suitableforaBathroomlocation.
• Beforeinstallingyourlightttingalwaysswitchoffthemainssupplyandremovetheappropriate
fuseorswitchofftheappropriatecircuitbreakerbeforecommencinginstallation.
• ThisisaClassIttingmustbeEarthed.Theterminalblocksaresuppliedaccordingto
requirementsofthetting.
• Nevertbulbsofahigherwattagethanthosespeciedonthelabel(asthesemaycause
overheatinganddamagethetting).
• Ifyouareinanydoubtaboutyourcompetencepleaseconsultaqualiedelectrician.
• Ifanymodicationismadeitwillinvalidatethewarrantyandmayrendertheproductunsafe.

Followeachassemblystepinordertopreventincorrectassembly.
Ensurethattheproductisfullyassembledasillustratedbeforeuse.
The Light pack contains:
Lighttting.
Terminalconnectionblock(s).
Fixingpack.
The following tools may be required:
Selectionofcrossandatheadscrewdrivers.
Electricdrillandassorteddrillbits.
Wirestrippers.
Electricalinsulationtape.
These assembly diagrams are intended as a guide – if in doubt consult a qualied electrician.
Before you start

Allow10minutestocoolbeforereplacing,adjustingorcleaning.
Cleanwithadryclothonly.Donotuseliquidorabrasivecleanersonthisproduct.

Please note - This instruction covers three similar styles of tting. Your product may look
slightly different, but all steps required are the same.

1. Decideonthepositionofthelighttting/orremoveexistinglighttting.Takeanoteofthepositionofthe
electricalconnections.Ensurethereisasolidmountingsurface,preferablyawoodenjoistorjoistbridgeto
supporttheweightofthelighttting.
2. Usethexingbracketasatemplatetomarkthescrewholes.Markthescrewholesandsecuretothewall
withappropriatescrewxings(1),makingsurethebracketishorizontal.
3. Attachthettingtothexingbracket(2)
4. Support your tting and connect the house wiring to the terminal block (3). When you are sure of the
connections wrap the Terminal Block and overlap the wiring both sides with 2 layers of insulation tape.
NOTE: This is a Class I tting and must be earthed.
5. Fitthebulb,beingcarefulnottotouchitwithyourbarehands-useaclothorgloves.NOTE: Never t bulbs
of a higher wattage than those specied on the label (as these may cause overheating and damage
the tting).
6. Fittheshade(4).
7. Turnonthepowerandtest.
