1. INTRODUCE
The purpose of this document is to help Service Centre workshop technicians to carry out service to pro18ducts.
This Service Manual content of it is confidential.
Please keep in mind also that this documentation is continuously being updated and modified, so watch always
out for the newest version.
Warnings and cautions
Please refer to the phone’s user guide for instructions relating to operation, care and maintenance including
important safety information. Note also the following:
Warnings
1. Service Centre must be taken on installation in vehicles fitted with electronic engine management
systems and anti–skid braking systems (ABS). Under certain fault conditions, emitted RF energy
can affect their operation. If necessary, consult the vehicle dealer/manufacturer to determine the
immunity of vehicle electronic systems to RF energy.
2. The hand portable telephone must not be operated in areas likely to contain potentially explosive
atmospheres, EG petrol stations (service stations), blasting areas etc.
3. Operation of any radio transmitting equipment, including cellular telephones, may interfere with the
functionality of inadequately protected medical devices. Consult a physician or the manufacturer of
the medical device if you have any questions. Other electronic equipment may also be subject to
interference.
Cautions
1. Servicing and alignment must be undertaken by qualified personnel only.
2. Ensure all work is carried out at an anti–static workstation and that an anti–static wrist strap is worn.
3. Use only approved components as specified in the parts list.
4. Ensure all components, modules screws and insulators are correctly re–fitted after servicing and
alignment.
5. Ensure all cables and wires are repositioned correctly.

2. ESD PROTECTION
Requires that service points have sufficient ESD protection (against static electricity)
when servicing the phone.
Any product of which the covers are removed must be handled with ESD protection.
The SIM card can be replaced without ESD protection if the product is otherwise
ready for use.
To replace the covers ESD protection must be applied.
All electronic parts of the product are susceptible to ESD. Resistors, too, can be
damaged by static electricity discharge.
All ESD sensitive parts must be packed in metallized protective bags during shipping
and handling outside any ESD Protected Area (EPA).
Every repair action involving opening the product or handling the product components
must be done under ESD protection.
ESD protected spare part packages MUST NOT be opened/closed out of an ESD
Protected Area.

7. DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. K102 disassembly.
2. You need Phillips Screwdriver, ESD tweezers,
Disassemble Piece and Disassemble Stick,
Retrieve card pin,Electric soldering iron.
3. Remove SIM tray
4.Unscrew the 2 screws of two sides as shown.
5. Use Disassemble Piece Slide between the housing
Cautions:Disassemble the housing don't touch
antenna FPC
6. Use the Electric soldering iron to open the Battery
lead,and open the Power/VOL Key FPC

7. Remove the antenna by screwdriver.
8. Remove the RF cable.
9.Open the FPC connectors 、Speaker、Vibrator,
remove the PCAB USB.
10. Remove Power key FPC and VOL key FPC
11. Unscrew the 3teenth screws as shown,and
remove the Main antenna Housing.
12.Unscrew the 4teenth screws as shown,and
remove the PCBA MB

13.Remove the Battery
14. Remove the Back/Front camera from the MB,
and remove the Receiver from the Front cover,
disassembly procedure is complete.

8. NETWORK AND CALL FUNCTION TEST
oInsert a SIM card into the tested cell phone, and make sure the network function of SIM card has been
opened.
oLong press the power button to switch on the mobile phone.
oCheck whether the signal of the network is in good order.
oDial a fixed telephone number.
oCheck the quality of network through the calling.
oIf there have any problem about the network or the quality of calling, please send the phone to repair in our
factory.
oEnd the test both of the network and call.
