IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is
left unattended and before assembling, disassembling
or cleaning.
2. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the

BEFORE FIRST USE
Carefully wipe the exterior of the appliance to remove any dust that may have accumulated. Dry with a dry
towel. Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners.
Remove any label or stickers. Wash the accessories in warm soapy water, dry with a dry towel. Do not
immerse the supply cord or motor part of this appliance in water or any other liquids.
Wash the juicing bowl, strainer, strainer holder, auger, hopper, food pusher, juice cup and pulp cup in warm
soapy water with a soft cloth or nylon brush. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
ASSEMBLY
Before you assemble the juicer, ensure that the power cord is unplugged.
1. Place the motor base on a flat dry surface.
2. Underneath the juice bowl is the pulp extraction silicon, which is used to remove the pulp from the
spout of the juicing bowl. Ensure that the silicon is firmly inserted into the hole. (see fig.1)

3. Place the juice bowl on top of the motor base ensuring the 3 holes of the juice bowl align with the 3
screens on the motor base. Press down the juice bowl and rotate in a clockwise direction to lock it
into position. (see Fig.2 & fig 3)

4. Assemble the strainer into the strainer holder, then place them into the juice bowl. Note that the
triangle mark on the strainer needs to align with the triangle mark on the juice bowl. Ensure that the
strainer is completely pushed down. (see Fig.4)

5. Place the auger (A) into the strainer (B). Press down the auger to fix it into position. End with a click
sound. (see Fig.5)

6. Place the hopper onto the juice bowel. Align the triangle mark on the hopper with the triangle mark on
the juice bowl and turn it clockwise to the locked position. The hopper will click into position. (see Fig.6)

7. Place the food pusher into the hopper.
Note: These parts are not dishwasher safe. This appliance has a built-in safety lock. This feature ensures
that you can only switch on the appliance if you have assembled the juicer correctly on the motor unit.
When assembled correctly, the built-in safety lock will be unlocked.
USE
The appliance will only function if all parts have been properly assembled and the lid has been properly
locked in place.
1. Wash the fruit and/or vegetables and cut them to fit into the food chute.

2. If fruit is with stones or hard seeds, pit the fruit. Remove any hard inedible skins, i.e. skin of melons,
pineapples and mangoes prior to juicing. If citrus fruits are being used, remove the skin prior to juicing.
3. Ensure the safety clamps are locked in position on top of the juicer lid.
4. Turn the switch to “on” position. Put pre-cut pieces into the food chute and gently press the pusher
down until all fruit or vegetables have gone through the juicer. Caution: do not put your fingers or any
other objects into the food chute during operation.
5. Juice will flow directly into the juice cup and the pulp will be collected in the pulp bin.
6. After use, turn the switch to “off” position. Unplug and then disassemble the appliance.
Note: If the Juice Bowl is stuck and does not detach from the base, turn the switch to “R” (reverse) for 3-5
seconds. Repeat this process 2-3 times. Then push the bowl upward while turning. The strainer is equipped
with an auto-cleaning brush.
DISASSEMBLE YOUR JUICER
1. Ensure the juicer is turned off and the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet.
2. Remove the pulp cup and juice cup.
3. Remove the hopper by turning it anti-clockwise. (see Fig. 7 & Fig. 8)

4. The juice bowl, auger, strainer and strainer holder can all be removed together. Grip the juice bowl and
turn it anti-clockwise slightly. Take the bowl out of position. Lift the auger, strainer and strainer holder
out of juice bowl.
TIPS FOR JUICING
Cut food items into small pieces for optimal extraction.
Do not place ice or frozen fruit into the juicer. Do not push the food down with excessive force. The
food pusher is designed to gently push food down the chute if food becomes stuck.
Insert food at a regular speed, allowing all the pulp to be extracted. For maximum efficiency, do not
rush this process.
The juice from fresh fruit and vegetables is high in nutritional content. Juice from fresh fruit and
vegetables is an important part of a balanced diet. When selecting fruit and vegetables for juicing,
always select fresh and well ripened specimens. Fresh fruit and vegetables carry more flavor and juice
than those that are not properly ripened. Juice is best consumed when freshly made as this is when its
vitamin and mineral content is highest.
Your juicer can handle most varieties of fruit and vegetables. If using fruit with hard, inedible skin (i.e.
watermelons, pineapple, mangoes etc.) always peel the skin before placing in the juicer. The skin of
citrus fruit should also be removed before fruit is placed in the juicer. For better tasting citrus juice,
also remove the inner white peel from the fruit. Fruits with stones or hard seeds (i.e. mangoes,
nectarines, apricots, and cherries) should be pitted before juicing. A small amount of lemon can be
added to apple juice to prevent the juice browning.
The juicer is not suitable for juicing very hard and starchy fruits or vegetables such as sugar cane.

