4 Putting into Operations
Place the unit onto a stable and dry surface
Connect the Cyclomatic Due to a suitable power supply unit or
make sure that it is equipped with charged batteries.
When the unit is ready for operation place one or two watches
on the clamping device. Switch on the required operation mode
at the rocker switch.
Caution: For the winding of heavy watches always place two
watches on the unit (weight compensation) to prolong the
service life of motor and batteries.
5 Switch positions
There are three switch positions: cycle operation mode,
permanent operation mode and "0ff".

Permanent operation mode
5.1 Cycle operation
With this operation mode the watchwork is wound very gently.
We recommend it for operation with batteries if the unit is to be
switched on over a prolonged period, e.g. overnight, in the safe,
etc. (service life of batteries).
•Put the rocker switch into ___ position (= cycle
operation).
•The unit alternately switches on and off for a predefined
length of time. (See section 6).
•The unit changes the sense of rotation with each winding
cycle.

5.2 Permanent operation (permanent winding)
This mode allows fast winding of the watch. We recommended
that you use this mode when the movement has stopped.
•Put the rocker switch into OO position (= permanent
operation).
•The watch is wound continuously.
•The unit switches the sense of rotation automatically every
30 minutes.
•Switch to cycle mode after approximately 1 hour.

7 Automatic switch-over of sense of
rotation
The unit automatically changes the sense of rotation in both
operating modes. It is therefore not necessary to check which
sense of rotation winds the watch.
8 Power supply by batteries
To operate the unit independent from the mains, use the
following batteries:
4 pcs alkaline-manganous batteries of the type Baby LR 14
Size C, 1.5 V (included in delivery volume).
The service life of the batteries in cycle mode is approx. 6
months depending on the type of battery and frequency of use.
Remove the batteries from the unit for prolonged periods of
operation by mains supply to protect the unit from leaking
batteries.
