1. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Netzspannung mit der Spannung auf dem Typenschild der
Maschine übereinstimmt. Sichern Sie Ihre elektrische Anlage mit einem geeigneten Überstrom-
Schutzschalter ab.
Setzen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge nicht dem Regen aus. Benutzen Sie Elektrogeräte nicht in feuchter
oder nasser Umgebung. Sorgen Sie für gute Beleuchtung. Benutzen sie Elektrogeräte nicht in
der Nähe von brennbaren Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen.
Halten Sie Kinder fern! Lassen Sie andere Personen nicht das Gerät oder Kabel berühren, halten
Sie sie von Ihrem Arbeitsbereich fern.
Überlasten Sie Ihr Werkzeug nicht, setzen sie es nur bis zur max. Tragkraft (Siehe am Typen-
schild, nicht am Lasthaken) ein.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät zweckentsprechend. Benutzen Sie Werkzeuge nicht für Zwecke und
Arbeiten, wofür sie nicht bestimmt sind.Transportieren/heben Sie keine Personen mit dem Gerät.
Nicht unter einer angehobenen Last stehen oder arbeiten.
Zweckentfremden Sie nicht das Kabel. Benutzen Sie das Anschlusskabel nicht, um den Stecker
aus der Steckdose zu ziehen. Schützen Sie das Kabel vor Hitze, Öl und scharfen Kanten.
Pflegen Sie Ihr Werkzeug mit Sorgfalt. Befolgen Sie die Wartungsvorschriften. Kontrollieren Sie
regelmäßig den Stecker und das Kabel sowie das Stahlseil, und lassen diese bei Beschädigung
von einem anerkannten Fachmann erneuern. Halten Sie ihr Gerät sauber!
Dieses Elektrogerät entspricht den einschlägigen Sicherheitsbestimmungen. Reparaturen dür-
fen nur von einer Elektrofachkraft ausgeführt werden.
Greifen Sie nicht in das laufende Gerät!

Der Elektro-Seilzug dient zum horizontalen Ziehen von Lasten bis zur jeweils angegebenen Belas-
tungsgrenze. Jede andere Verwendung ist nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für alle Schäden/Verletzungen,
die aus nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung resultieren haftet der Benutzer des Gerätes, nicht
jedoch der Hersteller/Händler.
3. BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
Bitte beachten Sie, dass dieses Gerät bestimmungsgemäß nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz kon-
struiert wurde. Wir übernehmen keine Gewährleistung, wenn das Gerät in Gewerbe-, Handwerks-
oder Industriebetrieben sowie bei gleichzusetzenden Tätigkeiten eingesetzt wird.

Arbeitsbereich: 0° bis 40°C, Luftfeuchtigkeit max. 85% bei 25°C, nicht über 1000m Seehöhe
8. BEDIENUNGSHINWEISE / FEHLERBEHEBUNG
Bevor Sie die Seilwinde installieren und damit arbeiten muss das Fahrzeug gegen unbeabsichtigtes
Wegrollen abgesichert werden (Handbremse anziehen und Bremskeile unter allen Rädern!) Achten
Sie darauf, dass der Untergrund stabil genug ist um wegrutschen zu vermeiden (kein Matsch, Sand,
Geröll, etc.)
Hängen Sie die Halteplatte (6) wie in Abb. A gezeigt an die Anhängekupplung ihres Fahrzeugs.
Setzen Sie die Seilwinde so auf die Halteplatte, dass die 3 Metallzapfen in die dafür vorgesehe-
nen Löcher an der Unterseite des Gerätes einrasten (B/C).
Entfernen Sie die Abdeckung für die Strom-/Fernbedienungsanschlüsse (D)
Stecken Sie das Stromkabel (4) und das Kabel der Fernbedienung (5) in die dafür vorgesehe-
nen Buchsen. Klemmen Sie das rote Kabel an den Pluspol der Autobatterie und das Schwarze
Kabel an den Rahmen/Masseanschluß des Fahrzeuges um eine korrekte Erdung zu bekommen.
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich 12V Autobatterien und vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich diese in
einwandfreiem Zustand befindet. Lassen Sie den Motor des Fahrzeugs laufen, damit die Batterie
nachgeladen wird.
Lösen Sie die Seilbremse (2)(F).
Ziehen Sie nun am Seil und hängen Sie es sicher an der zu ziehenden Last ein (G/I). Hängen Sie
den Lasthaken niemals direkt am Seil ein! (J)
Montieren Sie die Handkurbel (7) am Seilzug und ziehen Sie das Seil straff. (K)
Nun können Sie mit Hilfe der Fernbedienung die Seilwinde aktivieren.
Beachten Sie die in den Technischen Daten genannten Höchstbelastungsgrenzen und über-
schreiten Sie diese auf keinen Fall!
Halten Sie immer ausreichend Abstand zum Seil wenn die Seilwinde in Betrieb ist (nutzen Sie die
volle länge der Fernbedienung) um Verletzungen zu vermeiden!
Verwenden Sie die Seilwinde niemals wenn das Seil oder das Gerät selbst Beschädigungen aufweisen!
Greifen Sie niemals in das laufende Gerät.
Versuchen Sie niemals das Gerät zu „unterstützen“ indem Sie zusätzliche Kraft über die Hand-
kurbel ausüben.
Versuchen Sie niemals das Seil von der Last zu trennen, wenn es sich noch unter Spannung befin-
det. Sichern sie immer erst die Last gegen Wegrollen/Wegrutschen ab, bevor Sie das Seil lockern!