When juicing fruit and vegetables of different consistency it may help to juice different combinations,
i.e. juice soft fruit first, (i.e. oranges) then follow with hard fruit (i.e. apples). This will help you achieve
maximum juice extraction. If juicing herbs or leafy vegetables, wrap them together to form a bundle
before placing in the juicer or combine them with other ingredients on low speed.
NOTE: The juicer will only function correctly if all parts have been assembled correctly, the hopper is in
position.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always ensure that the juicer is turned off and the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet before
cleaning, disassembling or assembling and storing the appliance.
1. Immediately after each use, use the cleaning brush thoroughly clean the fine mesh holes of the strainer.
Brush the inside of the strainer under running water, holding it up towards the light to ensure the fine
mesh holes are not blocked.
If the holes are blocked, soak the strainers in hot water with 10% lemon juice to loosen the blocked
holes. If the strainer cannot be cleaned immediately after use, soak the strainer in hot soapy water
immediately after juicing is complete. If pulp is left to dry on the strainer, it may clog the fine mesh
holes. Thereby lessening the effectiveness of the juicer. Do not soak the strainer in bleach.
2. Wash the juice bowl, auger, strainer holder, pulp cup and juice cup in warm soapy water with the
cleaning brush or a soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Discoloration of the plastic parts may occur with brightly colored fruit and vegetables. To help prevent
this, wash parts immediately after use. If discoloration does occur, the plastic parts can be soaked in
10% lemon juice and water or they can be cleaned with a non-abrasive cleaner. Do not soak the
strainer in bleach. Do not soak the motor base.
3. Wipe the motor base with a soft damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive scouring pads or
cleaners when cleaning the motor base as these may scratch the surface.
4. Wipe any excess food particles from the power cord.
5. Do not place any part of the juicer in a dishwasher.
Damage Check
Always check that the appliance is in good working order and that all removable parts are secure. Check the
power supply cord and plug regularly for cuts or damage.
Store in a Safe Place
When not in use, store your appliance and its accessories in a safe dry place.

VOR DER ERSTVERWENDUNG

MONTAGE
Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Montage, dass das Stromkabel nicht angeschlossen ist.
1. Stellen Sie die Motoreinheit auf einen flachen, trockenen Untergrund.
2. Unterhalb der Saftschale befindet sich die Markabscheidung aus Silikon, die das Mark vom Auslass der
Saftschale trennt. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Silikon fest in der Ö ffnung sitzt (siehe Abb. 1).

3. Platzieren Sie die Saftschale oben an der Motorbasis und stellen Sie sicher, dass die 3 Bohrungen der
Saftschale an den 3 Erhebungen der Motorbasis ausgerichtet sind. Drücken Sie die Saftschale herunter
und drehen Sie sie zum Einrasten gegen den Uhrzeigersinn (siehe Abb. 2 und Abb. 3).

4. Bringen Sie das Sieb in der Siebhalterung an und legen Sie beides in die Saftschale. Achten Sie darauf,
dass die dreieckige Markierung auf dem Sieb über der dreieckigen Markierung an der Saftschale liegt.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Sieb vollständig nach unten gedrückt ist (siehe Abb. 4).

5. Bringen Sie die Schnecke (A) im Sieb (B) an. Drücken Sie die Schnecke zum Einrasten nach unten. Sie
hören ein Klicken (siehe Abb. 5).

