poltrone della serie GYNEX-GINEX PROF. ed il
massimo degli accessori possibili, pertanto non
tutti i paragrafi potranno trovare pratica
applicazione nell’apparecchio da Lei acquistato.
La MEDI-CARE SOLUTIONS fornirà ai tecnici
dell’assistenza autorizzata tutte le informazioni
necessarie all’installazione ed alla riparazione.

The following instructions describe all GYNEX-
GINEX PROF. chairs versions and all possible
accessories, and, because of this reason, not all
paragraphs could be applied to your specific chair.
MEDI-CARE SOLUTIONS will supply to
authorised assistance technicians all information
that could be necessary for installation and repair.
It is prohibited to double, memorize and divulge
this publication without written authorisation of
MEDI-CARE SOLUTIONS.
All kind of information, technical specifications and
pictures, which you will find in the following pages,
are not binding.

•Nel trattamento dei pazienti portatori di
cardiostimolatore e/o protesi acustiche occorre
considerare i possibili effetti degli strumenti utilizzati
sul cardio-stimolatore e/o sulla protesi acustica. A
questo scopo si rimanda alla letteratura tecnica
scientifica sull’argomento.
•Le apparecchiature sono progettate per il
funzionamento continuo con carico intermittente. I
tempi di funzionamento e riposo prescritti sono di
seguito specificati: Funzionamento2 Min. /
Riposo: 18 Min.
•La MEDI-CARE SOLUTIONS garantisce per la
sicurezza, l’affidabilità e le prestazioni degli
apparecchi.
•La garanzia è condizionata al rispetto delle seguenti

dell’impianto elettrico sia stabile e che rientri sempre
nel range definito sull’alimentare medicale del DM.

USO PREVISTO E MODALITA’ D’IMPIEGO
Le poltrone GYNEX-GINEX PROF. sono
apparecchiature ad uso medico destinate
esclusivamente al posizionamento dei pazienti
durante le visite specifiche del settore
ginecologico.
Attenzione! Il carico massimo ammesso sulla
poltrona è di 180 Kg. Questo valore non deve
essere superato.
BIOCOMPATIBILITA’
Le imbottiture sono rivestite in Skay; devono
essere utilizzati solo ricambi originali MEDI-CARE
SOLUTIONS.
N.B. Onde evitare contaminazioni si consiglia
di coprire con un foglio di carta o di cotone
l’intera tappezzeria in modo da proteggerla ed
evitare contatti promiscui con essa; si
consiglia inoltre di sostituirla dopo ogni visita.
Per la pulizia o la detersione delle tappezzerie
attenersi al presente manuale.
N.B.: Devono essere utilizzati solo ricambi
originali MEDI-CARE SOLUTIONS
CONDIZIONI AMBIENTALI
L’apparecchiatura deve essere installata in
ambienti con le seguenti condizioni:
a) Temperatura compresa tra 10°e 40°C.
b) Umidità relativa compresa tra 30 e 75%
c) Pressione atmosferica da 700 a 1060 hPa
CLASSE SECONDO IEC 60601-1
La poltrona GYNEX-GINEX PROF. secondo le
norme di sicurezza elettrica IEC60601-1 è di
CLASSE IIB (doppio isolamento parte applicata
B)
DUE USE AND IMPLOYMENT WAYS
GYNEX-GINEX PROF. chairs are medical
equipment used only for gynaecological
treatment.
Attention! Maximum load of the chairs is kg 180
(400 lbs). This value must not be surpassed.
BIOCOMPATIBILITY
Stuffing are lined with Skay you will find only
MEDI-CARE SOLUTIONS original pieces.
NOTE: To avoid contamination, it is
recommended to cover for each patient, with a
sheet of paper or cotton, the entire upholstery
to protect it and prevent promiscuous contact
with it.
Note: Follow the instructions for cleaning or
cleaning the upholstery
Note: Must be used only MEDI-CARE
SOLUTIONS original pieces
SORROUNDINGS CONDITIONS.
The equipment has to be installed in surroundings
with the following features:
a) Temperature between 10°and 40°C
b) Relative dampness between 30 and 75%
c) Atmosphere pressure from 700 to
1060hPa.
CLASS according to the norms 60601.1
The chair GYNEX-GINEX PROF. according
to the norms 60601.1 regarding safety
electrical is of CLASS II B (double isolation)

INSTALLAZIONE
Sollevare la poltrona, senza inclinarla, dal
bancale di imballo ed appoggiarla al
suolo.
Inserire i piedini di gomma inclinando la
poltrona solo in avanti o indietro, MAI
LATERALMENTE, (si può danneggiare il
carter di base).
Collegare la spina di alimentazione

INSTALLATION
Lift the chair out from the package,
without bending it, and place it on the
floor.
Insert the rubber feet inclining the chair
only forward or back, but NEVER
LATERALLY (because in that way you could
damage base-carter).
Connect the plug power supply.

