2 CARACTERÍSTICAS
2.1 CARACTERÍSTICAS DE LA BOMBA DE AGUA DE INMERSIÓN
La bomba de agua de inmersión consiste en los siguientes componentes:
- grupo motor (se vende por separado).
- conjunto bomba.
- transmisión.
El grupo motor transmite movimiento al conjunto bomba por medio de la transmisión de eje flexible.
El conjunto bomba succiona agua por medio del filtro de aspiración y la bombea para hacerla salir por
la manguera de presión (no suministrada). La bomba debe ser usada únicamente para bombear agua
limpia o agua con partículas sólidas dispersas de un diámetro máximo de 13 mm.

3 CONDICIONES DE UTILIZACIÓN
ATENCIÓN! Lea y entienda todas las instrucciones.
3.1 AREA DE TRABAJO
MANTENGA su zona de trabajo limpia y bien iluminada.
NO HACER FUNCIONAR herramientas alimentadas en atmósferas explosivas, así como en
presencia de líquidos inflamables, gases, o polvo.
MANTENGA a espectadores, niños y visitantes alejados mientras este funcionando la
herramienta.
3.2 SEGURIDAD PERSONAL
PERMANEZCA ALERTA, con lo que esté haciendo y use el sentido común cuando maneje una
herramienta.
NO UTILICE la herramienta cuando esté cansado o esté bajo la influencia de drogas alcohol o
medicación.
VISTA ADECUADAMENTE. NO LLEVE ropa suelta o joyería.
RECÓJASE el pelo si lo lleva largo.
MANTENGA su pelo, ropa o guantes fuera de partes móviles.
EVITE arranques accidentales.
ASEGÚRESE de que el interruptor está apagado antes de enchufar la herramienta.
QUITE las llaves de ajuste o los interruptores antes de la puesta en marcha de la herramienta.
NO SOBREPASE el límite de tus fuerzas.
MANTÉNGASE bien alimentado y en equilibrio siempre.
UTILICE equipo de seguridad.
UTILICE siempre protección para los ojos.
3.3 USO DE LA HERRAMIENTA Y CUIDADOS
NO FUERCE la herramienta.
UTILICE correctamente la herramienta para su aplicación. La herramienta adecuada hará mejor y
de manera más segura el trabajo para el que ha sido diseñada.
NO UTILICE la herramienta si el interruptor del motor (no suministrado) no puede ponerse en
posición apagado (OFF). Cualquier máquina en la que no funcione el interruptor es
potencialmente peligrosa y debe ser reparada.
ALMACENA las herramientas no utilizadas fuera del alcance de niños y personas sin
conocimientos de la herramienta.
CONSERVE en buen estado la herramienta. Las herramientas correctamente mantenidas son
más seguras y menos propensas a averiarse.
REVISE el descentrado de las partes móviles, rotura de partes y cualquier otra condición que
pueda afectar al funcionamiento de la herramienta.
Si se daña, REALICE un mantenimiento antes de usarla.
UTILIZA los accesorios recomendados por el fabricante para el modelo utilizado. Los accesorios
que no se correspondan con los recomendados por el fabricante pueden resultar peligrosos.
3.4 SERVICIO
El mantenimiento de la herramienta DEBE REALIZARSE solo por personal cualificado.
Cuando revise la herramienta, UTILICE partes idénticas a las remplazadas.
SIGA las instrucciones en la sección de mantenimiento de este manual.

