manufactured with our valued consumers’ safety in mind. Additionally, we ask that
you exercise a level of caution when using any electrical appliance by following all
instructions and important safeguards.
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE AND SAVE FOR FUTURE
REFERENCE.
WARNING: When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should
always be followed as below:
1. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles
or knobs.
2. To protect against electrical shock, do
not immerse cord, plug or switch itself
in water or any other liquids.
3. Wash all removable accessories before
using for the rst time.
4. Close supervision is necessary when
appliance is used by or near children.
It is not recommended for children to
operate this appliance.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in
use and before cleaning. Allow the
appliance to cool before putting on or
taking off parts and before cleaning.
6. Do not operate any appliance with
a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions or has been
damaged in any manner. Return the
appliance to the nearest authorized
service facility for examination, repair
or adjustment.
7. The use of accessory attachments
not recommended by the appliance
manufacturer may cause injuries.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table
or counter or touch hot surfaces.
10. Do not place on or near a hot gas or
electric stove, or in a heated oven.
11. To disconnect, turn switch to the OFF
position, then remove the plug from
the wall outlet.
12. Do not use the appliance for other
than its intended use.
13. A re may occur if the appliance is
covered or touching ammable
material including curtains,
draperies, walls and the like when in
operation.
14. Do not clean with metal scouring
pads. Pieces can break off the pad
and touch electrical parts, involving
a risk of electrical shock.
15. Do not store any materials other than
manufacturers recommended
accessories on this unit when not in
use.
16. Do not place any of the following
materials on the unit: Paper,
cardboard, plastic and the like.
17. Some countertop and table surfaces,
such as Corian®, wood and/or
laminates, are not designed to
withstand prolonged heat generated
by certain appliances. It is
recommended by countertop
manufacturers that a hot pad or trivet
be placed under your appliance
to prevent possible damage to the
surface.
18. Do not use glass cover if chipped,
cracked, or has been scratches as
weakened glass can shatter during
use. Discard immediately.

SHORT CORD PURPOSE
POLARIZED PLUG
If the plug still does not t, contact a
qualied electrician. Never use the plug
with an extension cord unless the plug
can be fully inserted into the extension
cord. Do not alter the plug of the
product or any extension cord being
used with this product. Do not attempt
to defeat the safety purpose of the
polarized plug.
If this appliance is equipped with a
polarized plug (one blade is wider than
the other), please follow the below
instructions:
To reduce the risk of electrical shock,
this plug is intended to t into a
polarized outlet only one way. If you
are unable to t the plug into the
electrical outlet, try reversing the plug.
If an extension cord is used: (1) the
marked electrical rating of the extension
cord should be at least as great as the
electrical rating of the product; (2) the
extension cord should be arranged so
that it will not drape over the counter
top or tabletop where it can
unintentionally be pulled on or tripped
over by children or pets.
Note: A short power cord is provided
to reduce the risk of personal injury
resulting from becoming entangled in or
tripping over a long cord.
Longer power-supply cords or
extension cords are available and
may be used if care is exercised in
their use.

Follow directions below to properly assemble Knob on Glass Lid before use. Do not
use Glass Lid without Knob properly assembled.
1. Position knob base and knob on top of the lid. Align knob base and knob with the
hole on the glass lid.
2. Insert screw with washer and silicone gasket through the hole from the bottom of
the glass lid into the knob assembly. Tighten with screwdriver until secured. Do not
over-tighten to prevent stripping without lid knob attached.

BEFORE FIRST USE
• Read all instructions and important safeguards.
• Carefully unpack the electric skillet and remove all
packaging and materials.
• Clean the cooking surface with a damp cloth or sponge.
Never use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on the
non-stick surface as they might damage the coating.
NOTE:
Thoroughly clean the
product before using it
for the rst time.
Upon rst use, the
skillet may give off a
light smoke and slight
burning odor. This is
due to the protective
coating applied to
the non-stick surface
during manufacturing.
It is harmless and will
subside with use.
Escaping steam is hot!
Be careful when
removing or lifting lid.
Use oven mitts when
handling the lid or
skillet body.
HOW TO USE
1. Place the product on a at, stable, heat-resistant surface.
2. Ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet
and the power switch is off.
3. Season the cooking surface by applying a thin coat of
cooking oil and rub in with a paper towel.
4. Plug unit into a wall outlet and push the power switch to
“I” to start.
5. Always make sure to preheat the skillet uncovered for 2-3
minutes before cooking.
6. Add ½ tablespoon of cooking oil.
7. Place the ingredients or food to be prepared into the
skillet.
8. Cook the food or ingredients until done.
9. Push the power switch to “o” and unplug the unit when
cooking is complete.
10. When removing lid from skillet, always tilt the lid away
from you when lifting.
USING COOKING UTENSILS WITH THE NON-STICK SURFACE:
• Nylon or silicone cooking utensils are recommended for
use with the non-stick surface of the skillet.
• Never use sharp-edged metal utensils (i.e., forks, knives,
mashers, beaters, or food choppers), as they will scratch
the non-stick surface.
CAUTION:
Never immerse the
electric skillet in water
or any other liquids!
Do not touch hot
surfaces. Use oven
mitts or gloves to
avoid burns or serious
personal injury.
Do not place very cold
or frozen foods/liquids
into a hot skillet as it
may result in excessive
steam, spitting and
spattering.
The skillet takes
several minutes to
cool down after use.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
1. Remove the plug from the wall outlet.
2. Always allow the skillet to cool down completely before
handling and cleaning.
3. Drain the excess oil or wipe the interior surface of the
skillet with a paper towel.
4. Use a damp cloth to clean the surface and edges.
5. The glass lid is dishwasher safe (TOP RACK ONLY) or can
be washed by hand with warm soapy water and a clean
non-abrasive sponge or cloth. The inner body of the skillet
can be cleaned with a damp soapy cloth or sponge.
6. Be sure all parts are clean and dry before storing. Store
appliance in its box or in a clean, dry place. Never store it
while it is hot or wet. Never wrap cord tightly around the
appliance; keep it loosely coiled.
NOTE:
Clean the product
after each use.
CAUTION:
Do not clean while
the product is hot
and plugged into an
electrical outlet.
Do not immerse the
skillet in water or any
other liquid!
Do not use abrasive
cleansers or materials
to clean any parts of
the skillet for this may
damage the surfaces
and non-stick coating!
Do not pour cold
water onto the skillet
while it is still hot; the
sudden temperature
change may damage
it and create a burn/
re hazard. Switch off
the power, unplug the
power cord from the
electrical outlet, and
allow it to thoroughly
cool before cleaning.
