FOLDING PROCEDURE
.
1. Pull up the xaon lock to release.
2. Pull the xaon knob and turn 90 degree.
3. Adjust the handle to proper posion.
4. Turn the xaon knob 90 degree and let
go the knob to xaon posion and a click
sound. (If no click sound, ne tune the
handle for a click sound and it shows the
handle is xed at proper posion )
5. Try the handle to ensure it doesn't move
6. Push back the xaon lock to ghten the handle.

Brake
Pull up the brake lever to acvate running brake.
Push down the brake lever to acvate parking brake.
Folding mechanism
Pull to disengage the rollator frame to start folding.
The safety lock
Up posion: prepare to fold the rollator
Down posion: Aer unfolded, push down the
safety lock to secure the folding handle
1. Pull out both tubes aached to the seat and hook the basket up.
2. Hear the click sound to ensure the basket is secured onto the tube.
3. Aach the hook on the seat loop.
Installaon of Basket
1. Pull up the front castor lock to x the direcon of caster(beer but not a must).
2. Take o the shopping bag (beer but not a must): To grab the bag handle and take o the bag.
3. Push in the bag holding rod (beer but not a must): When bag is taken o, push the holding rod inside.
When bag is taken o, push the holding rod inside
4. Adjust the handle to the lowest posion.
5. Pull up the folding webbing : The folding webbing is knied at the le hand side of the seat. Pull it to
fold the rollator horizontally to the Storage status. (Figure 1)
6. Push the buon of folding webbing on the seat tube buon to x the folding posion.
7. Pull up the safety lock on outer side of the handles to release the safety lock.
8. Pull the X folding handle: Use your ngers to pull up the X-folding handle at each side of the rollator
handle. (Figure 2)
9. Fold down the rollator frame. (Figure 3)
10. Aer folding, use the buckle webbing to x the rollator: Put the webbing on the rivet each side to
secure the folded posion. (Figure 4)

1. Release the folding webbing buon. (Figure 1)
2. Hold the handle and pull up unl a click sound to ensure it’s good to be used. (Figure 2)
3. Push the safety lock down to lock the folding handle.
4. Push the seat side tubes down unl a click sound. (Figure 3)
5. Adjust the handle to the proper posion.
6. Pull out the bag holding rod.
7. Clip the bag on the bag holding rod and aach the hook on the seat loop.
8. Push down the castor lock to free the castor .

• For your health and comfort, be sure to use good posture and hold the rollator so that you can operate
the brakes with ease.
• Please store the rollator in a safe environment.
• Unfold the rollator completely into the locked posion before use.
• Possible risk of nger trapping - do not put ngers or hands into the hinge of the rollator when folding or
opening for use.
• Ensure that the wheels are stable and on the ground before using.
• Ensure the brakes are adjusted properly and tested before using.
• Ensure that the seat is locked in posion before sing.
• Always sit in the center or the seat, with the seat adjusted that the user has their feet on the oor.
• Always have the parking brakes locked in posion before sing.
• Never sit on the rollator when it is folded for storage.
• Never stand on the rollator, or use it as a step.
• Never transport a person on the seat of the rollator.
• Use cauon when liing and carrying the rollator.
WARNINGS
FOR PERSONAL SAFETY
1. Wipe down your equipment weekly (or more oen as needed) with a cloth dampened in a mild
detergent/ water soluon.
2. Allow the equipment to dry before using or storing.
3. Store your equipment safely away in a clean, dry locaon when not in use.

or replaced, at EV Rider, LLC's opon, without charge. Labor charges are NOT included. The purchaser is
responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility.Sasfactory proof of purchase, serial number
and the date of purchase are always required.
WARRANTY SERVICE can be performed by EV Rider, LLC or by an authorized EV Rider, LLC service facility.
Do not return faulty parts to EV Rider, LLC without prior consent. A request for aReturn Authorizaon is
required prior to returning items. All transportaon costs and shipping damage incurred while subming
units and/or parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser.

SHIPPING COSTS - Domesc: All warranty items will be shipped via Fedex Home/Ground to any desnaon
within the Continental U.S. free of charge. Requested expedited shipping will be at the expense of the
purchaser.
SHIPPING COSTS - Internaonal: Parts will be provided under warranty at no charge, but shipping to any
oshore and/or internaonal locaon will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the Rollator. This
Warranty excludes:
• Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear (res, upholstery and seang,
plasc shrouds, etc.)
• Damaged caused by: abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence, improper operaon, excessive loading,
maintenance, or storage, commercial use or use other than normal.
• Used other than for the purpose of the purchaser's mobility.
• Repairs and/or modicaons made to any part of the rollator without specic and prior consent from EV
Rider, LLC.
• Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product not approved by EV
Rider, LLC.
Implied warranes, including those of merchantability and tness for a parcular purpose, are limited to
one (1) year from the date of the original purchase and to the extent permied by law. Any and all implied
warranes are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilies for consequenal damages under any and
all warranes are excluded. Some states do not allow limitaons on how long an implied warranty lasts or
do not allow the exclusion of limitaon of incidental or consequenal damages. So, the above limitaon or
exclusion may not apply to you.
