SAFETY WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:
1. The winch is designed to lift objects and materials. Never use the winch to lift
people or animals.
2. The producer isn't responsible for any injury or damage caused by failure to comply
with this manual and local and federal safety standards and regulation specifications.
The user is responsible to operate the winch in accordance with the work safety
regulations upheld by the local and federal safety standards and regulation board.
In addition, the user is responsible to uphold the following operational restrictions:
-Protect the winching area from the potential fall of objects or materials
-Connect the input cable with the safety switch to prevent electrocution, check that
the electricity grounding is valid.
-ensure that the input cable's thermo-magnetic sensitivity is high (Id=0.03 A) in
accordance with local and federal regulations.
-Ensure that the winch is assembled in accordance with this manual, and ensure that
the mounting surface is strong, and large enough to bear all the potential weight
and forces applied by the winch and winch support systems.
-Regularly check effectivity and structural stability of the winch and wall mount.
3. Never walk or stand under the operational domain of the winch especially when the
winch is loaded.
4. Ensure that only trained and able winch operators, operate the winch at all times.
5. Due to potential danger of falling objects and materials, ensure proper handeling of
loading materials, lifting surface, and proper secure fastening of the winch to the
lifting surface.
6. Before all maintenance work disconnect the electric cable from the power
supply.
7. Keep hands and objects clear of the drum, wire cable, and lifting hook during
winching process especially next to the boundry switch.

8. The supporting structure, holding the winch must be stable and of load bearing
capabilities able to withstand the weights and loads listed on this page. The
support system must be designed and checked by trained and certified engineers.
9. After assembly and before operation, a certified safety regulator must check the
assembly structure and approve that the local and federal safety standards and
regulations have all been met.
10. A grounded electricity wire of at least 16 squre mm width must be used to power
the winch. The operator must ensure valid grounding.
11.Ensure that the input voltage is identical to the required winch motor voltage and
that this voltage is maintained up to a 4% drop in voltage.
12.Fence off a parimeter of 3x3 squere meters around the lifting arm only accessible
while the winch is not in operation and the lifting surface is secure.
13. Lifting loads not directly under the lifting hook is forbidden.
14.Maximum load for lifting is 120 kg
15.The winch operator must remain in direct eye contact with the load through out the
winching operation.
16.The winch operator and loading technician must wear safety helmets.
17.The winch must be protected from rain.
18. All electricity systems repair and maintenance must be operated on by a
certified electrician.
19. The winch shall not be used in a slippery or explosive envirnment.
20. The security stickers must remain on the winch at all times.
Installation instructions:
This winch must be checked by a certified safety regulator with respect to the structure
and installation of the winch support system.
Read, understand and comply with all the instructions in this manual.
Connecting lifting hook support support system:
-The winch support system must be strong enough to bear loads and requires
approval of a certified safety regulator in accordance with local and federal safety
standards before operation.
-Install the lifting arm assembly onto the winch support bar that is mounted onto a
support surface.
-Position the lifting arm opposite the center of the wire cable drum.
-Close both M12 bolts on the lifting arm.

Pulley to lifting arm assembly:
The pulley is hung from the lifting arm using a securing hook and attached with a
safety switch.
Check that the safety switch is turned off following pulley assembly.
The Pulley and lifting hook are attached by an immediate wire cable without any
interferences, or contact with wire cable or additional pulley assembly's.
Winch ground mounting:
Place the winch on a flat surface, at least 8 meters away from the wall mount
support system as shown in the diagram.
Adjust the winch at a ninety degree angle in relation to the lifting hook.
Secure load bearing wood or metal plates to the winch base. These base plates must
be approved for appropriate load bearing strength from certified engineers.
Place 200 kg counter weights on both sides of the winch to secure and stabalize the
winch during winching operation for a total weight of at least 400 kg.
Ensure that the lifting hook doesn't reach the ground to prevent rope slack, and
conserve proper wire cable winding inside the drum.
Winch operation:
Ensure that the electric input wire carries 230 volts, identical to the required motor
voltage.
Check that the activation switch, and starter are both in the off position.
Connect the winch to the electricity network using a 3 x 2.5 squere mm extension
cable.
Ignite the starter.
Connect the bucket hanging mechinism to the lifting hook and check that the safety
switch is closed.
The winch has two handles: a breaking handle and a drum cable activation handle.
-Lifting: raise the breaking handle to release the breaks and pull the activation
handle towards the operator.
-Lowering: gradually release the breaking handle gently in coordination with
lowering speed.
Ensure full release of the breaking handle before a lifting operation is executed.
Practise operating the winch without load to gain familiarity with the system.
Winch operators must be certified and trained prior to operation.
Given improper rolling of the wire cable to the drum, adjust the winch placement.
In case of overload, wait a number of minutes before pressing the overload button
and restarting the motor.
