初次使用请将耳机和充电盒充满电，取出左右耳机会自动组对成功，进入配对状态。

耳机放入充电仓，在充电状态下，同时按住耳机触摸面盖8秒，红灯灭，然后红蓝交替快
闪后恢复红灯常亮，配对清除成功。
本产品包装内附带Type-c充电线， 连接电源适配器充电。

For the first time, please fully charge the earphone and charging box. If you take out the left
and right earphones, they will automatically pair and enter the pairing state.

Put the earphone into the charging chamber. In the charging state, press and hold the
earphone touch panel cover for 8 seconds, the red light goes out, and then the red light is
always on after the red and blue flash alternately. The pairing is successful。
This product is packaged with type-C charging cable, which is connected to the power adapter for
charging.

初めて使ってください。イヤホンと充電ケースを充電してください。左右のイヤホンを取
り出したら自動的にセットできます。ペアリング状態になります。

最初のペアリング
電話とヘッドセットをペアリングする
明確なペアリング
①ヘッドセットが完全に充電されたら、左右のイヤフォンを取り外し、イヤフォンインジケーター
が点滅します。このとき、左右のイヤフォンが自動的にペアリングされ、「耳に成功」という音声
プロンプトが表示されます。ペアリングが成功すると、右耳の赤と青のライトが交互に点滅します。
②ヘッドセットがペアリングされたら、携帯電話のBluetooth設定をアクティブにして、「EPZ-S350T」
を検索し、「接続」をクリックします。接続後、「Bluetoothが接続されました」という音声プロンプト
が表示されます。 2回目の使用では、自動的に電話に接続し直します。
③イヤホンは充電ケースに入れ、充電状態でイヤホンのタッチ面の蓋を8秒押しながら赤と青を交
互に点滅してから赤と青のランプが常に点灯します。ペアリングはクリアに成功しました。

返品および交換ポリシー
EPZ製品をお買い上げいただきありがとうございます。使用する前に、以下の条項
を注意深くお読みください。
7日間の返品保証を提供します。つまり、何らかの理由で購入に完全に満足できな
い場合は、商品を受け取った日から7日以内に元の状態（未使用の状態）で返品で
きます。
このポリシーの唯一の条件は、返品が次の要件を満たしていることです*
●**返品された商品は破損しておらず、摩耗の兆候は見られません。
●**製品は、すべてのパッケージ、アクセサリ、およびマニュアルを含め、受け取
った状態で返品されます。

●**衛生上の理由から、インイヤーヘッドホンは故障しない限り返品できません。
●**商品は、商品を供給した店舗に返品する必要があります。
輸送中に紛失した返品については当社は責任を負わず、返品送料はお客様のご負担
となりますのでご注意ください。返品の場合は、追跡サービスを介して商品を当社
に返送することをお勧めします。これにより、輸送中の商品の配達証明と保険が保
証されます。
● 返品、修理、交換のために送付された製品の運送料はお客様のご負担となります。
保証期間内は、保証カードと購入請求書を保管してください。保証カードは保証書
であり、交換や修理を依頼する場合は、必ず製品を、保証カード、購入証明書と一
緒に返却してください。
以下の場合、返品・交換はお受けできません。
■ソフトウェアのパッケージや消耗品を開封または使用した場合。
■保証期間: ご購入日から3年間となります。保証期間が切れた商品はお受けでき
ません。
■購入証明書: 請求書はない製品は保証期間外です。
■自然災害、公害、電圧異常などの外的要因による故障であってはなりません。
■当社以外の第三者による改造、分解、修理を行ってはなりません。当社以外の第
三者により製品が改造、分解、修理された場合。保証期間外です。
■オンラインショッピングの場合：色や形など商品外観が思っていたイメージと異
なるといった理由の場合（お客様のモニターにより画面の明るさ・色彩が異なる為）。
■製品仕様やお客様の使用環境との相性などの問題により正常に動作しない場合。
■商品到着後、お客様の元で汚損・破損が生じた場合。
■組み立てを行なってしまった場合、または組み立て途中の商品（初期不良除く）。
当社に返送された商品、または欠陥として回収された商品のうち、完全に機能して
いることが判明した商品は、お客様に返送されますのでご注意ください。運送料金
はお客様のご負担となります。
障害が疑われる場合、または返品に関する詳細情報が必要な場合は、まず当社まで
ご連絡ください。

Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for purchasing EPZ product. Please read the following
clauses carefully before using them.
We offer a 7 days returns guarantee, which means that if for any
reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can
return it to us in its original condition（in unused condition）
within 7 days of the date you received the goods
The only condition of this policy is that the return meets the
following requirements*
● ** Returned products are undamaged and show no signs of wear.
● ** Products are returned in the condition you
received them including all packaging, accessories and manuals.
(in unused condition)
● ** For hygiene reasons in-ear headphones cannot be returned
unless they are faulty.
● **Goods must be returned to the store which supplied them.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods
that are lost in transit and customers are responsible for returns
postage costs. In the event of a return we recommend that you send
the goods back to us via a tracked service. This will ensure proof
of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.
● Customers are responsible Carriage charges of products sent
for return and repair.
Keep the warranty certificate and the purchase invoice during
the warranty period. The warranty card is a certificate of
warranty, and when requesting replacement or repair, be sure to
return the product, this warranty card, and the purchase
certificate together.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
■When the software package or consumables are opened or used
■Warranty period: 3 years from the date of purchase. Expired
products are not accepted.
■Proof of Purchase: Products without invoice are out of warranty.
■It should not be a failure due to an external factor such as a
natural disaster, pollution, or abnormal voltage.
■Products must not have been altered, disassembled or repaired
by a third party other than our company. If products have been
altered, disassembled or repaired by a third party other than our
company. It is out of warranty.
■Online Shopping: When the appearance of the product is different
from what you expected, such as color and shape. (Because the
brightness and color of the screen differ depending on the
customer's monitor).
■When it does not operate normally due to problems such as
product specifications and compatibility with the customer's usage
environment.
■ If the product is damaged or damaged by the customer after it
arrives.
Please be aware that goods sent back to us or collected as faulty
which are found to be fully working will be returned to you.
Carriage charges will be at Customer expense.

returns, please contact us first.