FUNZIONAMENTO
SOLLEVAMENTO- ABBASSAMENTO
Per sollevare la poltrona versione GINEX premere il
pedale destro (UP); per abbassare la poltrona
premere il pedale sinistro (DOWN) (fig.1).
Nella versione Gynex Professional al posto del
pedale up/down è presente una pulsantiera o
pedaliera multifunzione con cui si azionano tutti
movimenti elettrici (si veda figura 2).
POSIZIONAMENTO DELLO SCHIENALE
Spingendo in alto la leva situata dietro lo
schienale si sblocca il movimento di regolazione.
Posizionato lo schienale nella posizione
desiderata, rilasciare la leva per bloccarlo. Si
noti che la molla a gas ha un sistema a lento
rilascio in modo da evitare movimenti bruschi
durante il movimento senza paziente. Muovendo
lo schienale, si attua contemporaneamente il
movimento di inclinazione della seduta.
Nella versione Professional invece lo schienale
è movimentato elettricamente tramite 1 attuatore
lineare da 1800N (fig. 3). La movimentazione si
effettua tramite la pulsantiera o la pedaliera di
comando (vedi fig. 2 o fig. 2/a).
WORKING
LIFTING AND LOWERING
To lift the chair, press the right pedal (UP).
To lower the chair, press the left pedal
(DOWN) (pic.1).
In the Gynex Professional model, instead of
the foot control you can find a hand controls
or foot switches, where you can control the
electric movements (see picture 2):
BACKREST ADJUSTMENT
Pushing forward A lever, placed under the
backrest, the adjustment is set free.
To lock the backrest in the desired position,
release the lever. Note that the gas spring has a
slow-release system to prevent sudden
movements during the movement without patient.
If you move the backrest, you will get at the same
time seat inclination movement.
Gynex Professional has the backrest electrically
movement by a linear motor (1800N each see
picture 3). Through the push button you can
activate the movements of backrest (see pic. 2
or pic 2/a):

POSIZIONAMENTO DEL GAMBALE
Il gambale, sollevato manualmente, rimane
automaticamente nella posizione raggiunta.
Per abbassarlo, sbloccare il movimento
tramite la leva posta al di sotto dello stesso.
Attenzione! Quando il gambale è in
posizione orizzontale prima di sbloccarlo si
consiglia di sorreggerlo leggermente con una
mano per evitare bruschi movimenti!
Attenzione! Non usare il gambale quando
esso è in posizione orizzontale, come
appoggio per salire sulla poltrona.
Attenzione! Il carico Max ammesso sul
gambale è di 30 Kg.
Nella versione Gynex Professional il
Gambale è movimentato elettricamente
tramite un motore elettrico lineare (da 2500N)
(Fig.4).
Il movimento è azionato tramite specifici tasti
sulla pulsantiera o pedaliera (Vedi fig. 2):
POSIZIONAMENTO DEL POGGIATESTA
Grazie al contrappeso, inserito all’interno
dello schienale, il poggiatesta resta
spontaneamente nel punto in cui lo si
posiziona.
POSIZIONAMENTO DEI REGGI-COSCIE
Tramite la maniglia a ripresa (vedi fig. 5) si
può effettuare la regolazione in altezza del
reggi-coscia. Inoltre allentando il pomello è
possibile ruotare il supporto cromato dell’asta
ottenendo così la regolazione della distanza
tra il destro ed il sinistro.
LEGREST ADJUSTMENT
When you lift the leg rest manually, it remains
automatically in the reached position. To
lower it, unlock the movement through the
lever, which is placed under the leg rest.
WARNING! When the leg-rest is in horizontal
position, before unlocking it we suggest to
sustain it slightly by the hand, in order to
avoid rough movements!
WARNING! Do not use the leg-rest when it is
in horizontal position, as a support for sitting
on the chair.
WARNING! The maximum load allowed on
the leg-rest is Kg. 30
Gynex Professional has the leg rest that is
electrically moved by a linear motor (of
2500N; see picture 4). The movements are
activated by the specific pushbuttons on the
hand control or foot control (see pic. 2).
HEADREST ADJUSTMENT
Thanks to the counterbalance, which is fitted
inside the backrest, the headrest remains
automatically in the same position where you
place it.
LEGRESTS ADJUSTMENT
Through the handle shown in picture 5, the
leg-support can be vertically adjusted.
Moreover, by loosening the knob, it is
possible to allow rotation of the rod chromed
support, obtaining by that way distance
adjustment between the right and the left.

