SAFETY & CAUTIONS
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
• Operate the device only according to its intended use.
• Use the device only for personal use.
• Keep out of the reach of children. Children, or youth under the age of 18,
should not use or play with the device. The device has not been tested
on children.
• DO NOT use the device if you have severe allergies, sensation disorders,
infected skin, or a heart condition.
• DO NOT use if you have a pacemaker or other electrical medical device
without consulting with your physician.
• DO NOT use the device if you are pregnant, lactating, or had given birth
less than six months ago.
• Be careful using the device around facial jewelry or metal implants in
the treatment area (Not including dental llings, implants, and crowns).
• Do not immerse the device in water.
• If the product appears damaged, disassembled, broken or has been
submerged in water, discontinue use.
IMPORTANT FOR OPTIMUM SAFETY:
• If you have medical concerns consult your dermatologist before using
the device. Also consult your dermatologist, if you have recently had a
cosmetic procedure, acid or chemical peels, extreme sunburn, or thread
lift.
• Apply particular care when using around or the under-eye area, and do
not bring the device into contact with the eyelids or eyes themselves. DO
NOT USE THE DEVICE on unintended regions of the body. The device is
designed ONLY for facial use.
• DO NOT use the device on active acne, psoriasis, eczema, rosacea,
open sores; skin with a rash, sunburned or distressed skin, and on skin
surfaces with cuts and abrasions or any healing is present.

• DO NOT use the device on Tattoo or permanent makeup in the treated
area.
• DO NOT use the device on moles, cancerous areas, skin lesions or on
skin which has recently been treated with a laser or chemicals.
• DO NOT use the device if you use medications, herbal preparations, food
supplements, or vitamins that might cause fragile skin or impaired skin
healing.
• You may feel a tingling sensation while using the device and after the
treatment.
• If you experience extreme discomfort, discontinue use immediately
and consult a physician. DO NOT use the device if you experience a
worsening of the skin (skin feels uncomfortable, irritated, burning, etc.).
• DO NOT use the device while charging.
• If the device or charging cable is damaged or appears damaged, do not
use it. This product contains no serviceable parts.
• DO NOT use, place, or store the device or charging components where
it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink or in water.
• CAUTION: Before charging, make sure the charging socket and cable
are free from water.
• For any questions or concerns, contact us at ENVIG.COM.
• Make sure the skin is completely dry before use. Do not treat on wet or
sweaty skin.
• Do not use the device right after cosmetic peeling/exfoliation treatment.
POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
The following side eects are rare. However, should they occur, they are
usually temporary. If any of the following, conditions appear and last more
than 24 hours after treatment, consult your physician:
• Damage to natural skin texture
• Discomfort or pain
For other aesthetic procedures or if you have any uncertainties regarding
potential side eects, consult your physician before using the device.

INTRODUCING EDGE DEVICE
OVERVIEW
The EDGE device is intended for facial exfoliation to improve the appearance
of skin and give the skin a luminous and smoother look and feel.
Treatment time is short, allowing best results with minimal eort.
The technology has been proven to be safe and eective.
The technology is based on Pollogen’s fractional resurfacing technology
which was originally developed for professional clinics. Pollogen has
adapted the technology for eective and safe use at the convenience of
home setting, promoting healthy skin appearance.

USING THE EDGE DEVICE
CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend charging the device before each use.
1. Open the box containing the device and remove the device and its USB
cable.
2. Connect your Device to a USB outlet to begin charging (Fig.6).
3. Once charging is completed disconnect the USB cord.
LED INDICATORS
The LED next to the USB port indicates the current state of the battery.
Notes:
• It should take approximately 1-2 hours to fully charge the device.
• A fully charged device will last approximately 30 minutes of continuous use.
• The device will not work, while charging.

TREATING YOUR SKIN
To treat your skin using the Edge device:
1. Remove all jewelry
2. Cleanse and properly dry the treatment areas. Ensure the skin is free of
topical products (such as makeup, moisturizers etc.).
3. Divide your face into 4 treatment areas (Fig.7)
• Right cheek
• Left cheek
• Forehead
• Perioral (around the mouth)
4. Turn the device ON by pressing the Power Button (Fig.8). Both the headlight
and the low power level led (located next to the Power Button) will turn white.

