1.1 FEATURES

Information about current DiagProg 4 software version can be found on the main screen as shown on

the photo below.

For example:

1.2 MENU – MULTI-TOUCH SCREEN

Simple gestures — tapping or pressing with fingers — is enough to select menu options.

In order to navigate DiagProg 4 menu using keypad press Accept button to activate it and fully

use keypad.

- Accept, - Cancel, - Top, - Bottom

Keypad below the multi-touch screen is another way to navigate DiagProg4 menu.

RESTORE THE BACKUP MODULE Enables to re-upload secured backup copy (uploading

CAN TERMINATION CONTROL Enables/ disables High Speed CAN Termination

SENDING LOG FILE Allows to send *.LOG file to ElproSys server for technical

2.2 SENDING LOG FILE

DiagProg4 will send LOG file to ElproSys server in case of any error during module programming in

order to obtain Active Technical Support.

SENDING LOG FILE MANUALLY

Please select TOOLS icon , next select SENDING LOG FILE option from the menu.

ATTENTION: Sending LOG file is only possible when device is in the wireless network range.

Once LOG file is successfully send message will be displayed on the screen.

2.3 DIAGPROG4 UPDATE

Connect Diagprog4 to PC via mini USB cable (Linux, Unix, MAC OS, Android or Windows) and it will

appear as an additional external drive.

Save update.dpu file, received directly from ElproSys company or its official representative in the

main folder of micro SDHC card. Restart the device and it will be automatically updated.

Optional: Save update.dpu file on micro SDHC card and then insert it in the device. Restart the device

and it will be automatically updated.

2.4 WIFI – BASIC SETTINGS

WIFI SETTINGS

Please select SETTINGS icon , next select WIFI SETTINGS option from the menu and connect to

WIFI network.

Select

enter

proper

password.

If

wireless network connection

is correct then

information about network will be displayed next

time you select WIFI SETTINGS until the device

is disconnected from the network.

LANGUAGE SETTINGS

Please select SETTINGS icon , next select LANGUAGE option from the menu and choose required

language then press OK to accept it.
