1. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Machen Sie sich vor Arbeitsbeginn mit dem Gerät vertraut.Testen Sie alle Funktionen des Gerätes
zunächst ohne Last.
Beachten Sie den zulässigen Leistungsbereich des Gerätes. Dieser Seilzug ist nur für ZUGTÄTIG-
KEITEN gebaut, und NICHT für HEBEVORGÄNGE ausgelegt
Achten Sie beim Auf- oder Abwickeln darauf, sich nicht die Hände im Gerät einzuklemmen.
Tragen Sie Arbeitshandschuhe.
NIEMALS ÜBERLADEN.
Bei Problemen keinesfalls selbstständig Reparaturen durchführen oder Teile tauschen bzw. keine
mechanisch/technischen Veränderungen vornehmen.
Wickeln Sie das Stahlseil niemals komplett ab - es sollten immer ca. 3 Umwicklungen auf der
Rolle verbleiben.
Beim Aufwickeln des Stahlseiles achten Sie darauf, dass dieses sauber und nacheinander auf-
wickelt. Vermeiden Sie ein überkreuztes Aufwickeln.
Überprüfen Sie das Tragseil regelmäßig auf Beschädigungen. Beschädigte Seile sind umgehend auszutauschen.
Lassen Sie keine Gegenstände, Werkzeuge oder Kabel im unmittelbaren Arbeitsbereich liegen. Stolpergefahr!
Sollte das Gerät längere Zeit nicht benutzt werden, fetten Sie Achse und Getriebe mit einem Anti-
korrisionsfett ein.

Der Seilzug dient ausschliesslich zum horizontalen Ziehen von Lasten. Jede andere Verwendung
ist nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für alle Schäden/Verletzungen, die aus nicht bestimmungsgemäßer

Die Feder (6) wie in Abb. 1 verriegeln. Jetzt können Sie mittels Hebel das Seil spannen und
das Lastgut heranziehen.
SEIL ENTSPANNEN
Um das Seil zu entspannen, muß die Federwieder entriegelt werden (siehe Abb. 2).
ACHTUNG: Niemals die Verriegelung unter Last entriegeln!
SEIL ENTROLLEN ACHTUNG: NUR OHNE LAST!
Die kleine Feder ist in der Position wie in „Seil entspannen“ beschrieben. Drücken Sie nun
den Handgriff ganz nach unten in Richtung Lasthaken und halten Sie ihn dort. Jetzt kann das
Seil leicht abgerollt werden.

chanischer, elektronischer und jeder anderen Form ohne die schriftliche Genehmigung des Herstel-

packung ist Rohstoff und wiederverwendbar oder kann wieder dem Rohstoffkreislauf zugeführt
werden. Das Gerät und dessen Zubehör bestehen aus verschiedenen Materialien, wie z.B. Metalle,
Kunststoffe, Flüssigkeiten, Öle, etc. Führen Sie defekte Bauteile der Sondermüllentsorgung zu. Fra-
gen Sie im Fachgeschäft oder in der Gemeindeverwaltung nach.

MANUAL. When giving this machine to third parties, always include this manual. We do not accept

original product or replacement parts thereto, or arising out of his or her installation

1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Familiarize yourself with the cable winch and all its functions before you start using it with actual load.
Do not overload the winch.
The product is designed for horizontal pulling action only! Any vertical lifting action is prohibited!
Be careful not to get any bodyparts, clothing or jewellery caught in the cable or the winch itself.
Always use appropriate personal protective equipment.
Consult a certified service technician for any repairwork on the product. Do not try to repair the
winch yourself.
Do not unwind the winch completely. Always leave at least 3 windings on the winch.
Make sure the cable is rolled evenly on the winch without any overlapings.
Inspect the winch and the cable for any damage before each use. Do not use the winch when
the winch or the cable shows any signs of damage.
To prevent corrosion the cable and moving parts of the winch should be treated with oil every
now and then.

The cable winch is designed to horizontally pull loads up to its maximum load capacity. Any other use

Pulling
Lock the spring (6) as shown in (A). Now you can put tension on the cable by using the handle (4)
and start pulling the load.
Release
To release the cable the spring (6) must be unlocked as shown in (B). CAUTION: never unlock the
spring when the winch is still under tension/load!
Unwinding the cable
Once the cable is released pull the handle (4) all the way towards the load hook (2) and holt it in
this position. Now you can easily unroll the cable.

1. CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
Familiarisez-vous avec le treuil à câble et toutes ses fonctions avant de commencer à l’utiliser
avec une charge réelle.
Ne mettez pas le treuil en surcharge.
Ce produit est conçu exclusivement pour une action de traction horizontale ! Toute action de
levage verticale est interdite ! Veillez à ce qu’aucune partie de votre corps, aucun vêtement
et aucun bijou ne se prennent dans le câble ou le treuil. Utilisez toujours des équipements de
protection individuelle appropriés.
Consultez un réparateur diplômé pour toutes les réparations du produit. N‘essayez pas de répa-
rer vous-même le treuil.
Ne déroulez pas complètement le treuil. Laissez toujours au moins 3 boucles sur le treuil. Veillez
à ce que le câble soit enroulé uniformément sur le treuil sans superposition.
Avant utilisation, inspectez le treuil et le câble pour vérifier qu’ils ne sont pas endommagés.
N’utilisez pas le treuil si le treuil ou le câble présente des signes de détérioration.
Pour prévenir la corrosion, le câble et les pièces mobiles du treuil doivent régulièrement être
traités avec de l’huile.

Le treuil à câble est conçu pour tirer des charges horizontalement jusqu’à sa capacité de charge
maximale. Tout autre type d’utilisation est à proscrire. L‘acheteur assume l‘ensemble des respon-

incorrecte de l‘appareil (c.à.d. toute utilisation non conforme, voir ci-dessus).

8. UTILISATION
Tirer
Verrouillez le ressort (6) comme montré (A). Maintenant, vous pouvez mettre le câble en tension
avec la poignée (4) et commencer à tirer la charge.
Détacher
Pour détacher le câble, le ressort (6) doit être déverrouillé comme montré (B). ATTENTION : Ne
déverrouillez jamais le ressort quand le treuil est encore sous tension/charge !
Dérouler le câble
Une fois le câble détaché, tirez la poignée (4) complètement vers le crochet de charge (2) et
maintenez-la dans cette position. Vous pouvez maintenant facilement dérouler le câble.

Nepreťažujte navijak.
Výrobok je určený iba pre horizontálne ťahanie! Akékoľvek vertikálne zdvíhanie je
zakázané! Dbajte na to, aby sa do lana alebo navijaka nezachytili žiadne časti tela,
oblečenie alebo šperky. Vždy používajte vhodné osobné ochranné prostriedky.
Poraďte sa s autorizovaným servisným technikom o akýchkoľvek opravách na výrobku.
Nepokúšajte sa opravovať navijak sami.
Nevyťahujte úplne lano z navijaku. Na navijaku vždy ponechajte aspoň 3 vinutia. Uisti-
te sa, že je lano rovnomerne navinuté na navijaku bez prekrytia.
Pred každým použitím skontrolujte navijak aj lano. Nepoužívajte navijak, keď navijak
alebo lano vykazujú akékoľvek známky poškodenia.
Pre zabránenie korózie sa lano a pohyblivé súčasti navijaku musia ošetrovať s olejom.
