One button for a perfect image
It takes just six seconds to achieve a
super-bright, uniform image. Simply
press ‘Quick Setup’ and the projector will
automatically create a perfectly square
image for you. Screen frame detection
technology automatically fits the image
to the screen, and if there’s no screen,
brightness peak detection gives you
great pictures on a wall. And with
super fast shutdown, you can unplug
and be on your way as soon as you’re
finished.
Compact Flash versatility*
Make standalone presentations or photo
slideshows simply and directly with the
Compact Flash card reader. When the
card is inserted in the projector, you can
even rewrite stored information via the
local network using ftp. As cards don't
need to be removed, this is very useful
for ceiling mounted projectors. CF cards
are also an easy way to transport files
between venues. You can even plug in
the CF card from a digital camera.
PC free flexibility*
Presenting without a PC makes the
whole process smoother and simpler.
You can leave your PC at home and
move around even more easily. In
addition to Compact Flash memory
cards, you can present directly from a
USB memory stick – or even SD,
Memory Stick, or MicroDrive media
(with optional adapters). Simply
connect your memory device to the
CF memory card slot or USB port
and you're ready to go.

Connect to your EMP-1815 via USB

PC to your projector via the simple USB
cable. There’s no longer any requirement
for the traditional VGA cable, and there’s
no need to change input and output
signals manually either because with
USB it’s all done for you. The projector
will recognise the signal and start
projecting automatically.
