Die Kurzanleitung ist stets in einem leserlichen Zustand und zugänglich aufzubewahren.

Sämtliche in dieser Montageanleitung beschriebenen Handhabungen dürfen nur durch ausgebildetes und vom Anlagenbetrei-
ber autorisiertes Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.
Installieren und nehmen Sie das Gerät nur dann in Betrieb, wenn Sie die Montageanleitung gelesen und verstanden haben.
Machen Sie sich mit den geltenden Vorschriften über Arbeitssicherheit und Unfallverhütung vertraut.
Auswahl und Einbau der Geräte sowie ihre steuerungstechnische Einbindung sind an eine qualifizierte Kenntnis der einschlägi-
gen Gesetze und normativen Anforderungen durch den Maschinenhersteller geknüpft.

4Montageablauf / Installation Procedure
4.1 Befestigung an der Schachtdecke / Fixation at the Shaft Ceiling

Ringschraube inkl. Dübel an der Schachtdecke anbringen.

Attach the ring bolt with dowel at the ceiling of the elevator shaft head.

Das Magnetband mittels Band-Klemme an der Ringschraube befestigen.
Sichern Sie das Band in der Klemme zusätzlich durch Eindrehen der Madenschraube.

Fix the magnetic tape at the eyebolt by means of the tape clamp.
Secure the tape with the grub screw.

4.4 Befestigung & Spannung am Schachtboden / Fixation & Tensioning at the Shaft Floor

Ringschraube inkl. Dübel im Schachtboden anbringen.

Attach the ring bolt with dowel to the shaft floor.

Das Magnetband mittels Band-Klemme an der Zugfeder befestigen.

Mount the magnetic tape at the tension spring, using a tape clamp.

Wir empfehlen eine Vorspannung der Feder von 90 mm ± 5 mm. Dies entspricht einer Spannkraft von ca. 6 kg.
Im Zweifelsfall ist eine leicht höhere Spannung einer zu geringen Spannung vorzuziehen.

We recommend a spring preload of 90 mm ± 5 mm. This corresponds to a tension force of 6 kg.
In case of doubt, a slightly higher tension is better.