BRACCIOLI
I braccioli della Gynex sono tappezzati
con skai bielastico; essi sono orientabili e
possono essere asportati semplicemente
estraendoli dalla propria sede.
ACCESSORI
•MANIGLIE CROMATE
A richiesta è possibile fornire delle
maniglie cromate da innestare nel
supporto dei braccioli al loro posto;
ognuna delle maniglie viene serrata
tramite un pomello (vedi figura 6) che, nel
caso si voglia estrarre le stesse, è
sufficiente allentare.
•PORTAROTOLO CARTA
Sulla poltrona è prevista l’applicazione di
un supporto rotoli di carta; esso viene
fissato nella parte posteriore ed è munito
di tubo portarotolo cromato; per sostituire
il rotolo e sufficiente estrarre il tubo dalla
propria sede (vedi figura 7).
ARMRESTS
The GYNEX armrests are covered with
bi-elastic skai synthetic tissue; they are
orientable and removable simply by
pulling the out from their seat.
ACCESSORIES
•CHROMED HANDLES
On customer’s request MEDI-CARE
SOLUTIONS supplies special chromed
handles which must be fitted in the arm-
rests support at their place; each handle
is locked through a knob (see picture 6)
which must be loosen for pulling out the
handles.
•PAPER DISPENSER
The chair is conceived with a special
application of a paper-roll dispenser
support; it is fitted in the back part of the
chair and equipped with chromed roll-
keeper tube; to replace this latter, please
pull out the tube from its seat (see pic. 7).

•VASCHETTA ACCIAO o PLASTICA
La poltrona può essere dotata di una
vaschetta in acciaio inox per la raccolta
secreti; essa è estraibile dalla propria
sede tramite delle guide (Fig. 8); sempre
a richiesta è possibile dotare la vaschetta
con un sifone di scarico
•REGGITALLONI TELESCOPICI
Sono previsti per la poltrona dei supporti
reggi talloni cromati (vedi Fig. 9). I reggi
talloni vanno inseriti al posto dei tubolari
dei reggi cosce; allentando la maniglia a
ripresa è possibile ruotare a piacimento i
reggi talloni, mentre tramite i pomelli sotto
di essi è possibile regolarli
telescopicamente.
•INOX OR PLASTIC TRAY
The chair can be provided with an INOX
tray for collecting the secretions; it is a
pull-out device through guidelines (pic. 8);
on request the basin can be provided with
a discharge siphon.
•EXTENDABLE FOOT-REST
The chair is provided with chromed
footrest supports (see pic. 9). They must
be fitted at the place of the leg-supports
tubular; by loosening the special handle
the foot rests can be rotated as desired,
while through the knobs under them they
can be adjusted in their extension.

I reggi cosce possono essere richiesti
tappezzati invece che in poliuretano (vedi
Fig. 10); la tappezzeria è sfoderabile
tramite una cerniera lampo sotto di essa:

UPHOLSTERY
The leg-supports can be required with
upholstery pelting in skai tissue, instead
of traditional armrests in grey
polyurethane; the covering can be folded
out through a zipper placed under it (see
pic. 10).

MANUTENZIONE PULIZIA DELLA POLTRONA.
I materiali impiegati nella costruzione
delle apparecchiature sono idonei a
sopportare le operazioni di pulizia e
disinfezione previste nelle presenti
istruzioni.
La grande varietà di farmaci e prodotti
chimici utilizzati nello studio medico
possono danneggiare le superfici
verniciate e le parti in materiale plastico.
Le prove e le ricerche effettuate hanno
dimostrato che le superfici non possono
essere completamente protette
dall’aggressione di tutti i prodotti reperibili
sul mercato.
Gli effetti di questi prodotti dipendono
essenzialmente dal tempo di permanenza
sulle superfici.
È importante rimuovere immediatamente
con un panno umido tali sostanze dalle
superfici dell’apparecchio.
Per pulire utilizzare un panno inumidito;
non spruzzare i detergenti direttamente
sull’apparecchio.
ATTENZIONE!
Non utilizzare prodotti contenenti alcool,
ammoniaca, sostanze abrasive o
benzolo. Le concentrazioni riportate in
seguito sono le massime ammesse e non
devono essere superate:
Ammonii quaternari: massimo 2%
Aldeide glutarica: massimo 2%

