Alternatively,newthreadlockermustbeapplied.

–Allboltsmustbetightenedwiththetorquespeciedinthefollowinginstructions.Liquidhigh-strengthand

orlow-strength)isindicatedinbrackets.
Fasteningwithhexagonsocketbolts
Hexagonsocketboltsarenotdesignedtowithstandan
excessiveapplicationofforce.Whentighteningorundoing
ahexagonsocketbolt,forceshouldbeappliedtothenut
whereverpossibletoavoiddamagingthebolt.
Tighteningandundoing
Turnthenutusingasocketspanner(onlyuseanopen-end
spannerifthereisinsufcientspace),usingtheAllenkey
simplytostoptheboltturning.
Tighteningandundoingwhennonutispresent
Ifahexagonsocketboltisscreweddirectlyintoathread,
theboltmustbetightenedusingtheAllenkey.
EnsurethattheAllenkeyisofgoodqualityandnotworn.

Dirt,sandandseawatercandamagethebearingsandsteelpartscanrustifthesurfaceisdamaged.
–Onlyexposethewheelchairtosandandseawaterforshortperiodsandcleanitaftereverytriptothebeach.
–Ifthewheelchairisdirty,wipeoffthedirtassoonaspossiblewithadampclothanddryitcarefully.

2.Wipedowntheindividualpartsusingaclothorsoftbrush,ordinaryhouseholdcleaningagents(pH=6-8)and

thesuspensionseatstrutandpositionitattherequired
seatheight.SecurewithscrewandwasherH.Carryout
thesamesettingonbothsides.
6.LubricatethespringsIandinsertthemintothesuspension
housings.
7.InsertthescrewsJintothesuspensionhousingsuntilthey
protrudeby25mm.
8.Mountthefrontandrearspringbracketstotheseat
moduleusingscrewsK
9.InsertthelubricatedrotatingsleevesLandxtheseat
moduletotheframeusingscrewsM.
10.Reinstalltherearwheels.
Finalcheck:
Checkthefrontseat-to-oorheight(FSTF).Whenttingthe
