Instructions
Step 1: The first step of using your new self-locking weightlifting belt is properly placing it
around your body. The belt should cover the portion right below your ribcage and should be
centered on your naval. The buckle should be on the left side with the E26 logo facing up.
Step 2: Bring the strap through the buckle behind the plastic roller pin and feed it through until it
is snug around your torso.

Step 3: Loop the strap back into the buckle on the front/opposite side side of the plastic roller
pin and behind the end of the stainless steel roller and pull through until it is snug.
Step 4: To tighten the belt, simply hold the right side of the belt with your right hand and the
strap with your left hand. Pull the belt belt with your right hand to the left and simultaneously pull
the strap with your left hand to toward the right side of the belt. This should quickly and easily
tighten the belt to the exact desired pressure. Be careful not to over tighten the belt and restrict
your breathing.

Once in position, the belt should look like this: Please note, It is perfectly ok for both sides of the
belt to overlap, or for there to be a between the two sides.
To loosen the belt: First, undo the strap from the velcro by pulling it away from the belt, next,
place your left palm on the E26 Logo and grab the exposed portion of the metal buckle with your
left hand and pull it away from you (See the image below for where to pull). It should instantly
pop loose with a little bit of pressure. Finally, pull the strap out of the self-locking buckle and
remove the belt.

Care and Washing Instructions
Washing Instructions: Hand wash with soap and water or machine wash on cold. Air dry only,
do not use heat to dry. Do not use bleach.
Care Instructions: After use, place the strap back on the velcro and fold the belt into 3, the
same way that it came packaged. This will ensure the longest longevity of the belt and easiest
way to use it rapidly.