MAINTENANCE & CLEANING OF THE CHAIR.
All materials used to construct the
equipment are suitable for easy cleaning
and disinfection.
Most pharmaceuticals and chemical
products, which are used in a doctor
room, can damage painted surfaces and
plastic material parts.
Test and inquiries showed that surfaces
could not be completely protected against
aggression of all products, which are sold
on the market.
The effects of these products are mainly
related to the time they remain on
surfaces.
It is important to immediately remove
from equipment surfaces those chemicals
using a damp cloth.
To clean, please, kindly use only a damp
cloth; do not spray the detergents directly
on the equipment.
WARNING!
Do not use products, which contain
alcohol, ammonia, abrasive substances,
benzene.
The concentrations listed below are the
maximum ones that are consented and
they cannot be surpassed:
Quaternary Ammonium: maximum 2%
Glutaric Aldehyde: maximum 2%

ETICHETTA IDENTIFICATIVA
L’etichetta identificativa della poltrona si
trova sul braccio di sollevamento, al di
sotto della seduta.
È compilata nel seguente modo:
Il tipo di poltrona è determinato dal
segno indelebile a fianco del nome.
Nell’ “orologio” in alto a destra sono
contrassegnati l’anno e il mese di
costruzione.
Nelle tabelle in basso a destra sono
segnati la classe di appartenenza
relativamente alla sicurezza elettrica,
la tensione di funzionamento e la
frequenza di rete, la potenza massima
assorbita dalla poltrona.
In basso a sinistra viene indicata la
matricola dell’apparecchio.
Secondo la norma tecnica di riferimento
IEC 60601-1 la classe della poltrona è II B
Vengono inoltre riportati il simbolo CE
e altri simboli della norma IEC 60601-1
e il simbolo di smaltimento come
prescritto dalle normative Europee
nonché il simbolo MD come prescritto
dal regolamento MDR 745/2017
IDENTIFICATION LABEL
Identification label is placed on lifting arm,
under the seat.
All details noted are the following:
The model of the chair is specified by
an indelible felt tip pen writing beside
its name.
On the “clock” up in the right side are
specified year and month of
production.
On the table below on the right are
mentioned different classes –
according to safety rules on electric
components, working tension and net
frequency, maximum power absorbed
by the chair.
You will find equipment serial number
below on the left, which guarantees the
identification of the chair.
The concept according to IEC 60601-1 is
Class II B

Ai sensi del D. Lgs 14 marzo 2014 n. 49 , attuazione
della direttiva 2012/19/UE sui rifiuti di appare hiature
elettri he ed elettroni he (RAEE) relativamente alla
riduzione dell’uso di sostanze peri olose nelle

DISPOSAL
A ording to the legislative de ree 14/03/2014, n. 49,
“Implementation of the European Dire tive 2012/19/UE
about de rease of dangerous substan es on ele tri and
ele troni equipment” and moreover it refers to garbage
disposal, the symbol of rossed out garbage bin (on the
ba k of the equipment) indi ates that the produ t at the
end of its working life must be olle ted separately from
other garbage a ording to the following law 31 may
2016 n° 121 and 8 mar h 2010, n.65 or follow your
ountry laws.
The separate olle tion of rubbish of this equipment (in
disuse) must be arranged and oordinated by the
manufa turer. When the user wants to throw away the
equipment, he has to onta t the Manufa turer Company
that will indi ate all pro edures to follow for the disused
equipment separate olle tion of rubbish.
Therefore, the appropriate separate olle tion of
rubbish, aimed to a tuate afterwards disused equipment
re y ling, treatment and to ambient garbage disposal,
ontributes to avoid possible bad effe ts on the
environment and on the health. In addition, these
pro edures raise the reemployment and/or the re y ling
of the materials of whi h the equipment is omposed.
The unauthorized garbage disposal, on the part of the
holder, requires administrative law san tions appli ation.