1. Diese Seilwinde hat eine Kapazität von 907 kg. Damit können Sie wie folgt ziehen:
a. Bewegen einer Last vom Anschlagspunkt auf einer Basis von 907 kg.
b. Bewegen eines schwimmenden Bootes von ca. 2268 kg.
c. Bewegen eines Fahrzeuges mit Rädern von 2722 kg.
2. Die Zugkraft vermindert sich je stärker das Gefälle ist. Beispielsweise wird die Kapazität für das
Ziehen von Fahrzeugen auf Rädern 100% (Ziehen in der Ebene ohne Gefälle) auf 50% kg bei einem
Gefälle von 45 Grad reduziert. Anhand des Zugkraftdiagrammes (L) können Sie nun einschätzen, wie
hoch die Zugkraft in Ihrem Fall sein würde.

9. SERVICE UND ERSATZTEILE
Reinigen Sie das Gerät nach jeder Benutzung. Verwenden Sie dazu keine Reinigungs- oder Lö-
sungsmittel, sondern ein feuchtes Tuch und ggf. Druchluft mit niedriegem Druck zum Ausblasen
des Gerätes.
Schmieren Sie alle 200 Zyklen Seil (das Seil nur leicht einfetten - Korrosionsschutz).
Prüfen Sie regelmäßig alle Kabel auf Beschädigungen.
Prüfen Sie etwa alle 30 Zyklen das Seil auf Beschädigungen.
Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig die Haken auf Abnutzungserscheinungen. Ist mehr als 10% des Ha-
kens abgenutzt (zB.Abrieb an der Haken-Innenseite durch die Belastung der zu hebenden Objekte)
muss dieser getauscht werden.
Verwenden Sie nur Original-Ersatzteile.

1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Make sure the power supply voltage matches the required voltage as indicated on the type label
on the product. Equip your electrical system with overvoltage protection.
Do not use powertools in wet conditions or rain. Keep your workspace well lit, safe and clean.
Never use powertools in the vicinity of flamable substances or gases.
Keep children away from your workspace. Do not let underage children or inexperienced indivi-
duals operate powertools.
Do not exceed the maximum weight limits of the electric hoist (see technical data and/or type
stickers). RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY!
Never transport or lift people with the electric hoist.
Never stand directly below the hoist when it is carrying load.
Do not misuse the cable. Never use the cable to pull out the powerplug. Protect the cable from
heat, oil and sharp edges.
Handle your product with care and inspect the product and cable prior to each use. Make sure
it is undamaged and all safety devices are in place and operational every time you use the pro-
duct. Pay extra attention to the condition of the steel cable! If you notice any damage, DO NOT
USE THE PRODUCT. Contact your local dealer or qualified service personnel.
If the product is not in use or is being serviced, disconnect the powerplug.
Always be careful and focussed when operating powertools.
This electronic appliance is in accordance with all required ssafety standards. Do not perform

The electric winch is designed to be mounted on the hitch of a vehicle to pull loads (vehicles, boats,
etc.) up to its maximum load capacity using a car battery as power source. Any other use is proh-
bited. The buyer accepts all liabilities, legal and otherwise, for any damage or injury resulting from
improper use of the product (i.e. any other use than the above stated designated use).

7. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INITIAL OPERATION

8. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Before you install the electric winch make sure that the vehicle you want to attach it to is positioned
safely and secured against unintentional movement (engaged handbrake and chock blocks under
all wheels!). Make sure that the underground is stable enough (no mud, gravel, sand, etc.)
Place the adapter plate (6) on the trailer hitch as shown in image A.
Put the electric winch on the adapter plate so that the three bolts lock into place in the three
holes on the underside of the winch. (B/C)
Remove the cover of the power-/remotecontroll sockets (D)
Plug the power chord (4) and the cable of the remote control (5) into the respective sockets (E).
Attach the clamp of the red chord to the plus terminal of the car battery and the clamp of the
black chord to the frame/grounding-point of the vehicle to ensure proper grounding. Use only
12V car batteries and make sure the battery is in good working condition. Leave the engine
running to continually charge the battery.
Disengage the cable brake (2)(F).
Pull out the cable and attach it to the load that needs to be pulled using the hook (G/I). NEVER
loop the cable around something and attach the hook to itself! (J)
Attach the hand crank to the winch and turn it a few times to pull the cable tight (K).
Now you can operate the electric winch by using the remote control.
Never exceed the maximum load limits listed in the technical details and the load-diagram (L).
Check the chord for any damage before each use. Do not use when the chord is damaged.
Do not replace the cable with a cable of lesser strength.
Do not extend the cable with another cable.
Always keep a safe distance to the winch and chord when operating the machine.
Keep hands, clothing, hair and jewellery clear of the winch while in use.
Use a spotter to assist you in assuring that it is safe to operate the winch. This person must also
stand clear of the cable and winch.
Never leave the machine unattended.
Check the chord for any damage before each use. Do not use when the chord is damaged.
Never try to „assist“ the winch by using the hand crank to apply extra force.
Never try to disconnect the cable when the load is still being pulled. Always secure the load first
and make sure it cannot move on its own before disconnecting the cable.

This electric winch has a pull force of 907 kg. Loads can be pulled as follows:
a. pulling loads up to 907 kg
b. pulling boats up to 2268 kg while the boat is floating in water
c. pulling vehicles (or any load that has wheels) up to 2722 kg
As the incline of the terrain increases the pull force is decreasing. For example: a load on wheels
can be pulled with 100% pulling force (2722kg) on a flat and level surface, but only with 50%
pulling force (1361 kg) on an incline of 45 degrees. See the load diagram (L) for further information.

luable resurces and therefore can and should be recycled. The product itself consists of various
materials (metals, oils, plastic, etc.) and should be disposed with care and in accordance with your
federal and local disposal regulations.

10. WARRANTY
Clean the hoist after every use with a moist cloth. Do not use any solvents or cleaning agents. You
may use compressed air (low pressure!) to clean the hoist.
Grease the cable and deflector pulley every 200 cycles with universal grease to avoid corrosion.
Regularly inspect all cables, hooks, switches, terminators etc. for wear, defects and proper operation.
The hook must be inspected on a regular basis for wear. Replace if more than 10% of the hook is
scraped away.
Use original replacement parts only!

les dommages ou accidents résultant d‘une utilisation non conforme. L‘enlèvement/altération
d‘un des dispositifs de sécurité ou de la machine dans son ensemble entraîne la perte de

réparations/altérations du produit original ou de ses pièces de rechange, ou découlant de
son installation des pièces de rechange.
1. CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
Vérifiez que la tension d‘alimentation correspond à la tension requise indiquée sur la plaque si-
gnalétique du produit. Équipez votre système électrique d‘une protection contre les surtensions.
N’utilisez pas d‘outils électriques dans les environnements mouillés ou sous la pluie. Maintenez
votre espace de travail bien éclairé, sûr et propre
N‘utilisez jamais des outils électriques près de gaz ou de substances inflammables.
Maintenez les enfants éloignés de votre espace de travail. Ne laissez pas les jeunes enfants et
les personnes inexpérimentées utiliser les outils électriques.
Ne dépassez pas la limite de poids maximal du palan électrique (voir les spécifications tech-
niques et/ou les autocollants du type). RISQUE DE BLESSURES GRAVES !
Ne transportez jamais et ne soulevez jamais des personnes avec le palan électrique.
Ne vous placez jamais directement sous le palan quand il porte une charge.
N‘utilisez pas abusivement le cordon d‘alimentation. N‘utilisez pas le cordon d‘alimentation pour
débrancher la fiche électrique. Protégez le cordon d’alimentation de la chaleur, des graisses/
huiles et des arêtes vives.
Manipulez votre produit avec soin, et inspectez le produit et le cordon d‘alimentation avant
chaque utilisation. Vérifiez qu‘il n‘est pas endommagé et que tous les dispositifs de sécurité
sont en place et opérationnels à chaque fois que vous utilisez le produit. Faites particulièrement
attention à l‘état du câble en acier ! S‘il présente la moindre détérioration, N‘UTILISEZ PAS LE
PRODUIT. Contactez votre distributeur local ou un réparateur qualifié.
Quand le produit n‘est pas utilisé ou pendant son entretien, débranchez sa fiche électrique.
Soyez toujours attentif et concentré pendant l‘utilisation des outils électriques.
Cet outil électronique est conforme à toutes les normes de sécurité applicables. N’effectuez
aucune réparation vous-même. Si le produit est endommagé, consultez le distributeur local.