6. Bringen Sie den Trichter auf der Saftschale an. Richten Sie die dreieckige Markierung auf dem Trichter
an der dreieckigen Markierung auf der Saftschale aus und drehen Sie ihn zum Einrasten im
Uhrzeigersinn. Der Trichter rastet mit einem Klicken ein (siehe Abb. 6).

7. Schieben Sie den Stopfer in den Trichter.
Hinweis: Diese Teile sind nicht spülmaschinenfest. Dieses Gerät verfügt über eine integrierte
Sicherheitsverriegelung. Diese Funktion stellt sicher, dass das Gerät nur eingeschaltet werden kann, wenn
der Entsafter korrekt an der Motoreinheit angebracht wurde. Bei korrekter Montage wird die integrierte
Sicherheitsverriegelung geöffnet.

GEBRAUCH
Dieses Gerät lässt sich nur bedienen, wenn alle Teile ordnungsgemäß montiert wurden und der Deckel
korrekt eingerastet ist.
1. Waschen Sie Obst und/oder Gemüse ab und schneiden Sie alles in Stücke, die durch das
Lebensmittelrohr passen.
2. Stein- oder Kernobst bitte entkernen. Harte und ungenießbare Schalen, d. h. die Schale von Melonen,
Ananas und Mangos, vor dem Entsaften entfernen. Auch Zitrusfrüchte vor dem Entsaften schälen.
3. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Sicherungsklemmen am Entsafterdeckel eingerastet sind.
4. Drehen Sie den Schalter auf die Position „An“. Geben Sie die Lebensmittelstücke in das
Lebensmittelrohr und drücken Sie den Stopfer sanft nach unten, bis alle Obst- und Gemüsestücke durch
den Entsafter verarbeitet wurden. Vorsicht: Finger oder andere Gegenstände dürfen während des
Betriebs nicht in das Lebensmittelrohr eingeführt werden.
5. Der Saft fließt direkt in den Saftbecher, wobei das Fruchtfleisch im Markbehälter gesammelt wird.
6. Drehen Sie nach Gebrauch den Schalter in die Position „Aus“. Das Gerät nun von der Stromversorgung
trennen und demontieren.
Hinweis: Falls die Saftschale klemmt und sich nicht von der Basis abnehmen lässt, den Schalter für 3 –5
Sekunden auf „R“ (rückwärts) drehen. 2 –3 Mal wiederholen. Drücken Sie nun die sich drehende Schale
nach oben. Das Sieb ist mit einer Bürste zur Selbstreinigung versehen.
IHREN ENTSAFTER DEMONTIEREN
1. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Entsafter ausgeschaltet und das Stromkabel von der Steckdose getrennt
ist.
2. Mark- und Saftbehälter herausnehmen.
3. Drehen Sie den Trichter gegen den Uhrzeigersinn ab (siehe Abb. 7 und Abb. 8).

4. Saftschale, Schnecke, Sieb und Siebhalterung können gemeinsam herausgenommen werden. Greifen
Sie die Saftschale und drehen Sie sie leicht gegen den Uhrzeigersinn. Nehmen Sie die Schale heraus.
Heben Sie Schnecke, Sieb und Siebhalterung aus der Saftschale.
TIPPS ZUM ENTSAFTEN
Schneiden Sie die Lebensmittel für optimales Entsaften in kleine Stücke.
Geben Sie kein Eis und kein gefrorenes Obst in den Entsafter. Wenden Sie beim Hinunterdrücken der
Lebensmittel keine übermäßige Kraft auf. Der Stopfer dient nur zum leichten Weiterbefördern der
Lebensmittel, falls diese im Rohr klemmen.
Geben Sie die Lebensmittel gleichmäßig in das Rohr und lassen Sie dem Gerät Zeit zum Entsaften.
Optimale Ergebnisse werden erzielt, wenn dieser Vorgang nicht unnötig beschleunigt wird.
Frischer Obst- und Gemüsesaft hat einen hohen Nährstoffgehalt und ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil einer
ausgewogenen Ernährung. Wählen Sie zum Entsaften immer frisches und reifes Obst und Gemüse aus.