3.5 REGLAS DE SEGURIDAD ESPECÍFICAS
Para su propia seguridad, como protección de otros y para no causar avería al equipo lea
detenidamente las condiciones de utilización de esta máquina.
NO CONECTE el eje flexible al motor cuando el motor este funcionando.
NO OPERE en la salida del motor cuando este esté en marcha y sin transmisión.
NO TRABAJE si la transmisión o la bomba están averiados. El motor se recalentara.
NO PERMITA a personal no capacitado o sin experiencia operar en el motor o en sus
conexiones.
MANTENGA la entrada y la salida de aire libre.
MANTENGA el motor (no suministrado) limpio y seco.
EL NIVEL DE POTENCIA ACUSTICA de esta máquina, usando motores ENAR (no
suministrados) es de 97 dB y el nivel de presión acústica es de 91 dB. Equipo de protección
acústica debe ser usado.
En primer lugar lea y entienda las instrucciones del motor de gasolina (no suministrado) donde
van conectadas las transmisiones.
Para el manejo autónomo del equipo deberá asegurarse que los operarios han sido instruidos en
el manejo de esta máquina.
El equipo solo se utilizará en los trabajos específicos para los que ha sido desarrollado y bajo las
instrucciones de este manual.
Asegúrese que la bayoneta de la transmisión esta bien encajada en el alojamiento del motor.
Asegúrese que la bomba de agua está bien roscada a la transmisión antes de trabajar (sujetar
roscando a izquierdas).
No trabaje con la transmisión con curvas pronunciadas.
No sobre engrase la sirga de la transmisión, puede dañar el rodamiento del eje de la bomba.
No conecte la transmisión al motor cuando el motor este funcionando.
Cuando se conecte el equipo a un motor de gasolina, prestar especial atención a que las
revoluciones del motor no excedan 3000 rpm
Reemplace las piezas externas desgastadas para evitar daños a los componentes internos.
Realice el mantenimiento con los tipos y cantidades de lubricantes recomendados.
No permita a personal no capacitado o sin experiencia manipular el equipo.
Asegurese the que todos los componentes están firmemente conectados. En caso contrario,
podrían producirse daños o un funcionamiento incorrecto de la bomba.
Asegurese de que no hay objetos encima de la bomba o que puedan caer sobre ella. Éstos
podrían causar daños a los componentes de la bomba o interrumpir el proceso de bombeo.
El chorro de agua que sale de la bomba puede contener pequeñas piedras que salen a gran
velocidad. No dirija el chorro de agua hacia otras personas, ya que podría causarles heridas.
La bomba nunca debe ser utilizada sin la carcasa protectora. En tal caso, el impulsor podría
causar serios daños al usuario.
Asegúrese de que el filtro está libre de objetos intrusos tales como cables de acero, malla u otros
objetos metálicos que podrían atascar el impulsor.
Nunca bombee disolventes, combustibles o cualquier líquido inflamable, explosivo o corrosivo.
La vibración generada por la bomba puede transmitirse a las manos del usuario a través de la
transmisión. A pesar de que el nivel de vibración está por debajo de 2,5m/s2, deben limitarse los
tiempos de exposición y usar guantes para el manejo.

4 OPERACIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO
Leer previamente el punto 3 CONDICIONES DE UTILIZACIÓN
4.1 CONEXIÓN DEL MOTOR A LA TRANSMISIÓN
El motor (no suministrado) está diseñado para conectar las tranmisiones de forma rápida y segura.
Procedimiento de conexión:
1. Tipo "D”: Levantar el tirador de la carcasa acoplamiento del motor. Una vez
levantado, introducir la bayoneta en la carcasa acoplamiento del motor teniendo en
cuenta la posición de las garras para que encajen entre sí las del motor con las de la
transmisión. Una vez encajadas las garras, soltar el tirador y comprobar que la bayoneta
de la transmisión ha quedado firmemente fijada al motor.
2. Tipo "H": Girar el anillo exterior del acoplamiento motor y, una vez girado,
introducir el dedo hexagonal del eje flexible de la transmisión en el alojamiento del
motor. Continuar introduciendo el manguito de la transmisión en el acoplamiento motor y
una vez que esté completamente introducido, soltar el anillo exterior. Comprobar que la
transmisión ha quedado firmemente unida al motor.
Posibilidades de conexión:
Longitud de la transmisión......... 6 m, tipo D ó tipo H
Bomba de agua………………… .De inmersión, 3” de salida.
4.2 MONTAJE DE LA TRANSMISIÓN AL CONJUNTO BOMBA
El eje flexible de la transmisión se suministra roscado al eje de la bomba. En caso de necesitar roscar
la transmisión a la bomba, la conexión bomba del eje flexible debe ser roscada al eje de la bomba
usando una llave plana y una mordaza de presión. Una vez roscada, conectar la manguera al conjunto
bomba y fijarla apretando firmemente la tuerca (51002) a mano.
4.3 FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA BOMBA DE AGUA
Encender el motor siempre después de haber conectado la transmisión de la bomba al motor. Con el
motor al ralentí, introducir lentamente la bomba en el agua (siempre situada a un nivel inferior) y, una
vez introducida, aumentar progresivamente la velocidad del motor hasta alcanzar el régimen máximo
de 2800 rpm.
Cuando vaya a detenerse el bombeo, reducir la velocidad hasta el ralentí mientras la bomba se
encuentre todavía en el agua. Entonces, extraer lentamente la bomba del agua y, una vez depositada
en un lugar seguro y estable, apagar el motor.
Después del trabajo, limpiar el conjunto bomba, la transmisión y el grupo motor.
4.4 INSPECCIÓN
1. Antes de iniciar los trabajos se deberá comprobar el correcto funcionamiento de todos los
dispositivos de manejo y seguridad.

