running water. The cover and grinding
bowl are not dishwasher safe. All parts must be dry thoroughly prior to storage. You may
wipe the parts with a lint-free cloth.
Caution: Do not immerse motor base in water. Handle the grinding bowl blades with care as they
are very sharp.

• 當電源線插入插座時，千萬不要用手或其它工具觸摸刀片或內部零件。
• 機器內的刀片和零件都相當尖銳！不慎使用可能會導致受傷！因此本產品不論是組裝、拆
卸或清潔時都要特別留意！從事以上作業之前應一律把電源線從插座拔離。
• 勿將本產品浸泡在水裡或是任何液體中。
• 請勿超過容器內所標示的盛裝限制。
• 本產品在沒有蓋上蓋子之前請勿啟動。
• 本產品僅以家庭用途為設計考量。本廠對於不當或是不正確使用所可能造成的損壞，均不

使用說明
第一次使用前，請小心將磨豆機從包裝中取出，所有可拆卸的零件務必遵照清潔及保養章節
中提到的方式擦拭乾淨。
注意：請勿將馬達機座浸泡於水中，擦拭時應小心不要被刀片割傷。
1. 將本產品置放在穩固的平面上。
2. 將容器由上方插入馬達機座，再以順時針方向旋轉上鎖。拆解時，以逆時針方向旋轉
即可取下。
3. 將咖啡豆倒入容器內。咖啡豆的數量不應超過容器內所標示的盛裝限制。
4. 將透明蓋蓋上，再插上電源。
5. 持續按住啟動鈕可讓產品運作，放開啟動鈕則產品會停止運作。
注意：請勿讓本產品持續運作超過30秒。連續兩次運作之間應間隔3分鐘，藉此讓馬達
冷卻。
6. 您可以透過透明蓋觀察咖啡豆的研磨狀況。
注意事項：移開透明蓋之前，請務必確認刀片已停止運作。
7. 咖啡豆一旦磨到您所要的粗細程度之後，請放開啟動鈕並將電源線拔離插座。
8. 移開透明蓋，將容器卸下並把咖啡渣直接倒出。
1. 就沖泡方式而言，粗研磨顆粒通常適用於過濾式咖啡壺；中研磨顆粒適合滴式
沖泡及蒸汽式咖啡機；而細研磨顆粒則適合幫浦式咖啡機。
2. 您可以依照自己的喜好調整研磨時間，以達到所需的粗細度。
3. 若要保持咖啡的新鮮度和味道，研磨時應以當次需要的沖泡量為準。咖啡豆若
以氣密容器盛裝，放入冰箱可保存達2個月，而在冷凍狀態下也可以直接研磨。
容器內殘留的咖啡渣會隨著時間而變質，並影響新鮮咖啡豆的味道。所以每次
使用後請務必清理容器、刀片和透明蓋。
4. 本機器僅適合研磨乾式及易碎食材。除此之外，本機器無法處理堅硬、黏稠或
帶有水分的食材，例如全薑、巧克力、芝麻以及肉桂、丁香、荳蔻等油性香
料。另外也請避免將機器拿來研磨花生或是小麥、米、大麥或乾玉米等穀類食
材，否則可能會對機器造成損壞。本機器也絕對不可拿來絞碎冰塊。
5. 乾胡椒的氣味和味道強烈，其殘渣可能會影響後續咖啡豆的味道。若有需要研
磨乾胡椒，建議您另外購買研磨機並分開使用。

清潔及保養
1. 注意：清潔機器之前，一律將插頭拔離插座。請勿將插頭、電源線或馬達機座
浸泡於水或任何液體中。
2. 可用自來水清洗所有零件（除了馬達機座），透明蓋與容器不適合放入洗碗機
內清洗。所有零件清洗完畢後必須晾乾後才收存或是利用乾淨的擦布擦拭。
注意：請勿將馬達機座浸泡於水中，擦拭時應小心不要被刀片割傷。
廢棄處理
包裝材料
包裝材料符合環保規定並可回收使用。塑料材料具有記號識別，例如 >PE<、>PS< 等。
請將包裝材料棄置在公共廢品處理設施的適當回收容器中。
舊設備
產品上或其包裝上的標記 表示不能把該產品作為家庭垃圾般處理。應該將其棄置在
