1.1. Consejos básicos para la seguridad y

2.1 Descripción
Para asegurar su seguridad, la de las
personas ajenas y el óptimo
funcionamiento del equipo es
imprescindible que antes de realizar el
montaje y la puesta en marcha, tanto el
instalador como el usuario lean las
instrucciones del manual y el equipo.
El usuario debe guardar el manual y
mantener las etiquetas de seguridad en
buen estado para el uso sucesivo.
Efectuar la instalación de acuerdo con las
indicaciones de seguridad para piscinas y
con las indicaciones particulares de la
bomba y válvula selectora (suministradas
con los manuales respectivos).
Suelo inestable.
Aunque la tapa esté diseñada para
soportar el peso de un adulto no permita a
niños o adultos andar o saltar sobre el
equipo, ni que desarrollen actividades que
comporten algún riesgo para el equipo.
Limpiar siempre con un paño humedecido
con la solución de jabón neutro.
No utilizar productos que contengan
disolventes o ácidos.
Usar solo el equipo para la filtración de
agua de piscinas domésticas o estanques
pequeños.
Se recomienda vaciar el circuito. Véanse
los manuales de instrucciones adjuntos.
Las versiones de Tekbox están diseñadas para ir
enterradas (NT) o semienterradas (SM). Ambas
compuestas de 3 piezas, 2 de las cuáles forman el
cuerpo (caja) y la tercera la tapa.
En el interior están alojados los equipos
correspondientes según el modelo y versión.

3. INSTALACIÓN
3.1. Prescripciones de montaje
3.2. Instalación Tekbox
La instalación y montaje debe encargarse a un instalador autorizado.
La instalación debe ser realizada de acuerdo con las normas de seguridad para piscinas, en
especial la norma EN 60364-7-702 y las particulares de cada aplicación.
Para la seguridad de las personas, el grupo de filtración debe imperativamente ser instalado a
una distancia no inferior de 3.5 m de la piscina según prescripciones de la normativa vigente.
Si se instala a menos de 3.5 m de la piscina, queda prohibido usar el equipo cuando se está
haciendo uso de la piscina.
Para realizar una instalación segura se aconseja proceder de la siguiente manera.
3.2.1. Realizar la excavación según las medidas indicadas y según la versión Tekbox. Aplanar el fondo y
efectuar una base de grava.

3.2.3. Alimentación eléctrica.
Perforar el local técnico por el lado que se desee entrar la alimentación eléctrica.
Se aconseja proteger el cable con un tubo adecuado y asegurar el cable con un prensaestopas.
3.2.4. Colocar el Tekbox. Está preparado para ser levantado mediante sus ganchos de levantamiento.


3.2.5. Preparar el terreno para la instalación de tuberías.
3.2.6. El empotramiento debe hacerse mediante hormigón. Se aconseja hormigón pobre, mezcla a base
de 80% de arena y 20% de cemento.

4. PUESTA EN SERVICIO
Colocar correctamente el soporte de la tapa para evitar su caída.
Asegurar que el equipo está parado durante la manipulación de cualquier válvula.

2.1 Description
In order to ensure your safety, that of other
people and the optimum functioning of the
equipment it is essential that both the
installer and the user read the instructions
in the manual and on the equipment
before assembly and start-up. The user
should keep the manual in a safe place
and keep the safety labels in good
condition for subsequent use.
Carry out the installation in accordance
with the safety instructions for swimming
pools and with the particular instructions
for the pump and selector valve (supplied
with their respective manuals).
Although the cover is designed to carry
the weigh onf an adult, it doesn’t allow
children or adults to walk or jump on the
equipment, nor carry out activities which
represent risk of harming the equipment.
Always clean with a dampened cloth and
neutral soap solution.
Do not use products which contain
solvents or acids.
Use the equipment for the filtering of
home swimming pools or small ponds
only.
It is recommended that the circuit is
emptied. See attached instruction
manuals.
The Tekbox versions are designed to be buried
(NT) or semi-buried (SM). Both comprise 3 parts, 2
of which form the body (box) and the third the lid.
The relevant equipment is housed inside according
to the model and version.

3. INSTALLATION
3.1. Essential assembly instructions
3.2. Installation of Tekbox
Installation and assembly should be carried out by and authorised installer.
The installation should be carried out in accordance with safety regulations for swimming pools,
in particular regulation EN 60364-7-702 and those relevant to each application.
For people’s safety, it is imperative that the filtration group be installed at a distance of no less
than 3.5 m from the pool according to the demands of the regulations currently in force.
If it is installed less than 3.5 m from the pool, it is forbidden to use the equipment when the pool is
being used.
To carry out a safe installation we recommend you proceed as follows.
3.2.1. Carry out the escavation according to the measurements indicated and according to the version of
Tekbox. Flatten the bottom and create a gravel base.

3.2.3. Electrical supply.
Perforate the unit on the side where you wish the electrical supply to enter.
You are advised to protect the cable with appropriate tubing and secure the cable with a packer.
3.2.4. Position the Tekbox. It is ready to lifted by its lifting hooks.


3.2.5. Prepare the ground for the installation of the pipes.
3.2.6. The Tekbox should be built in using concrete. It sis recommended that lean concrete be used, mixed
on a basis of 80% sand and 20% cement.