2. Antes de comenzar a trabajar se deberá comprobar que la bomba se encuentra en buenas
condiciones y que trabaja correctamente. Usar los equipos de protección especificados.
3. No trabaje en zonas con escasa ventilación. Los humos de escape son tóxicos. Compruebe
que hay gasolina en el depósito. Compruebe que el nivel de aceite se encuentra al máximo
(ver el manual del motor).
4. Cuando se comprueben defectos que hagan peligrar la manipulación segura, se debe
suspender el trabajo y realizar el mantenimiento correspondiente.
5 MANTENIMIENTO PERIÓDICO
5.1 EJE FLEXIBLE Y BOMBA DE AGUA
1. En primer lugar, desconecte la transmisión del motor para realizar los trabajos de
mantenimiento de la transmisión y la bomba de agua.
2. En todos los trabajos de mantenimiento deben usarse repuestos originales.
3. La transmisión debe lubricarse cada 100 horas de trabajo.
Un modo de engrasar es colocar algo de grasa en la palma de la mano y hacer pasar toda la
longitud de la sirga a través de la mano cerrada, dejando así una capa de grasa en toda la
longitud de la sirga. La cantidad recomendada es 25 g/m. Nunca sobre engrasar, podía pasar
la grasa a la aguja vibrante o forzar al motor. No limpiar la sirga con disolvente. Consultar con
el fabricante el tipo de grasa que debe utilizarse para el reengrase.
4. Para realizar el mantenimiento de la bomba siga los siguientes pasos:
- Enjuague las piezas con disolvente y seque todas las piezas.
- Examine los rodamientos y los retenes. Si en la inspección encuentra que la grasa de la
transmisión ha entrado en el conjunto bomba, debe sustituir los retenes.
5. Después de trabajos de mantenimiento y servicio se deberán montar correctamente todas las
piezas.
6. Cada 12 meses o con más frecuencia, dependiendo de las condiciones de uso, se
recomienda que la máquina sea revisada por un taller autorizado.
5.2 ALMACENAMIENTO
Cuando la bomba de agua no vaya a ser utilizada durante largos periodos de tiempo, debe ser
almacenada en un lugar limpio, seco y protegido del exterior.
5.3 TRANSPORTE
Durante el transporte en vehículos, se deberá asegurar la máquina contra deslizamientos, vuelcos y
golpes.

6.1 MOTOR - TRANSMISIÓN

7.1 INSTRUCCIONES PARA PEDIR REPUESTOS
1. En todos los pedidos de repuestos DEBE INCLUIRSE EL CÓDIGO DE LA PIEZA SEGÚN LA
LISTA DE PIEZAS. Es recomendable incluir el NÚMERO DE FABRICACIÓN DE LA MÁQUINA.
2. Provéanos con las instrucciones de transporte correctas, incluyendo la ruta preferida, la dirección y
nombre completo del consignatario.
3. No devuelva repuestos a fábrica a menos que tenga permiso por escrito de la misma, todas las
devoluciones autorizadas deben enviarse a portes pagados.
7.2 INSTRUCCIONES PARA SOLICITAR GARANTÍAS
1. La garantía tiene validez por 1 año a partir de la compra de la máquina. La garantía cubrirá las piezas
con defecto de fabricación.
En ningún caso la garantía cubrirá una avería por mal uso del equipo.

2. En todas las solicitudes de garantía DEBE ENVIARSE LA MÁQUINA A ENARCO, S.A. O TALLER
AUTORIZADO, indicando siempre la dirección y nombre completo del consignatario.
3. El departamento de S.A.T. notificará de inmediato si se acepta la garantía y en el caso de que se
solicite se enviará un informe técnico.
4. No tendrá ningún tipo de garantía cualquier equipo que haya sido previamente manipulado por
personal no vinculado a ENARCO, S.A.
NOTA: ENARCO, S.A. se reserva el derecho a modificar cualquier dato de este manual sin previo aviso.

2 CHARACTERISTICS
2.1 CHARACTERISTICS OF WATER PUMP
The submersible pump consists of the components:
- Drive unit.
- Pump head.
- Flexible shaft.
The drive unit drives the pump head by means of the flexible shaft.
The pump head sucks water through the suction strainer and pumps it through the pressure hose. This
pump may only be used to pump clear water or water with sprinkled solid particles (max. 13 mm in
diameter).