5. Press the Power button to change the power level (Fig.9), the white LEDs
will light up according to the level chosen.
6. Select the power level (Low/Medium/High) that is most comfortable
for you. It is recommended to start at the lowest level and increase per
personal feeling.

7. Place the Edge's treatment head at and in full contact against your skin
and then press the Trigger Button to emit energy. During the energy
pulse, the headlight will briey turn blue, accompanied by a vibration
sensation. At the end of the pulse, the device will beep.
8. After the beep you can move to the adjacent location.
9. Proceed with this technique covering the entire treatment area, use
methodological pattern to ensure the entire face is covered (Fig.10).
There is no need to treat the same area more than once.
Note: you may use dierent power settings on dierent parts of your face
depending on the sensitivity of the treatment area. Such as perioral or
periorbital (around the mouth and the eyes).
10. The treatment is complete once you covered the entire face.
11. Press the Power Button for two seconds to turn the device OFF.
12. Clean the device treatment head with alcohol wipes and cover the device
with its protective cover.
NOTES:
• You can easily change the power setting by pressing on the Power Button
throughout the treatment.
• The skin may show some redness (erythema) and minor skin swelling
(edema) in the treatment area. Both should disappear after a short time.
• You may feel tingling sensation while and after using the device.

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT GUIDELINES
The following treatment guidelines are recommended for using the Edge
device:
• Treating the entire face takes 3-4 minutes. For shorter treatment times,
focus on selected areas of concern. Treatment times dier for each
person.
• For optimal results, use the Edge device 2-3 times a week.
• After treatment, maintain your regular skincare routine.
• Make sure that you allow at least one day in between treatments on the
same treatment area.
• Response to Edge treatment may diers between individuals depending
on environmental and biological factors, heredity and aging.
• Please avoid direct sun exposure right after treatment.
This chapter describes how to troubleshoot problems that may arise when
using the Edge device.
If your Edge device is not working, take the following steps:
• Ensure that you have removed the device’s protective cover.
• Ensure that the Power button is not stuck in and verify both headlight
and low level led will turn white.
• Make sure the treatment level LED are working.
• Make sure that the device is fully charged (the led color is steady green)
• Ensure that the Trigger button is not stuck in and verify the Blue LED is
illuminating followed by a soft vibration and “Beep” sound.
If one of the above is not working properly contact the service center
WARRANTY
CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR PURCHASE OF THIS EDGE DEVICE.
This product has been subjected to strict quality control performed by the
manufacturer. For this reason, the distributor in your country guarantees
proper function of your product for 24 months from date of actual purchase.
If you use the device properly, follow all instructions outlined in the user
manual, you can enjoy the product to your ultimate satisfaction. This policy
warrants the support that Pollogen Ltd. provides for the device in the event
of failures attributable to manufacturing defects. In such case, you shall be
entitled during the warranty period to the repair and replacement of parts,
free of charge (regarding both service and parts) to the extent necessary
to be able to make use of the product for its intended use. This warranty is
valid for the product marketed by Pollogen Ltd.

The warranty is not valid when:
1. There are amendments in the warranty policy, sales receipt or invoice
or the absence of any of these original documents.
2. There is damage or deterioration of the device due to improper use or if
the device has been modied or repaired by an unauthorized third party.
3. There is damage of the product due to defects incurred during
transportation, such as bumps, bangs or improper handling.
4. There is damage due to humidity or any kind of liquids, foreign bodies
inside the device or the use of unapproved, unadvised accessories with
the device contradictory to the user manual.
5. The device is not used in accordance with the respective user manual
or with its supplied accessories.
6. There is partial or total damage or loss of the device, due to natural
disasters (such as earthquakes, oods, re, lightening and so on), force-
majeure or accident.
7. There is damage to the device after being subjected to high dust
environments, humidity or application of excessive voltage from the
power supply.
8. The product’s serial number does not match the one in the policy or it
has been amended or erased.
9. There is cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches and
dents.