3 USAGE CONDITIONS
WARNING! Read and understand all instructions.
3.1 WORK AREA
KEEP your work area clean and well lit. Cluttered benches and dark areas invite accidents.
DO NOT OPERATE power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable
liquids, gases, or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
KEEP bystanders, children, and visitors away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause
you to lose control.
3.2 PERSONAL SAFETY
STAY ALERT, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a power tool.
DO NOT USE TOOL while tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. A moment of
inattention while operating power tools may result in serious personal injury.
DRESS PROPERLY.
DO NOT WEAR loose clothing or jewellery.
CONTAIN long hair.
KEEP your hair, clothing, and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery, or long hair
can be caught in moving parts.
AVOID accidental starting.
REMOVE adjusting keys or switches before turning the tool on. A wrench or a key that is left
attached to a rotating part of the tool may result in personal injury.
DO NOT overreach.
KEEP proper footing and balance at all times. Proper footing and balance enables better control of
the tool in unexpected situations.
USE safety equipment.
Always WEAR eye protection. Dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection
must be used for appropriate conditions.
3.3 TOOL USE AND CARE
DO NOT FORCE tool.
USE the correct tool for your application. The correct tool will do the job better and safer at the rate
for which it is designed.
DO NOT USE tool if switch does not turn it on or off. Any tool that cannot be controlled with the
switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
STORE idle tools out of reach of children and other untrained persons. Tools are dangerous in the
hands of untrained users.
MAINTAIN tool with care. Properly maintained tools,are less likely to bind and are easier to control.
CHECK for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, and any other condition that
may affect the tools operation. If damaged, have the tool serviced before using. Many accidents are
caused by poorly maintained tools.
USE only accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for your model. Accessories that
may be suitable for one tool, may become hazardous when used on another tool.
3.4 SERVICE
Tool service MUST BE PERFORMED only by qualified repair personnel.
When servicing a tool, USE only identical replacement parts.
FOLLOW instructions in the Maintenance section of this manual.

3.5 SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES
For the proper operation of the motor, MAKE SURE that operators have been instructed in the
proper management of this machine.
DO NOT CONNECT the flexible shaft to the motor when this is working.
DO NOT OPERATE in the motor shaft when this is working and without transmission.
DON NOT WORK with transmission in bad conditions, the motor overheats.
DO NOT PERMIT untrained personnel to operate the motor or connections.
MAINTAIN free ventilation of air.
KEEP the motor (not supplied) in a clean and dry area.
Proper protective equipment SHOULD BE USED because the acoustic power level of this machine
is 97 dB and the acoustic pressure level is 91 dB using ENAR engines (not supplied).
First read the instructions about the petrol engine (not supplied), where the transmissions are
connected .
For the proper use of this device, please make sure that the operator has been correctly informed of
the content of this manual before using it.
This water pump can be used only under the applications for which it has been designed and
according to these safety instructions.
Please assure that the end piece of the transmission is correctly connected to the motor's coupling.
Make sure that the water pump is correctly screwed to the transmission before using it (Hold the
shaft and screw on the left).
Do not over bend the transmission.
Do not apply too much grease to the inner core, it can damage the bearing of the water pump.
Do not connect the transmission to the motor while is running.
When you connect the water pump to a petrol engine, make sure that the revolutions of the motor
don't get over 3000 rpm.
Realize the operations of maintenance with the recommended types and quantities of lubricants.
Do not allow inexperienced or not trained personal to use the pump alone.
Make sure that all components are connected firmly. Otherwise this could result in damage to or
malfunction of the submersible pump.
Make sure that no objects are on or can fall on flexible shaft or outlet hose. Otherwise this could
result in damage to components or the interruption of the pumping process.
The jet of water from the outlet hose could contain small stones travelling at great speed. Do not
direct the water jet towards other personnel, as this could cause injury.
The Pump should never be operated without the bottom casing. The unguarded impeller could cause
serious injury to the user.
Ensure the Strainer is free from intruding objects such as Steel Mesh Wires or metal objects which
could jam the Impeller
Never Pump solvents, fuel or any explosive, flammable or corrosive liquids.
Some vibration from the Pump is transmitted through the Flexible Shaft to the operator’s hands.
Operational exposure time may need limiting.

4 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
Read item 3 USAGE CONDITIONS
4.1 ENGINE CONNECTION TO FLEXIBLE SHAFT
The engine (not supplied) is intended to connect the transmissions quickly and safety.
Connection procedure:
1. Type "D”: raise the handle of the location pin, introduce the coupling up to the pin
is in the slop and release the handle. Make sure that the flexible shaft is locked firmly in
place.
2. Type "H": Turn the ring on the engine coupling up to the stop and hold it, insert the
flexible shaft in the housing right up to the stop and let go of the ring. Make sure that the
flexible shaft is locked firmly in place.
Connection possibilities
Length of transmission:................ Until 6 m:
Water pump:………………………..Submersible type, 3” outlet.
4.2 ASSEMBLY OF THE FLEXIBLE SHAFT TO THE PUMP SET.
The pump connection of the flexible shaft must be screwed to the shaft of the pump head.
Once screwed, The hose must be connected to the pump set using the nut. Tighten the nut firmly by
hand.
4.3 WATER PUMP OPERATION
Once the Flexible Shaft has been connected to the Power Unit, start the Engine. Whilst in the idle
speed position, slowly lower the Pump into the water and then gradually build up to maximum speed of
2800 rpm.
When stopping pumping, slow the engine back down to idle speed whilst the pump is still in the water.
Then slowly bring the pump out of the water and switch off the engine
Remove any dirt or dust from drive, pump head, flexible shaft and pressure hose after use.
4.4 INSPECTION
1. Before starting the work, check the correct working of all handling and safety devices.
2. Before starting check that the water pump is in good use and it works correctly. Use the
means of safety and protection.
3. Do not work in closed rooms. The exhaust fumes may be toxic. Check the gas level. Check the
oil level, it must be in maximum level (See the instruction manual).
4. If defects are found in the safety devices or other defects which could reduce the safe handling
of the equipment, stop working and do the maintenance.

5 REGULAR MAINTENANCE
5.1 FLEXIBLE SHAFT AND WATER PUMP
1. To do the maintenance works in the transmission and water pump, firstly disconnect from the
engine.
2. In all maintenance operations, original parts must be used.
3. Lubricate the shaft every 100 working hours.
A way to lubricate the shaft is to grasp some grease in the palm of the hand and run the close hand
with the lubricant over the length of the shaft, leaving on the shaft a light coating of the lubricant on
the entire length of the shaft, the recommended quantity is 25 g per metre. do not overlubricate, it
could cause the grease penetrates into the pump, or overforces the engine. do not clean the flexible
shaft with solvent. ask the manufacturer the type of grease that must be used.
4. To do a maintenance follow the following steps:
- Flush the parts with solvent and wipe all part.
- Examine bearings and seals. If inspection reveals that grease of transmission has
penetrated into the water pump, the oil seals need replacement.
5. After maintenance job and service, all the parts must be assembled correctly.
6. Every 12 months or more frequently, depending on the usage conditions. It is recommended
an inspection be done by an authorized dealer.
5.2 STORAGE
When the water pump has not been used for long periods of time, it should always be stored in
clean, dry, and protected area.
5.3 TRANSPORTATION
When transporting by vehicles, ensure the water pump is safe against slipping, overturning and
blows

1. All spare parts requested must include PART CODE NUMBER AS STATED IN THE PART LIST. We
recommend to include ITEM´S MANUFACTURE NUMBER.
2. Let us to know the correct shipping instructions, including the wished route and the address and
consignee`s complete name.
3. Don’t give back any spare part to the manufacturer without written permission. In case of returned
spare parts shipping fees will always be paid by the customer.
7.2 INSTRUCTIONS TO REQUEST WARRANTIES
1. The warranty is valid for 1 year after the purchasing date of the machine. The warranty will cover parts
with manufacturing defects.
In any case the warranty will cover a malfunction due to improper usage of the equipment.
2. In all warranty requests THE MACHINE MUST BE SENT TO ENARCO, S.A. or to an AUTHORIZED
DEALER, always including the complete address and name of the consignee.
3. The Technical Assistance Service will immediately notify the customer if it accepts the warranty claim
and, if requested, it will send a technical report.
4. The warranty will be rejected if any equipment has been previously handled by personnel outside of
ENARCO, S.A. or not authorized by the manufacturer.

2 CARACTÉRISTIQUES
2.1 CARACTÉRISTIQUES DE LA POMPE À EAU IMMERGÉE
La pompe à eau immergée est composée des éléments suivants :
- Groupe moteur (vendu séparément).
- Ensemble pompe.
- Transmission.
Le groupe moteur transmet le mouvement à l'ensemble pompe par le biais de la transmission à arbre
flexible.
L'ensemble pompe aspire l'eau par l'intermédiaire du filtre d'aspiration et la pompe, puis la fait sortir
par le tuyau de sortie (non fourni). La pompe doit être utilisée uniquement pour pomper de l'eau propre
ou de l'eau avec des particules solides dispersées d'un diamètre maximal de 13 mm.
